Facilities and Capacity
From your rehearsal vows to your last reception dance, Bourton Hall can accommodate every part of your once-in-a-lifetime occasion. Built in the Italian Renaissance style, the mansion has been welcoming visitors for generations. If you desire a traditional ceremony, then the beautiful former-catholic chapel is sure to impress you. Alternatively, you are welcome to pledge your love outside beneath the portico. After posing for photographs, you and your guests can venture into the Banqueting Hall for your wedding meal. The Draycote Bar and Disco is a wonderful spot for dancing the night away, boasting a well-stocked bar and a DJ booth.

Bourton Hall hosted its first wedding in 2020 and has been setting the scene for romantic celebrations ever since. You will be granted exclusive access to the whole property for the entirety of your event, while the staff will be on hand to ensure everything runs smoothly. In addition to its event spaces, the venue has a variety of luxurious en-suite bedrooms. Our Amazing Day ❤️
Our wedding day 10.01.26 at Bourton Hall was just perfect. It was everything we wanted and more. The venue were so professional and the attention to detail was second to none. When we first visited to view the venue, it instantly had that wow factor and Delia who showed us around was lovely. There were no pushy sales. We were allowed to take our time and look around at our leisure. We went ahead and booked there and then. The package we booked was amazing. Our wedding manager Donna Brown was so lovely. I’m a bit of a planning control freak but she matched my chaos perfectly with her calming presence. On the day she made sure everything run smoothly. All of the staff were lovely. We couldn’t have asked for more. If you’re looking for a venue, you won’t be disappointed with this one!!

Wedding of my dreams 💓
We organised our wedding within 4 months and I can honestly say I didn't feel stressed once. The staff at Bourton Hall made us feel so at ease and honestly we had the best day! Definitely go for the deals they do if you can, we took the plunge as couldn't say no to the price they were offering and will never regret it!

Just perfect for your wedding day
We got married at Bourton Hall on the 17th of January 2026, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We honestly couldn’t have wished for a more beautiful venue or a smoother, more stress-free wedding day.
Every single detail was looked after with such care and professionalism. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely supported and able to just enjoy the day. A huge, heartfelt thank you goes to Jemma, our coordinator, who was simply amazing. She guided us through the whole process and the wedding day itself with such calm, kindness, and attention to detail. Thanks to her, everything ran seamlessly and without any stress — we felt truly looked after.
The venue itself is breathtaking. Bourton Hall is elegant, romantic, and full of character. The décor and decorations were stunning and created the most magical atmosphere — everything looked even more beautiful than we imagined. The rooms, ceremony space, and reception areas were all immaculate and perfectly prepared.
The food was outstanding — delicious, beautifully presented, and so well received by all of our guests. The DJ was fantastic and kept the atmosphere exactly right, and the staff throughout the day and evening were exceptional: friendly, attentive, professional, and always smiling. Nothing was too much trouble.
Our guests are still talking about how wonderful the venue, food, and service were. Bourton Hall truly made our wedding day unforgettable, and we will cherish the memories forever.
We cannot recommend Bourton Hall highly enough to any couple looking for a truly special wedding venue.

Forced us to pay despite being diagnosed with cancer
I was due to get married at Bourton Hall in February, but I was diagnosed with cancer recently which meant I’m unable to attend the wedding.
We asked to have the wedding rearranged out side of “wedding season” (Oct 2027) in which Bourton Hall refused and forced us to pay 75% of fee before the 21st of November.
Which caused stress and anxiety especially to my partner as we had to rush through insurance due to the short time provided.
We understand theirs Ts and Cs to follow but Bourton Hall was the only part of the wedding who refused to help us in some way.

Stunning Venue
Bourton Hall is simply stunning and made a beautiful backdrop to our day! The team were amazing, and made sure the day ran smoothly and were so friendly! Harminder, our wedding manager, was the absolute star of the day, from keeping us informed to ensuring the day went off without a hitch!

Best day of our lives!
We got married at Bourton Hall on 6th June 2025 and I have to say it was the most incredible venue.
Our wedding manager Lee was amazing at communicating throughout the day (keeping us updated without becoming overbearing) and during the planning process was able to respond to all my queries in a timely manner. It never felt like anything was too much of an ask!
My bridesmaids and I stayed in the cottage on-site for the night before and despite there being a wedding that evening it was quiet and peaceful with spacious rooms and plenty of places to hang up dresses - it felt very thought out that this would be needed!
On the day, Lee arrived early with an incredible spread of food (it looked like something you’d get at a high class restaurant!) and helped transport everything over to the main building. All the staff were friendly and organised, and the turnaround from the night before was impeccable.
The whole day from start to finish was perfect - I had one staff member with me and my dad helping get my train perfect for the aisle walk as we were coming through the main doors (apart from my bridesmaids) which was something I hadn’t even thought of but really appreciated. The food was absolutely outstanding - if you got that in a restaurant you’d be thrilled and to think it was serving nearly 100 guests it was really impressive to get that level of quality. The grounds were impeccable and the guests loved the outdoor games.
I could go on and on… thank you Lee and the rest of the staff for the best day of our lives. I am so thrilled we chose Bourton Hall and recommend it to anybody who’s thinking of booking a wedding!

