We had our wedding at trunkwell house, and it was truly the most magical day of our lives! From the moment we first visited, we knew this was the one. The setting is breathtaking — beautifully landscaped grounds, elegant interiors, and that perfect blend of charm and sophistication. The staff went above and beyond in every way. Sophie was an absolute dream to work with — responsive, organised, and genuinely invested in making sure every detail was flawless. On the big day, the team made everything run seamlessly so we could just relax and soak in every moment. A special shout out to Rene who absolutely made the wedding day what it was, his attention to detail and ensuring we was happy all day didn’t go a miss and the day wouldn’t have been the same without him! Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food, the atmosphere, and the stunning venue. The ceremony felt intimate and romantic, and the reception space transformed into the most incredible celebration spot. If you’re looking for a venue that’s as beautiful as it is professionally run, look no further than Trunkwell House. We’ll be forever grateful for the memories we made here. 💍✨

Tony, Ben and the team were instrumental to making our day so special. The venue speaks for itself - stunning gardens and a beautifully intricate interior to the house, which made for unforgettable photos and memories for us and our guests. There are so many areas of the venue that we and the guests could explore. The marquee was the perfect space for all 120ish guests plus a photo booth. The bar offering was fantastic - the best cocktails!! We are so happy we chose this venue and urge you to check it out for yourselves!

The Wild Garden is a stunning venue. We held our wedding reception there, after getting married at a church in Surrey about half an hour from the venue. There are so many places to explore on the estate, from the beautiful lakes to the private woodland areas, and our photos from the day are absolutely fantastic. It also has some unique and memorable features, including the beautiful “Monet” bridge and the double swing. The surroundings are breathtaking – a real hidden gem!

The owner and staff couldn't possibly have been more accommodating to request or changes at last minute. Due to weather concerns, we changed our ceremony from outdoors to indoors with less than 24 hours notice and the venue made it happen without a single issue. We used the venue for catering too, the food was high quality in great quantity. We had nearly 100 guests, and for such a small team, it felt like their was an army working at the venue. 15* out of 10*, we had a perfect day!

Wintershill Hall was the location for our wedding in August 2025 and it couldn't have been more perfect. The setting was stunning and the walled garden was an ideal spot for the marquee. However it was Edward (owner) who was the star of the show. He was helpful at every opportunity and it was a total pleasure to work with him. Nothing was too difficult and he was endlessly generous in helping us plan the perfect day. You could tell how well regarded Edward and Wintershill is in the area, as all of our suppliers already had a positive working relationship with him, which naturally took so much stress off us organising! We first got married in the Manor Marquee at Kingswood Manor in early 2020 just before the lockdown, and it was everything we could have dreamed of elegant, beautiful, and full of charm. The team made the whole experience seamless, from planning to the big day itself. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the stunning venue and warm hospitality. Fast forward to September 2025, and we celebrated our 5-year vow renewal albeit now with 2 beautiful children of ours beside us at Kingswood Manor, and it was even more magical! Seeing the space again brought back all the wonderful memories of our wedding day, and the team went above and beyond to make our celebration intimate and special. The marquee looked stunning, and the atmosphere was exactly what we had hoped for. We are so grateful to the staff for their care, professionalism, and attention to detail on both occasions.

We recently had our wedding reception at The Perch and we could not be happier with how it went, and that’s all thanks to Emily and all the staff at the Perch! Emily was super communicative from the start, and laid out all predicted costs straight away. Our tour was great and the food tasting was AMAZING! We left the tasting full and happy, excited for all our friends and family to try our menu! In the weeks leading up to the event, Emily was incredibly helpful in helping plan our timeline and decor set-up and in communicating with other vendors which took so much stress off our plates. The Perch were fab in setting up the beautiful marquee exactly how we wanted, and we were so happy with how everything came together, it was so easy and smooth! On the day itself, Emily and the staff could not be more helpful. We had a couple of hiccups (not due to the Perch!) including the photo booth not working initially, and Emily jumped in and fixed it!! The food and drink, as predicted, were delicious and we had so many guests compliment both the quantity and quality of the food! The Perch is also a beautiful venue for photos! Would especially recommend taking advantage of the riverside setting and arriving by boat. Altogether, we had an amazing day and this is largely thanks to the fab staff at the Perch- thank you so so so much to Emily and colleagues! We highly recommend the Perch for couples looking for an easy but unique and personalised wedding with excellent food in a beautiful location! Thank you!!

To thank Penton Park (PP) for being a "great venue" is to do them a great disservice, and is really missing the point by a nautical mile. When you book your wedding with PP, you also guarantee yourself an easy and enjoyable preparation for your wedding with the lovely PP team. You guarantee yourself a weekend of exclusive guest access to an exquisite, all-weather, Grade II listed venue, without having to worry about navigating around other stressed couples making last-minute adjustments to the same venue for their big day, because although PP welcome enough couples each year to keep themselves on point, they couldn't be further from other commercial "conveyor belt" experiences - offering just 20 lucky couples each year the opportunity to take over the family home and celebrate their marriage there. Book early to avoid disappointment! The lovely PP wedding team... what can I say? Professionally punctual and meticulous, but almost un-"professionally"... enthusiastic, flexible, and welcoming (in the mutual excitement of their welcoming you into their family home for the most wonderful day of your life so far :-D)! We recently held our wedding at Furtho Manor Farm, and my family also stayed onsite at the Guest B&B. The venue, location, and guest B&B were all absolutely stunning!! Robin and Linda really went above and beyond to provide an outstanding service. They really made our special day, extra special. I have no hesitation in recommending Furtho Manor Farm for weddings, parties, and stays.
