We got married at Ruffynes Barn, and I can honestly say it was everything we dreamed of and more. The barn itself is absolutely stunning – full of character, charm, and a sense of rustic elegance that creates the perfect atmosphere for a truly magical day. What made our experience even more special was Suze, the owner. She was nothing short of incredible – warm, attentive, and so genuinely invested in making sure our day went smoothly. From the moment we first viewed the venue to the day of the wedding, she was always there to offer support, answer questions, and help bring our vision to life. Every detail of the barn is thoughtfully designed, and it offered the ideal backdrop for both our ceremony and reception. Our guests couldn’t stop commenting on how beautiful the setting was – it felt intimate, relaxed, and truly special.

Great Ote Hall is a stunning venue where you can make your wedding exactly what you want it to be. You can marry inside the house or out on the lawn. You have the freedom to choose your own marquee, caterers, toilet hire, music etc. The owners and hosts are extremely kind and attentive, without being intrusive. They truly want you to have the day you want and to ensure it all goes smoothly. The cost was extremely reasonable. We were able to set up a couple of days beforehand and then slowly clear up the next day at our own pace. We had use of the upper guest flat for the duration and it was a beautiful place to get ready. Other venues we have been to for friends weddings are like a conveyor belt, as soon as your wedding is done, they are setting up for the next. Great Ote Hall is not that sort of venue. You are made to feel as if your wedding is the only one that has ever happened there. There is plenty of parking and camping available, very close to a train station and local amenities. We are so happy we chose Great Ote Hall and we are so grateful for Carola and her family for sharing her home with us!

We recently had the total pleasure of getting married at Tottington Manor and it was nothing short of perfect. This place has something that I'm not sure anywhere else does, it has the views, it has the beautiful interior, but its secret sauce is the people who make it. From the moment we first enquired and received a prompt call back we felt it. The staff at Totts really, really care. Cat was our main point of contact and she expertly helped us picture our big day at Totts. She was incredible, she knows EVERYTHING and was just a real joy to work with. Our menu tasting event was beyond words, what a joyful evening! We knew we had made the right choice of venue but the menu tasting absolutely cemented that for us. The food itself deserves its own mention. We'd already tasted it at the menu tasting evening and it was incredible, and it didn't miss a beat on the day itself. Guests chose their courses in advance, which went down really well, and the kids were just as well looked after with their own menu. On our big day, every single staff member was warm, it was a family feel right from the bar staff to the team serving breakfast the next day. Charlotte was amazing on the day, she made sure everything was just how we wanted it and tirelessly worked behind the scenes. But on top of that, she was a real anchor, checking in with Rich and me to make sure we were okay, another example of the kindness of Totts. We are so honoured that Totts will be part of our story and we can't wait to celebrate years of anniversaries at this special place.

Where to start with Leonardslee?! Everything was completely smooth sailing from the outset. The Leonardslee team is amazing and went above and beyond to help bring our perfect wedding day to life. Jo Chellingworth (Events Manager) was always on hand to answer any queries we had and was very personable, professional and accommodating. The venue itself is absolutely stunning and we were fortunate enough to have beautiful weather to enjoy our drinks reception outside on the terrace overlooking the golf course. Having the entirety of the venue to ourselves and it being otherwise closed to the public for the day (which is quite unique compared to some other vineyard wedding venues) put our minds at ease that there would have been plenty of space indoors in the event of rain but luckily that wasn’t necessary! All of the hotel rooms are spacious, well-equipped and have super comfy beds. The air conditioning was also great given the warm weather! We also enjoyed staying in the cottage the night before with our dog. Our photographer was able to capture beautiful sunset photos in the vineyards and on the golf course which we accessed via golf buggies. Our dads enjoyed playing rounds of golf the day before and morning of the wedding at discounted rates and the staff in the club house were also very friendly and accommodating. The food throughout the day was absolutely delicious. We had compliments from guests as soon as the canapés were served and again in between courses of the wedding breakfast. The venue was also very flexible with special requests when it came to the menu options. Not to mention the fantastic wine but that goes without saying! In the lead up to our wedding we had some uncertainty with finalising guest numbers due to a couple of family members being unwell but Jo was very understanding and flexible with this process. Overall the team had an amazing eye for detail and put a lot of care and effort into making everything come together perfectly. The team made our whole experience stress-free allowing us to truly enjoy the day with our family and friends. We had great fun each opening a bottle of wine with a sabrage sword which made for some unique wedding photos! Given what is included in the wedding package combined with the quality of the venue we considered Leonardslee very good value for money, especially when compared to other similar venues for a summer (Saturday) wedding. We would whole heartedly recommend Leonardslee Wine Estate and would like to provide a special mention to both Jo’s as well as both Harry’s (Harry Cox and Harry Cornell) all of whom were fantastic.

