We were so happy with our whole experience with The Retreat. Ella was amazing, and always on hand to answer any queries - nothing was too much trouble! We had a small wedding in the Orangery (28 guests), the food was faultless and our stay at the hotel was equally lovely. The venue was perfect, even though it was a rainy day, it didn't matter because the hotel is so beautiful. Also, found it great value for what you got. Highly recommend!

We were lucky enough to have our wedding at Fitzleroi Barn this September. Martina, Kate, Julia and Seb took care of us and made our day so special. The venue itself is stunning and the staff really go above and beyond to make sure your day is perfect. Thank you so much for making the day and lead up so easy❤️

I cannot recommend Fort Nelson enough. We had the most fabulous day with the most amazing memories. The food and staff were incredible. Love, love this place

We came to holiday inn to look around, felt listened to so went ahead. Well Sashan was fantastic, support given throughout. Changes made right up to day before by us was no problem. Team were amazing on our day. All went like clockwork which relieved stress. Catering was outstanding, everyone commented on the amazing food. Staff support right up to the end. Would without a doubt recommend venue and super supportive team

We booked the Crown Plaza Gerrads Cross for our daughter’s wedding and reception in October. Alison was exceptionally helpful, from our first visit to the venue to the post event phone call. She was very supportive and helpful when answering my numerous phone calls and emails. All of the staff were very helpful. The venue is beautiful and practical. The events place is attached to but separated from the hotel, you are not mingling with hotel guests during your event. We held the civil ceremony in the Garden Suite; canapés and champagne reception in the bar and the attached garden area and the wedding reception an hour later in the Gerrads suite . We had space for a Photo Booth as well. Our guests complimented on the beautiful venue, how easy it was to park there and how they enjoyed each part of the venue. I would recommend this venue for your wedding and the reception afterwards. We hired the venue on a dry hire basis. The caterers, decorator, DJ and the Photo Booth company commented on how easy it was to deal with the venue management and staff. The price for hiring the venue was very reasonable. A large number of guests also stayed in the hotel and they had fun staying there. Post event Varun and Rahul were very helpful, they were there making sure the venue was properly handed over and they were getting it ready for the event following day.

We can’t thank port lympne enough for the most incredible wedding day. The venue is absolutely stunning and a real wow factor for your guests with so many photo spots and the pergola/ orangery are already well decorated. The food is an amazing standard for a wedding venue we had so many compliments. The safari is a special experience and perfect way to keep your guests engaged. The staff are so wonderful - Stephanie, Olivia, Charlotte and their teams really know what they’re doing. If you want something a bit different and luxurious book port lympne!!

Solton Manor had everything that we dreamed of for our special day. The grounds are just beautiful, the Manor House is full of character and charm and the Dutch Barn definitely has the wow factor. The team at Solton Manor deserve a special mention. From start to finish, Karen, Jackie and the team were professional, friendly, helpful, extremely hard working and nothing was ever too much trouble. They welcomed our sausage dog, Frankie who was a very important part of our day. A big 'woof' of thanks from him!! Our guests loved staying in the Manor House and the pretty Dovecote Cottage. The facilities allowed us to make breakfast for our guests the day after which was an added bonus! The games room with a table tennis table was a real hit too! Highly recommend this fantastic venue!

Rachel was our events manager and we honestly can't speak more highly of her, professional throughout with constant communication and extremely supportive. The venue for us was just perfect, a venue like no other. All the guests was in awe of how beautiful and picturesque it was for our wedding venue.

We recently got married at Wotton House and it was the best day of our lives. The venue is absolutely stunning, inside and outside. The staff were incredible, a huge shout out to Vickey and Tracey as without them the day wouldn’t have gone so smoothly and perfectly. I would recommend this venue to anyone getting married as our wedding was truly magical.

We cannot thank Old Thorns enough for the amazing wedding day that they allowed us to have, everything ran so smoothly and the staff were all on top form. A special thanks to Ellena, who was our coordinator for the day, she went above and beyond to make sure that everything went to plan and checked in with us at multiple points throughout the day to check if we needed anything. Chloe then took over for the evening and was just as fabulous!
