Very professional and accommodating Was so impressed with the service and quick responses and enjoyed our tours very much. The venue is so beautiful, we were blown away and really wanted to get married here. Sadly our guest list expanded too big (over 100 for ceremony) so couldn’t go ahead with this venue. But would really recommend people to go have a look as the pictures do not even do it justice as to how lovely it is

Absolutely fantastic! Our day was amazing and it had been postponed four times due to covid. The Village Hotel could not have been more accommodating with the change of dates. Everything was perfect on the day and Lucy Smart-Cohen, our wedding co-ordinator, was brilliant. She was friendly, approachable, so organised and I had every confidence in her. All the staff involved on the day were brilliant too. Very friendly, but still professional, and nothing was too much trouble. The location of the hotel was ideal for us and our guests. Plenty of parking and plenty of rooms for those guests that stayed overnight. Competitive pricing, Our big day finally happened and went without a hitch. There is absolutely nothing negative I can say about The Village Hotel and staff! A perfect day!

We had our wedding day at Kimbridge Barn on 11th October 2025 and it was the perfect venue for us. The barn is an amazing space and perfect for our autumn wedding, and all the incredible staff there really helped to make our day special. In particular, we would like to thank Helen who was so helpful at the start of our booking process and answered our many questions, Cassie from the events team who was amazing throughout the planning and wedding meetings, and Paul (general manager) who helped us with our food and wine tasting and also was amazing at co-ordinating our day. The events team really do go above and beyond to help, and have such great organisation and attention to detail. We can't thank them enough! Our food and drink was excellent, and the whole day ran so smoothly. We also love that we can come back and visit the tea room, and reminisce on our special day. We would highly recommend Kimbridge Barn to future couples without hesitation.

We had our wedding reception at St Leonards on the 23rd August, and cannot speak highly enough of Holly and Jodie, who made our day absolutely perfect. From initially getting in touch Holly was professional, helpful and friendly. In our initial meeting she was so accommodating, understanding and caring in the effort that she put into the planning the day with us, and that continued until the wedding was done. We had multiple rooms booked for our wedding party and they were lovely, with comfy beds and well presented. We ate in the restaurant the night before and morning after the wedding and all of our food was delicious, with the staff being brilliant. On the day itself, Jodie and Holly were absolutely incredible. The room was stunning, set out so very beautifully and the attention to detail was brilliant. The barbecue wedding breakfast was delicious, with Jodie escorting my mum all the way round to assist her which meant a lot to her and me. They were on top of everything, all of the guests loved them and how kind and professional they were. They worked their socks off for us the entire day and we are so very grateful for everything that they both did. Thank you so, so much Holly and Jodie, you made our day unforgettable and we will always be so thankful that you were the ones with us through it all. I would recommend St Leonards as a wedding venue to anyone who will listen.

We had the most wonderful experience celebrating our wedding at New Place Hotel. From start to finish, Jacinta and her team were professional, welcoming, and incredibly well organised, making the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning grounds and elegant spaces that created the perfect backdrop for our special day. The kitchen and bar staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran seamlessly, and we felt so well looked after throughout. Our guests also commented on how lovely the venue was, and how convenient it was to stay on site to enjoy the wedding in its fullness. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to get married and would highly recommend New Place Hotel to any couple looking for a truly special wedding venue.

From the moment our original venue phoned us to say they was unfortunately shutting down, right up to the night of our wedding, Hannah and her team have been nothing but amazing! They made it feel so easy, less stressful and took a lot off our plates. From the first meeting we knew we was in great hands. Our day went without a hitch, nothing was to big of a ask, the food was lovely, the rooms was great, breakfast was delicious 😋 and the lovely card, champagne and petals in our honeymoon sweet was such a lovely touch. The biggest thing for me was how understanding they was when I told them about my father that recently had a motorcycle accident, they went above and beyond to make sure he was looked after. We cant thank the team enough for everything they've done for us, our families and friends. We would highly recommend Chilworth Manor as a wedding venue or even just to visit! Thank you so much from the Cracknells!

We got married at Rhinefield House Hotel in May 2025. It is the most beautiful wedding venue in the New Forest. It has beautiful grounds for photos and the building itself is stunning. The staff are very helpful throughout the wedding planning process. The day itself went beautifully and the wedding breakfast was delicious. So many of our guests said how excellent the food was and how beautiful the hotel is. The bridal suite was lovely with views over the lawn. We would highly recommend getting married at Rhinefield House Hotel.

We had our winter Christmas wedding at the Meon Valley Hotel, and it was absolutely magical from start to finish. The festive atmosphere, seasonal décor and cosy setting created the perfect backdrop for our special day. A huge part of what made everything run so smoothly was Donna, who was truly top dog. Her organisation, calm confidence and attention to detail were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made us feel completely at ease the day before and on the day itself. Donna was brilliantly supported by Nicole, Gemma and Albert, who were all fantastic. The team worked seamlessly together, were incredibly professional, and always on hand with a smile. Their hard work didn’t go unnoticed by us or our guests. The food throughout the entire day was exceptional, and we honestly could not fault a single dish. We started with a delicious tomato soup or chicken and bacon salad, followed by beautifully cooked turkey roast or sea bass. The vegetables were cooked to perfection, which so often gets overlooked but were absolutely spot on. Desserts were just as impressive, the huge apple pie and custard was lush and the sticky toffee pudding was a huge hit. In the evening, we opted for the BBQ food buffet, which was a brilliant choice. Guests commented throughout and even after our wedding how fantastic the food was, and not one person had a bad word to say. From start to finish, the quality, flavour and presentation were outstanding. The day flowed perfectly, the service was excellent, and our guests felt well cared for from arrival right through to the end of the night. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or a better team to trust with such an important day. We would wholeheartedly recommend Meon Valley Hotel to anyone considering a winter or Christmas wedding.

Having looked around several local venues we decided upon the Basingstoke Country Hotel, for a couple of reasons. The first was that Polly (Events Manager) was very knowledgeable, organised and could either answer every question we had or, found the answer almost immediately. Other venues we visited did not respond to queries we had during the initial meeting. Not only did Polly come across as very knowledgable and experienced but she also gave us far more confidence than staff at other venues in getting everything organised and ensuring the day ran smoothly. The venue and Polly were very accommodating and keen show their flexibility in working with us in order to realise our dream day. The flexibility in tailoring packages and not sticking with a rigid structure enabled us to tweak exactly what was being delivered on the day to ensure a great experience not only for us, but for all of our guests as well. It was also great to see Polly liaising with all the other service providers (photographer, flourist, cake maker etc) in order to reduce our input/stresses on the day and during the build up. We had very positive feedback from all of our guests about how nice the venue looked and how attentive the staff were throughout the day. We found that additional small touches, such as organising earlier access to certain rooms to get ready, sorting out drinks for all the children during the Champagne arrival drinks and also providing some snacks for the groomsmen and bridal party during the morning (at no additional cost) made a big difference to us and again, helped towards making the event as stress free as possible. The food was amazing, from the canapes to the evening buffet and it was nice to touch base with the head chef prior to the day. 10/10 in every area for us 🙂
