The service of everyone involved was amazing from the very first meeting to the night itself. The food was amazing exceeded our expectations, the room itself was perfect, clean and tidy.

Great Ote Hall is a stunning venue where you can make your wedding exactly what you want it to be. You can marry inside the house or out on the lawn. You have the freedom to choose your own marquee, caterers, toilet hire, music etc. The owners and hosts are extremely kind and attentive, without being intrusive. They truly want you to have the day you want and to ensure it all goes smoothly. The cost was extremely reasonable. We were able to set up a couple of days beforehand and then slowly clear up the next day at our own pace. We had use of the upper guest flat for the duration and it was a beautiful place to get ready. Other venues we have been to for friends weddings are like a conveyor belt, as soon as your wedding is done, they are setting up for the next. Great Ote Hall is not that sort of venue. You are made to feel as if your wedding is the only one that has ever happened there. There is plenty of parking and camping available, very close to a train station and local amenities. We are so happy we chose Great Ote Hall and we are so grateful for Carola and her family for sharing her home with us!

Susan and Quinn’s Catering are amazing. The service from initial meetings through to the day of the Wedding. No question was too big or small, with Susan taking everything in her stride and making us feel so comfortable in the decisions we were making. She was on hand with ideas to make the day feel even more special and her staff were faultless - from after ceremony drinks, canapés all the way through the wedding breakfast and evening reception. They were always on hand, so helpful and polite and always putting the guests first. We have had multiple guests tell us it was the best wedding they had been to, partly due to the service and the quality of the food - dare we mention the sweet chilli sausages?! The amount of requests we have had for where they are from….. we had people queuing up for canapés as they came round (yes, they were that good) and the BBQ platter and trio of desserts went down an absolute storm - we all ate like royalty! We couldn’t have asked for anything more from our day, with Slindon, Susan and her staff (plus the food) being a huge part of that! The venue is incredible, Susan is so generous with her time and knowledge and her staff are amazing. From what could have been a very stressful build up and day Susan helped us breeze through it. She has all the contacts you could dream of and we couldn’t have made it such a special day without her!

We fell in love with the venue, inside and out and knew from the first moment we saw Ravenswood that it was our venue. The package the venue offer is incredible value compared to others. We recently had the total pleasure of getting married at Tottington Manor and it was nothing short of perfect. This place has something that I'm not sure anywhere else does, it has the views, it has the beautiful interior, but its secret sauce is the people who make it. From the moment we first enquired and received a prompt call back we felt it. The staff at Totts really, really care. Cat was our main point of contact and she expertly helped us picture our big day at Totts. She was incredible, she knows EVERYTHING and was just a real joy to work with. Our menu tasting event was beyond words, what a joyful evening! We knew we had made the right choice of venue but the menu tasting absolutely cemented that for us. The food itself deserves its own mention. We'd already tasted it at the menu tasting evening and it was incredible, and it didn't miss a beat on the day itself. Guests chose their courses in advance, which went down really well, and the kids were just as well looked after with their own menu. On our big day, every single staff member was warm, it was a family feel right from the bar staff to the team serving breakfast the next day. Charlotte was amazing on the day, she made sure everything was just how we wanted it and tirelessly worked behind the scenes. But on top of that, she was a real anchor, checking in with Rich and me to make sure we were okay, another example of the kindness of Totts. We are so honoured that Totts will be part of our story and we can't wait to celebrate years of anniversaries at this special place.

This is a manor house. With lovely fields, a flower garden and other bits around including a swings etc. The room was spacious and bright with a lovely brick-patio background of well maintained flowers and field in the distance. You will find free parking onsite too. Looking to have your own caterers, not being told that you can only use the venues? Best place for you! At such a reasonable price its is a non-brainer. Also the staff are so friendly and helpful, including Alice and James. They go above and beyond for your special day and are good in keeping in touch. Nothing is too much for them. With this venue you pay by the house, not by guest and the prices are reasonable. This comes with free hire of tables, chairs and cutlery. I would highly recommend this venue.

With three months to go to our wedding our previous venue fell through and we contacted the Alexander House team to see if they could help us. They were INCREDIBLE, putting together a perfect day in record time and accommodating everything we had wanted. We couldn't have asked for a more helpful, thorough and efficient wedding organiser. The wedding day itself was perfect and everyone on staff was attentive and lovely. The food was particularly amazing (as all the guests kept saying!) If you are planning a wedding in the area this is a beautiful venue with helpful and organised staff and I would seriously recommend considering it - it was a fantastic choice for us!

We felt the planning and communication was great and straight forward. Everyone we spoke to was helpful and kind and we are grateful for your service and the quick turnaround to make our day happen! Picking the best part of the day is a tricky one - it was all fantastic from the food, location, weather, customer service that I don't think there was anything we would want to change or have any different. Overall we're super happy we decided to go ahead this year and get married at Amberley - it was exactly what we wanted and would highly recommend other couples to have their weddings or other events at Amberley! Right from our first meeting we fell in love with Leonardslee. Jo made us feel at home immediately, and has been simply incredible in every aspect of helping us plan. No question was too much, and communication was excellent. The venue itself is amazing - even with close to one hundred guests, there was room for everyone and we were able to use so many of the estate's beautiful spaces from the ceremony room to the outdoor terraces to the tasting room to a quiet room for parents with babies. In the lead up to the day, Jo and her team were attentive and as excited as we were! We felt like we were the only couple getting married that year and we had their full attention- we never had to worry about anything. On the day, everything was seamless and a huge shout out to Harry, Jo and extended team for ensuring our wedding went perfectly. Not one of our guests felt rushed, and we've lost count of how many of them have commented since how good the food and drink was! Harry and his team were excellent at arranging the magical ceremony room, and then rearranging it seamlessly into a stunning dining room. We are so grateful to the team for all they did- from all the recommendations for suppliers, helping us secure our registrar preferred time slot to setting us up with a buggy to ride around the vineyard for the perfect photoshots. Thank you again for everything!