Perfect day!
We got married at Bourton Hall on 08 March 2025 and our wedding planner was Harminder. The day was absolutely amazing from start to finish. All the food and drinks were of a high standard and presented beautifully which includes the wedding breakfast, canapés and cocktails, and breakfast the next day. The venue is gorgeous with lots of rooms, well maintained grounds and exclusive use. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the event was really well managed. We would like to particularly thank Harminder, who was supportive throughout the wedding planning process and the wedding day, ensuring things ran smoothly and in a timely manner. He is a great communicator, provided advice and guidance where needed and attention to detail. We really had a magical day! Thank you so much! We would happily do it all over again and would definitely recommend this venue!

Made to feel you matter
What a fabulous wedding venue! Because it's a wedding venue and not a hotel that holds the occasional wedding, they really focused on what was important and anticipated our every need. It's an elegant venue but with a comfortable feel to it. The team are incredibly accommodating and helpful and each couple is allocated their own personal wedding manager to guide them through the process and to make sure every detail is covered.
There's a beautiful chapel on site where non-religious ceremonies can be held - this was fabulous.
The food was plentiful and delicious - all our guests raved about it. Great choice of welcome drinks and canapes, wines and cocktails.
The grounds are gorgeous; a perfect backdrop for our October wedding.

A magical day
Our wedding at Bourton Hall was better than we ever imagined. The Italianate mansion is truly spectacular inside and out however it is the team that made our day run perfectly. Our guests found the setting and the food incredible, they were very impressed! Our wedding planner Emily Sarjant was fantastic her knowledge and expertise made our day magical from start to finish, with all the special touches that she suggested. Our first dance was created in such a beautiful way it will be a memory we cherish forever. Thank you to Emily and the team at Bourton Hall. My husband would also like to note that the croquembouche was amazing and everyone should have one.

A great Choice of Venue
We were married on 28th July 2024. What an amazing day we had at Bourton Hall. Could not fault it! The venue is so elegant! The grounds and views were to die for. The food was out of this world with so many choices and all cooked and served to perfection. Accommodation / rooms were plentiful and luxurious. Lovely to have a chapel on site too. We had the whole place to ourselves, we felt like royalty! Lots of varied rooms and areas for people to choose where they wanted to be after the wedding breakfast. We would choose the venue all over again!

Stunning wedding venue!
We had both our wedding ceremony and reception at Bourton Hall and the service was superb throughout. The house and grounds are beautiful with amazing views to go with them. The staff were professional and helpful during the lead up to our wedding day and during the day as well - even when we had an emergency prior to the ceremony which caused delays, the venue staff were able to work around this to move timings back in order to allow all of our planned activities to go ahead and be fully enjoyed. All the food was delicious and we had a wonderful wedding day thanks to Bourton Hall.

The perfect wedding venue
We had the most perfect wedding day at Bourton Hall. Throughout the planning process and on the day, the team were so professional, which meant we could relax and know that everything was in their capable hands - Emily was an amazing wedding manager. The building is beautiful inside and out, and the grounds are stunning - there are so many places for beautiful photos, and views out over the countryside. The food was absolutely delicious, it was so hard to choose what to have! It was also so helpful to have so many places for guests to sit and chat in the evening, away from the disco room but still part of the action. Having so many bedrooms onsite (not to mention a stunning bridal suite!) was an added bonus. We couldn't recommend Bourton Hall highly enough, and have had so many comments from guests saying what a beautiful, elegant but relaxed day it was, so I know they really appreciated everything Bourton has to offer too. Thank you so much to Emily and the whole team for giving us such a perfect day!

Relaxed Venue
As the Bride and Groom we were made to feel like nothing was too much to ask and they couldn't do enough to make us feel special.
All the guests commented that it was one of the prettiest and most relaxed weddings they have been to.
We could not have asked for a better wedding day thanks to Bourton!

Out of this world
I had my wedding on 10/02/2024 I am so happy I chose this venue, It is really magical. My wedding manager was just the best! Emily went above and beyond to help me on my big day! I cannot thank her enough.
One of the main things about this venue is that t has its own chappel which is really special and makes you wedding seem more traditional, however there are more options/ rooms available. I wanted the wow factor and I got it.

*Menu choices are fantastic.
Everyone commented on the food being really nice ( we had the lamb) The evening buffet was also great. I paid extra to have a meal created as having part of my culture within the food at the wedding was very important to me, they did not disappoint.
Emily was perfect in so many ways, she knew exactly my vision once i explained it to her and she made sure that it became real for me. She adapted parts of the day so that it would work better, for example bringing the canapes outside whilst photos where being taken. Helping me into my dress, looking after my phone just everything I needed she was there. She really worked hard to make sure it run perfectly and it did.
