We had our wedding at The Ravenswood on 7th March. It was a perfect day! The venue and grounds are stunning and our wedding coordinator, Evie, made sure everything ran so smoothly throughout the day which really calmed our nerves. Nothing was too much trouble. Molly looked after us for the evening reception and was happy to help whenever we needed something. The food was delicious, the waiting staff were friendly and everything was perfectly clean and tidy. All of the staff at the Ravenswood made it such a magical experience for us. Thank you to the team!

We couldn’t have imagined a more perfect venue for our wedding. The Ravenswood is absolutely beautiful — we fell in love with it the moment we first visited, and it only became more magical on the day itself. The setting, the atmosphere, and the attention to detail all created the most wonderful backdrop for our celebration.

The wedding coordinator team were fantastic from start to finish. They were responsive, organised, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire planning process, which made everything feel so much easier and more enjoyable.

Myself and now husband had our wedding day at a The Ravenswood on 15.02.2026 and we could not fault anything. The day ran so smoothly, huge thank you to Dawn our wedding coordinator. She was the reason everyone was so calm and the reason we were able to have such a smoothly sailing day.
All of the staff at The Ravenswood were absolutely amazing, the bar was well used ;) and the facilities were changed around and cleaned in no time ready for the next part of the special day.
The weather wasn’t great for our wedding and we were able to accommodate things such as confetti throws and outdoor photos with the help of the venue staff.
The Venue and their staff are truly amazing and we couldn’t have picked a better place to get married!

The Ravenswood team were incredible from start to finish! On our first visit to see the venue, we were welcomed by friendly and personable staff. The flow of the venue and its space were exceptional but it really was the team who sealed the deal for us.
After booking, we were allocated Evie as our wedding coordinator and she was just phenomenal. Evie and the team’s communication in the months to the lead up to the wedding was quick and personable. We really felt listened to in every aspect of planning the day.
The actual day itself was perfect and that is down to Evie and the team. Everything ran seamlessly and we had the most incredible time. The food was amazing and service was brilliant! We can not thank Evie enough for making our day so special. We are already wanting to plan a vow renewal just to be back at the venue!

From the moment we first visited The Ravenswood in Sharpthorne, we immediately placed it at the top of our shortlist. The venue met every criteria we had in our heads, and is set within beautiful grounds that include ruins, a fairytale little castle, and beautiful rooms for guests to stay.
One of the biggest reasons we chose The Ravenswood was the variety it offers. There are multiple ceremony spaces to suit different styles, but as the bride, I had my heart set on getting married outside at The Little Castle—and it was every bit as magical as I imagined.
Our coordinator, Dawn, was nothing short of incredible. From the lead-up to the big day right through to the final moments, her communication, care, and attention to detail were exceptional. She regularly checked in with both my husband and me, ensured every detail was exactly as we envisioned, and even helped bring in all our decorations and clothes. Her calm, reassuring presence meant we could truly relax and enjoy every second.
The food deserves special mention—it was outstanding. Each course we selected was absolutely delicious and received rave reviews from our guests. The venue was also fantastic at accommodating allergies and specific dietary requirements, making everyone feel equally cared for.

I don't know how to properly put into words how amazing The Ravenswood were for our wedding in December! We had the most amazing day ever and I couldn't fault them in any way.

The venue itself and the grounds are absolutely stunning, but a huge part of what made our day so wonderful was the incredible team. I have to give the biggest thank you to Katie, our co-ordinator, who I am sure is superhuman. Katie made the 2 weeks leading up to the wedding so exciting and made us feel really comfortable asking questions or going to her with any last minute ideas. On the day she seemed to somehow be everywhere at once, appearing out of thin air anytime we so much as thought about needing something- but also never in the way, like magic! She worked an incredibly long day and I don't know if I have ever seen someone work so hard with such a big smile on her face all day.

Katie and all the team on the day were so friendly and helpful. We know they have weddings neary every day, but they made us feel like their only priority. I work in weddings myself as a florist and have spent a long time obsessing over how I would want my wedding to look and feel. We probably weren't their easiest couple as I had a lot of requests and ideas, but they made us feel like nothing was too much trouble.

I have to give another thank you to the team in accomodations, as I had a lot of room changes and they couldn't have been more patient with me. Thank you as well to the chef's and bar staff, we had so many compliments on all the food and service.

We have just had our wedding on NYE at The Ravenswood and it was nothing short of INCREDIBLE!!!!

Natalie, our wedding coordinator, and everyone else at The Ravenswood were amazing!! There was nothing that we asked for that they couldn’t accommodate, from the main event, to the finer details, they put as much effort into it all, and made our vision come alive.

Everything Natalie and the rest of the team did leading up to our wedding and on the day itself was perfect. It was planned and organised with military precision and our day was everything we dreamed of and more! Our guests were blown away by how beautiful the venue is and how amazing the food and drinks were, as well as how attentive the staff were.

Natalie took so much stress away from us, she was calm and so attentive to everything we needed. She is just amazing!

From our initial tour, to booking this amazing venue, and enjoying our special day, The Ravenswood has been truly amazing. We first met Ellie who showed us around the grounds, and then Dawn - our amazing coordinator - took everything off our hands. There was a fab variety of food for canapés, the wedding breakfast and evening buffet, and our guests loved everything. The staff are truly amazing and everyone was so warm, friendly and inviting, which created the most amazing atmosphere. We stayed at the Rosewood Cottage the night before, which was a lovely addition. We 100% recommend this stunning venue for your special day.

We cannot recommend the Ravenswood enough! Our wedding day at the beginning of November was simply perfect - a huge thank you to all the staff for making our day so special - our guests commented throughout the day on how polite, friendly and approachable the whole team was. Our wedding coordinator Natalie was with us every step of the way in the planning stages and helped to ensure everything ran smoothly on the day - no stress whatsoever! With just under 50 guests, this venue was the ideal size for us. We stayed at the Rosewood Cottage the night before the wedding which was a lovely addition, and the Getting Ready Room and Honeymoon Suite were both so luxurious! The canapes, wedding breakfast and late-night nibbles were all delicious and they were able to accomodate several last minute changes/additions seamlessly. Would absolutely recommend this venue, you won't be disappointed!

We got married just under a week ago and we really cannot fault anything at all! They've been the most accommodating venue and team and everyone at The Ravenswood works so hard to make each wedding special and magical. Amy was our co-ordinator and she was so amazing at dealing with a bride who was more anxious about everyone else having a great day. She listened to us as a couple and fit in any small changes straight away. I said it in my speech and I will keep on saying it - everyone needs an Amy on their wedding day.

Venue was perfect on our special day, it was all set up to plan. The food was amazing - we had guest after guest approach us to say how amazing the food was and we couldn't have agreed more. All of the guests who stayed the night reported how lovely and spacious their rooms were and how comfy the beds were and having breakfast together the following morning was another added bonus.

The bridesmaids and I all stayed in the Rosewood Cottage the night before and we all slept incredibly well and were able to have a relaxed night in and use the well equipped kitchen to have dinner.

WOW! We had the honour of getting married at this AMAZING venue in October this year. From the moment we visited The Ravenswood, we knew it was the venue for us. From the stunning grounds to the fantastic facilities in the cottage, this venue had it all. We particularly valued the warmth and friendliness that we received from all of the staff. Evie, our wedding coordinator, made the whole process seamless by supporting us with decisions and reassuring us in each step. Evie is one of the smiliest people we have met and brought joy to our special day. On our wedding day, our guests commented on how friendly and accommodating all the waiting and bar staff were. The guests also commented on the quality of the food and the generous portion size.
