The Lavinia Suite & Guest Accommodation
Your experience begins in the Lavinia Suite - the largest bridal suite in Europe. This elegant space sets the tone for your day, offering a serene setting to get ready in comfort and style. Meanwhile, your partner can prepare in the cozy and stylish Dustin Suite.
With 13 individually styled bedrooms onsite- each inspired by the estate’s rich history- your closest family and friends can stay overnight and enjoy the full Hedsor experience. It’s not just about one day; it’s about creating shared memories across your entire stay.

Pure Perfection, Dream-Makers, and Flawless in Every Regard
Hedsor House and estate is, without question, one of the most beautiful places we have ever known. Perfection resides in every polished surface, in every sweeping view, in every quiet corner where history and romance linger. But beyond its splendour, Hedsor offers something priceless, it welcomes you into its romantic story. Here, you do not simply host an event; you become part of a centuries-old love story that you want to read over and over again.
The estate radiates a beauty so exquisite that we knew, without hesitation, that no other venue could possibly hold our special day. Hedsor exceeded every expectation we had. And so, though “thank you” feels achingly insufficient, it is offered with the deepest sincerity and a lifetime’s worth of gratitude. Hedsor have given us a gift that will echo through the years, a perfect day, in a perfect place, surrounded by perfect people.
Anne wasnothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we stepped into the library to secure Hedsor as ours, she infused every step of our journey with a blend of wisdom, elegance, and heartfelt care. Her guidance has grace and professionalism, yet always wrapped in warmth. She didn’t just help us plan a wedding, she made it a joy, and a treasure we will carry forever.
Aida, her spirit is pure magic. From the first smile to the final embrace, she made every single person, us, our families, our friends, feel like they were the most special people. Aida looked after me with such tenderness during my emotional moments, her hugs becoming anchors of comfort when she snuck me into the venue to avoid being seen by any of our guests. Tim was looked after by her from the second he arrived in the morning and she ran around doing so much; she is a superwoman! We were both looked after and sorting everything out before we would even need to ask. She was always several steps ahead.
And then there is the wider Hedsor family; the night manager, the porter in the basement, every member of your team. Each interaction was a masterclass in hospitality, professional, yet imbued with a warmth that made us feel looked after.
My husband adored his stay at The Hive the night before and it was home away from home, with every he needed before our big day.
The gestures Hedsor bestowed upon us spoke volumes: the heartfelt emails, the surprise gifts for our boys, Marvin, Derek, and Bob, the Hedsor bubbles, the estate honey, the beautiful stationery, and thoughtfully curated gift bags. Every touch whispered of a level of care and thought that we didn’t expect.

Exceeded our (very high) expectations in every way!
We arranged a virtual tour with Kate and instantly felt a connection. She was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, making us feel confident that we were in very safe hands. Although we initially planned to marry in 2025 due to other commitments in 2024, we found a rare opportunity to get married at Hedsor on December 29th, 2023. What started as a hypothetical possibility quickly became reality after talking with Kate and Hedsor's preferred suppliers. We decided to take the plunge (yes, we are mad!).
Since Hedsor's packages were unavailable during the Christmas break, we opted to dry-hire the house and worked with a mix of preferred and self-sourced suppliers. Organising everything in just four months was crazy, but Kate was always there to support and guide us through the process. We truly could not have done it without her and the wider Hedsor team!
As for the wedding day itself—just WOW. It was perfect from start to finish, exceeding our very high expectations. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas, adding an extra touch to this already stunning and special place. Trish and the team ran the day like a military operation, allowing my husband and me to fully relax and savour every moment.
Thank you to everyone at Hedsor for making our wedding day the best day of our lives. It turned out to be even more than our dream day!

Winter Wedding of Dreams!
For our wedding day we chose the 1776 package and all the suppliers included were phenomenal, we also used suppliers from the preferred supplier list who were all great too.
The team at Hedsor are just brilliant, we cannot thank them enough for their quick responses and never saying no to all of the ideas we had.

All the Hedsor team were absolutely brilliant and couldn’t do enough for us!
We’ve had so many lovely compliments from our guests on the stunning house as well as how smoothly the day ran and a lot of our guests have said it was the best wedding they have ever been too!
We would thoroughly recommend Hedsor House to anyone looking for a wedding venue and once you set eyes on the stunning house you’ll see exactly why!
But not only is it an absolutely beautiful venue but all of the staff are so warm and welcoming too making it the perfect venue!

Our award-winning in-house team has, between them, over 200 years of experience in the weddings and events industries! Throughout your entire journey at Hedsor, you will be guided by our exceptional Wedding Specialists - from the moment you come for a tour, as you walk down the aisle and when you join our legacy of former couples. Jennie, Anne, Kate and Michele
Friendly, loving, and rather food-motivated, our gorgeous herd of highland cattle have been in residence on the estate since 2008. Lillie is our matriarch, and white in colour. Her babies Poppy and Little Al are gorgeously chestnut in colour, and Little Al’s horns droop distinctively. Elsie is our black highland and loves to give visitors kisses through the fence. Finally, beautiful Heather finishes off our herd and is quite the poser!
