The Events Team management of the whole process was attentive and thorough. We both felt secure in the knowledge they were working closely with Suppliers and with us in mind. We had a wonderful day and we don’t think the Team could have done anything more to ensure it was a memorable occasion for us.

We had our wedding reception at the Manor at Sway and it was wonderful. The Manor is located in the beautiful, quaint village of Sway, which is a perfect location - in the heart of the New Forest but also close to the beautiful nearby beaches. The Manor is beautifully decorated with high ceilings and all our guests commented on how beautiful their rooms were. We enjoyed some high quality, lovely food at the Manor as part of our wedding breakfast as well as some delicious canapés. Nothing was too much trouble for Tim and the rest of the team at the Manor, which made the wedding planning process really enjoyable and the team made everyone feel very relaxed on the day. One of the reasons we chose the Manor was because of the beautiful long gardens which made for some lovely photos and there is lots of room for a band and garden games. We didn’t have a marquee but we imagine this would be a great option for larger weddings as the garden is large and private. All in all, we are so pleased we chose the Manor at Sway, it is a beautiful hidden gem in the New Forest!

What an amazing venue to have our wedding at - from the moment of booking our wedding it was seamless- no stress no drama. The day far exceeded any of our dreams and every single member of staff made our day a wonderful memory! A big shoutout to Jordan who made every request possible- she saw my vision and ran with it, she was calming and efficient and very lovely too. The food was first class - I think every guest told us how amazing it was. We had special dietary requirements and the hotel ensured they had everything they needed without missing out on quality - they say that they’ve never known service like it and was grateful with the effort made. We can’t recommend the Holiday Inn Eastleigh enough its first class service on an affordable budget! Many guests told us it was the best wedding they’d been too and the hotel definitely made that possible!! And the lovely touch to the hotel room on our wedding night was a wonderful touch!!Wish we could do it all again!!

We couldn’t be happier with our wedding at Voco Winchester. The venue is beautiful, and the events team made everything so easy to plan. On the day, everything ran perfectly, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The food was amazing, and our guests loved it. A truly memorable day—highly recommend!

We had our wedding reception at Portsmouth Distillery in September this year and the whole experience was fantastic. From start to finish communication with the venue was brilliant and they couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. All of our guests were so impressed by how unique and interesting the venue was. All the bar staff etc on the day were great and Jackie who organised everything for us is an absolute star! Cannot recommend highly enough!

The Lightship was a magical venue for our wedding. We were guided through wine choices with an incredible depth of information. The food selection used high quality locally sourced ingredients and was beautifully cooked and presented. The venue was spectacular and provided the perfect venue for an exciting intimate wedding. Arriving by motorboat through the marina surprised all our guests and made for a memorable moment. The staff provided an immaculate service in a relaxed and friendly way. Every guest felt looked after. I wouldn’t change a single thing. Our wedding day was perfect and spectacular.

Holly and her team were exceptional from start to finish. Excellent communication from the start and always a ‘can- do’ attitude. Everything went perfectly on the day thanks to their organisation. Our wedding breakfast was stunningly presented and delicious! The team are also super fun and lovely to work with. Thank you so much guys, we had the best time!!

We had our wedding at The Tithe Barn in August 2024 and it’s a stunning venue, run by a fantastic, helpful team. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others - we were so pleased with how our day went!

We got married here in May and couldn't fault anything. The staff were all very helpful and made the day run smoothly. We will be back soon for food and drinks!

We had our wedding at The Grand in August 2024, I can truly say it was the most amazing day! We had the whole wedding (ceremony, wedding breakfast and reception) there, and it was faultless. The organisation, effort and attention to detail was incredible. The food was delicious, the staff were friendly and helpful. We partied until 2am in Ruby’s, the whole venue is just fantastic. Thank you to the whole team, it was the most special day! If you are thinking of getting married at The Grand, or holding any event there -do it! I can’t recommend it enough
