We got married at Ruffynes Barn, and I can honestly say it was everything we dreamed of and more. The barn itself is absolutely stunning – full of character, charm, and a sense of rustic elegance that creates the perfect atmosphere for a truly magical day. What made our experience even more special was Suze, the owner. She was nothing short of incredible – warm, attentive, and so genuinely invested in making sure our day went smoothly. From the moment we first viewed the venue to the day of the wedding, she was always there to offer support, answer questions, and help bring our vision to life. Every detail of the barn is thoughtfully designed, and it offered the ideal backdrop for both our ceremony and reception. Our guests couldn’t stop commenting on how beautiful the setting was – it felt intimate, relaxed, and truly special.

We used The Beaverwood for our wedding reception. What a fantastic venue. (a sentiment echoed by many of our guests). Everything was easy to arrange, and, on the day, everything was exactly how we wanted it. The staff were professional and friendly from the morning setup, through the day, and into the evening. We couldn't have asked for anything better! Highly recommended

We first heard of the Village at the wedding fayre based at the hotel. Once we attended this we was set at having our wedding reception here. Great value for money, helpful staff and very helpful with allocating rooms for our families to stay local for the wedding weekend. Good food, good rooms and the party room and buffet at the evening was excellent. The Village are also very accommodating to allow other wedding companies to attend to set up different parts of our big day. Very happy and would advise this venue to others. Thank you.

We had an amazing wedding at Bilsington Priory and couldn't recommend the venue enough!! It is such a beautiful venue with so much character. With just three months to organize our wedding the team helped guide us through the process, make suggestions and on the day everything ran so smoothly. We didn't have to worry about any of the logistics and knew everything was in safe hands. The food that we chose was delicious for both the wedding breakfast and evening and there were great options to choose from. Thank you so much for giving us such a magical day to remember!!!!

Had a fantastic wedding at the tickled trout, Food was amazing and good portion size. Staff were friendly and accommodating, they made my wedding breakfast look amazing and set it out as I wanted. Charlie is great and was always helpful with needs and replies quickly to any quires and emails. Nothing was too much trouble. Venue it self is perfect and we hired whole pub out which was great such a pretty venue inside and out.

Absolutely perfect in every way! We honestly can’t say thank you enough. We got married at the end of November, and from start to finish our entire wedding experience was nothing short of amazing. The venue itself is stunning and provided the most cosy, beautiful setting for our Twilight wedding. The team at The Moat were incredible and so accommodating throughout the whole journey. Every single member of staff went above and beyond to make sure we, and all of our guests, felt truly looked after. Aimie, our wedding planner, was fantastic. Her attention to detail was exceptional, and we genuinely couldn’t have asked for anything more. Ellie, Myles, and Chris were the dream team — they made us and our guests feel so welcome, kept the drinks flowing, and ensured everyone knew exactly what was happening throughout the day. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and luxurious. The staff were happy, professional, and friendly. The food by Laura was absolutely to die for, and Carl’s music was AMAZING — he completely set the vibe for the evening. To top it all off, the Barn and Tap Room are simply beautiful. We truly had the best day and wish we could do it all over again. We cannot recommend this beautiful venue highly enough — the staff at The Moat and the wedding team are what make it so special. From start to finish our experience with Eastwell Manor was superb. Annie and Helen were responsive at all times to any questions we had and put our minds at rest. The food was amazing and when we went for our tasting we were thoroughly spoilt and were able to adjust our menu to our liking. We were given suggestions as to room layout and Annie made our welcome sign and place names etc, and the team rallied round setting up for our day. We even had a private room for the bridal party the evening before the wedding. Chris also went above and beyond, making sure we had everything we needed. Even saving us food and canapés. He was waiter, organiser and barman and wore multiple hats on the evening of our wedding. The toastmaster Jim took charge and was absolutely amazing. Helping with everything from dress issues to making us feel like royalty. The team blended in but were there for our every need. We felt we had total value for money at Eastwell Manor, with 10 rooms included in the package. A classy/high end fairytale venue, with personable, fabulous staff. What’s more to like. Only but of constructive feedback, as a spa hotel, we would have thought with the amount we were spending that we could use the spa at any time, rather than before 9am and after 5pm. However we didn’t have time anyhow and had an amazing weekend. Thank you to all who made our day so perfect. Regards Mr and Mrs Thompson.

We had our wedding here and it was amazing we got married 21st of August 2025. We had our ceremony outside and it was beautifully decorated, and enough space for the children to run around. Our meal was in the marquee and it also was decorated beautifully exactly as we had imagined. Our wedding coordinator Karen was amazing and helped everything run smoothly. The in house dj was awesome, I had a playlist already made and he made sure we all had such a good evening into the night.

We had our wedding party at the Mercure and the package included everything that we needed. The outdoor area was great to have on a hot summers day. Good food and the DJ they provided was great. Would definitely use the Mercure Tunbridge Wells for another event!

Hall Place has special place in our hearts as it is local, but this is much more than just a wedding venue as it’s a historical house with beautifully maintained gardens, fantastic staff and just incredible backdrops. The hole day for a February wedding went perfectly and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. There are also a lot of hotels nearby for your guests - highly recommend! The price I put down is inclusive of all food and venue hire