Wow our Wedding was 2 days ago and it was truly the most magical day of our lives. The views and setting at Swarling were simply beautiful and the weather delivered with blue skies and sunshine. Our guests haven’t stopped telling us how amazing our Wedding and venue was - so much space to roam and the whole place created such a lovely relaxed vibe. The food was delicious, canapés outstanding and drinks a plenty. Jess our coordinator was simply amazing on the day and the whole lead up, she is so professional and knows the wedding business inside out. Jess was a huge help to us throughout and I was able to relax fully on the day knowing we were in good hands. Thank you Jess, your team and Swarling Manor. Book your wedding now! Will & Kathryn x

Nettlestead Place is a stunning venue, the moment my partner, (now husband!) and I arrived we knew it was the place for us. The house itself is a gorgeous historic property which provides access to a large bridal suite which made getting ready on the day really convenient. It also has a unique 'Undercroft' which is a stone vaulted room where you can have your ceremony and is unlike anywhere else I have seen. It helped make our day so special to say our vows there. Alternatively you can have an outdoor ceremony in the beautiful rose garden, where we got to enjoy our photographs, as well as holding our drinks reception in the beautifully curated and colourful grounds, including the lovely wild meadow. As well as the picturesque house and gardens there is a spacious marquee where we had a wonderful wedding breakfast and then danced the night away. Having a separate dance floor area within the marquee was great as there was no need to get out of the way so the room could be cleared and changed over for the evening, everything just flowed seamlessly onwards. The staff were all so helpful throughout the day, and kept everything moving brilliantly, and the catering team and bar staff were really professional and their food and drinks all absolutely excellent. We also had great fun choosing our menu and wines at a tasting day earlier in the year. However none of our day would have been possible without the help of Sharon who is the guiding hand of the company and who was so patient and helpful in letting us visit several times so we could work out flower arrangements and table layout etc Sharon always made the process really clear and was very responsive to any new queries all from the moment of our first visit. Sharon also made sure the day itself was everything we could have wanted, and free of stress as Sharon liaised with all our suppliers and made sure everything arrived where and when it was needed. We can't thank Sharon and her team enough for their support and the work they put into what was a truly special day. Also a huge thankyou to the owners, Annabel and her husband, not only for sharing their home but for our delicious breakfast the morning after the wedding. We can't thank you all enough.

Absolutely outstanding day for our Vow Renewal at The London Golf Club. It was nothing short of a fairytale, we couldn’t have done it without amazing Karen - genuinely outstanding service from initial conversation to the very end of our special day. Karen recommended to us the most amazing suppliers from DJs to fireworks they really do have everything covered. Cannot recommend enough we would absolutely use the London Golf Club for any events we have in the future, truly exceptional

Myself and my partner have just recently had our wedding celebration at the Manor. From the moment Emma, the event organiser, showed us around we fell in love with the venue. Every detail was a 5* service from the moment we viewed it, to the communication, Emma and her team made sure every detail of what we requested was fulfilled and ensured our wedding weekend was unforgettable. The staff were so attentive and caring, especially including the chef and the kitchen staff who served the highest quality food. We could not fault any part of the weekend. The only negative part was that it had to come to an end. Thank you all once again for making our weekend the most magical time for us and our guests!
