We organised the wedding in a month meeting Leak and the team on Christmas Eve for a wedding on 31st January 2026 and from start to finish they could not have been more accommodating and helpful. We were in constant communication organising the menus, the layout of the room and everything was so smooth and relieved so much stress! Leak knew exactly how we wanted the room laid out and when we arrived it was just perfect! the meal was served to everyone without asking who was having what and we even called out the chef as the food was absolutely amazing especially the pork belly! the day was perfect in every way and we cannot thank Leah and the team enough for everything!

We had our wedding at The Mitre Hotel and from start to finish the experience was exceptional. From our very first conversations, Jessica and the rest of the team were fantastic. Communication was clear and consistent, and we always felt well informed and supported throughout the planning process. The tasting was a real highlight. The food was outstanding, and several of our guests later told us it was the best wedding meal they’d ever had. The team also handled dietary requirements seamlessly, which took a huge amount of pressure off us. On the day itself, everything ran like clockwork. The organisation was impeccable, yet we never felt like just another wedding in a busy schedule. The team made us feel genuinely special and completely at ease. The wedding suite was beautiful and the perfect place to end the day. Thank you to everyone at The Mitre for making sure our wedding went so smoothly and without a single problem. We couldn’t have asked for more.

I absolutely loved Froyle park. The indoor and outdoor spaces at the venue are phenomenal. So beautiful and breathtaking. I couldn’t stop hearing compliments all day!! The venue has an absolute wow factor. I cannot fault the service, the staff are attentive and so responsive. From the moment I booked my initial viewing to post wedding. I love the team and they are so available and caring. They facilitate the whole registry and interviews which help the day run smoothly. Logistically, Froyle park has lots of services. Getting ready spaces, parking and indoor/outdoor. They have everything you need for a smooth running day! If you want a wedding which people will never forget - absolutely go ahead with Froyle park!

We made the mistake of viewing Oaks farm first and totally and utterly fell in love with the place and although we viewed a couple of other venues, we walked away every time saying "its not oaks farm is it?" We knew then that this was the venue for us! From the moment we enquired about viewing, John and Katie were warm, friendly and open. We had a tour of the venue and could just picture our day here! In the run up to the wedding, John and Katie were always at the other end of an email answering any questions we had (and there were many) and helping us with the little things we hadn't thought about! The day itself was amazing and went exactly how we had dreamed of. From the groomsmen arriving to help set up the staff were amazing and had laid the tables exactly how we wanted. To myself and my bridal party doing a mad dash into the cottage so we wouldn't be seen. Katie even changed the bedding again after one of the bridesmaids spilt her drink on it (it was the bed or my dress 😂) so thank you again for that! Katie helped myself and the bridal party over to the stables where we were getting married and fluffed my dress for me, before I walked down the aisle. They also had a little breakfast box in the fridge for us the next day, even though we were a little too fragile to eat most of it, we did try.

Whether it's a grand affair or an intimate celebration, this iconic venue never fails to inspire and enchant, and I feel truly fortunate to be able to document such special moments in such a stunning setting.

My wife and I used Lake View for our wedding, and the experience was fantastic. The staff were amazing—really friendly and always willing to go above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We had a fixed price set for our wedding, and Lake View were able to work comfortably within the budget we provided. We also loved that we could include activities at the wedding. We had bouncy castles, a tomahawk range, fire pits, and kids’ games, and none of it was an issue. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better venue or team. Highly recommended!

We had a great day with Glenmore House, where everything we wanted to happen happened as expected. All our guests commented on the great food and Glenmore House were great at adapting to our guests' requirements, including provision for coeliacs. Faye worked very hard in the run up to ensure she understood exactly what we wanted and took the time to explain how the day would work for us talk through any final requests. All in all, Glenmore House was a great choice of venue for us, and at a reasonable price.

Thank you so much for helping us plan such a wonderful day! Everyone was so responsive, lovely and easy to work with. Pembroke Lodge is absolutely beautiful and we had the most special day. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how delicious the food was, and how much of it there was! Everything went so smoothly and we didn't have to worry about a thing. The staff completely took over on the day and made sure everything went according to plan. A special mention to the staff for how wonderfully they looked after my mum (mother of the bride). She was dealing with an ankle injury on the day and they were so supportive and attentive to everything she needed, which meant so much to us. Thank you so much to everyone at Pembroke Lodge, we couldn't have asked for more!

We had our wedding at Woodlands Park Hotel in Cobham back in September, and we can’t recommend the venue enough. The building and grounds are stunning, and it created exactly the atmosphere we wanted for our day. The events team, with Sammie as our contact, were really supportive in the build up to the day, really responsive to our requirements and supported us through getting everything ready. On the day itself, the staff were brilliant and the venue was set up perfectly. Our wedding coordinator Shaldon and his team were really attentive to every detail, very organised, and always on hand when we needed anything. So many of our guests commented on how smoothly everything ran and how well they were looked after. The food was a real highlight as well, as we had so many compliments from guests about the quality and service, which was great to hear, and it made the whole experience feel even more special. We elected to hire the hotel exclusively, and we felt it made a big difference overall; it made everything feel that bit more personal and relaxed, and made it feel really like the day we wanted. We would happily recommend Woodlands Park Hotel to anyone looking for a wedding venue.
