Facilities and Capacity
The newly renovated Garden Room is a warm and characterful space to hold your civil ceremony at Wasing Park. Set within tranquil gardens, its rustic oak beams, aged brickwork and contemporary walls of glass bi-fold doors boast views of the Castle Barn making for a beautifully customisable space to encapsulate your dream day. If you wish to tie the knot in an outdoor setting, the Victorian Summerhouse, located within the Terrace Garden, is licensed for outdoor ceremonies. With its lush surroundings and beautifully painted murals on the summerhouse's interior, it's the perfect outdoor location. If a traditional church ceremony is what you've always dreamed of, the parish Church of St. Nicholas stands within the estate grounds. This beautiful 15th Century chapel boasts original characteristics, such as stained-glass windows and a white timber-clad turret. The focal point of Wasing Park is the Castle Barn; with a contemporary and chic interior, it works exceptionally well for the wedding breakfast and evening party. The entrance is impressive, with a red brick castle-style tower and arched glass doorway. Blending traditional design features with modern mood lighting, the Castle Barn sets the scene for a wonderfully romantic day. The covered Castle Barn terrace is adorned with sheepskins, twinkling fairy lights, candles, and a fire pit, giving couples the perfect alfresco area, that can be used all year round.

Wasing Park also offers boutique overnight accommodation on the estate, the perfect place to relax after the excitement of the special day. The Old Estate Rooms offer absolute luxury in the form of nine elegant suites, including the spectacular Honeymoon Suite, The Dovecote, The Smithy, The Granary, and The Coach House, all of which offer fabulous and distinctive styling with individual touches such as triangular shaped beds, mezzanines, and free-standing copper baths. An additional 17 beautifully appointed bedrooms are available in The Stables, The Mews, and The Pump House. Situated in separate areas of the estate and subject to availability, are an additional two self-catering properties; The Bothy, a two-bedroom cottage in the Walled Garden, and Home Farmhouse, a 6-bedroom cottage just a short walk from the venue. For couples who book The Old Estate Rooms for their wedding night, Wasing Park offers complimentary use of Kitts Cottage the night before the wedding day*. Perfect for pre-wedding pampering, this quaint country cottage is set in the beautiful Wasing Park property and offers plenty of space to relax and get a good night's sleep.
The onsite organic farm provides beef from the herd of Sussex Cattle directly to Wasing Park as part of their ‘Nose-to-Tail’ menu. With sustainability at its core, this menu allows for the highest quality meat to be nurtured on Wasing land, making for unique estate-to-plate dining.

The most magical wedding day!
Imogen was our event manager and she was the kindest woman, nothing ever too much trouble! Communication with her was easy and whenever we had questions or queries, she made sure that she was on hand to answer them.
We stayed in the Home Farmhouse the night before and it was absolutely beautiful. When the hob didn't work, staff instantly came to the rescue and again, nothing was too much trouble.
The morning of was incredible smooth and I really appreciated Imogen coming to check in several times at the Honeymoon Suite to see if we needed anything and to keep us on schedule. When it started raining, she found us umbrellas to use and was always there to lend a hand, like carrying my train as we went down the stairs and as we moved to different areas of the estate. She went above and beyond all day to make sure that we had the perfect day!
The ceremony room was stunning and set up exactly as we imagined. We had a vision for timings when the bridal party would walk down the aisle and this was communicated to Imogen who made sure that it happened exactly as we wanted too.
The food was absolutely divine and many guests commented that it was the best wedding meal they had ever had. The staff were very professional in their service too and when food (accidentally) dropped on my wedding dress, staff instantly ran to my aid and managed to work magic to get it out without even a mark!
It truly felt like everyone working there took so much pride in their work and all wanted to make the day as special as possible.

Wedding Venue of Dreams!
We would 100% say that Wasing is worth the money. The rooms are clean, unique and have a beautiful boutique feel. Our guests were giving each other tours of their rooms they wanted to show them off so much!
Everyone was made to feel welcomed, no request was too much for the staff and the grounds, rooms, church, chapel barn, stage, every area was absolutely perfect. Our only negative is that it is over :) Thank you Wasing!
The most incredible venue
Booking Wasing Park was the best decision we made!
Although Wasing Park is a tad more expensive than some others, the pricing guide is clear from the start and there are no hidden fees. The venue staff go above and beyond to make it so worthwhile the cost. They are all so responsive and friendly in the run up to - even when I was asking questions a year before!!
We had Jenna to run our wedding on the day and she was INCREDIBLE. She made our day run like clock work and whenever you saw her she was always smiling and making you feel like VIPs! She brought over bubbles after the church and our own canape platter in the reception drinks which was such a treat. She was so helpful in the lead up too, and nothing was too big a challenge for Jenna. Honestly can't thank her enough.

Imogen was our event manager and was amazing. She was super organised and on the ball but also really calm and focused which helps you so much on what could be a really stressful day!
Not one moment did we have to worry about what was happening on the day. Everything was taken care of. In the lead up to the day, we had so much confidence in the Venue and its staff. On the day they were amazing. All we had to do was enjoy ourselves!
From the catering staff, to the bar staff, to the accommodations staff, everyone would go above and beyond to help you or make the day run smoothly! I even had a member of the bar team sowing up my dress when I got a tear in the strap from dancing too hard!!!
The food was absolutely insane. Every one of our guests said how amazing it was, no one was left hungry or thirsty throughout the day. It felt like there was always food and drinks on offer.
We believe this is 100% the best wedding venue out there. All of our guests have since told us that it’s perfect and you couldn’t do better than Wasing!
Beautiful and seamless
Everything looked exactly how I had imagined and was finished beautifully. The grounds are spectacular and having enough accommodation on site for many guests to stay made for an ever more magical experience.
The food was incredible, every guest commented on how good it was. You would never know it was mass catering, it was delivered as fine dining.
The service was impeccable, the whole day ran so smoothly, you were made to feel like royalty. Thank you so much to Jenna especially and everyone at the Wasing team.
Perfection, seamless, stunning and memorable
As our date approached we were assigned Imogen as our event manager, she was always responsive to my emails and made sure that nothing felt like too much of an ask. On the day of the wedding she ensured it was seamless, the whole day flowed naturally without any pressure, it was a dream,
Our guests have all commented on how incredible the food was, that they were never hungry or thirsty and that the venue was “out of this world” and simply “stunning”.
I wouldn’t change a thing.
Thank you to everyone that was part of the running of our day, it impacted on so many people and made for the most memorable day.

Our happily ever after!
We had Imogen as our venue coordinator. She was warm, calm, and completely on top of everything. We always felt supported in the lead-up to the day, and on the day itself, she made everything flow so smoothly that we could just enjoy every second without stress.
The food and drinks were another highlight to our day, from the canapés, wedding breakfast and truffle all the way through to the evening pizza everything was delicious, and the staff were brilliant.
Every little detail was thought through and taken care of. It really allowed us to be in the moment, surrounded by the people we love in a place that felt truly magical.
Thank you, Wasing, and thank you Imogen – you gave us a day we’ll never forget.
