The Ceremony Barn, filled with natural light streaming through cathedral-style windows, offers a warm, romantic atmosphere with oak panelling, exposed beams, and a Minstrel’s Gallery overlooking beautiful gardens. For outdoor ceremonies, The Spinney provides an enchanting setting surrounded by woodland and accompanied by birdsong, perfect for an intimate “I do.”
After your vows, the Reception Room welcomes you to start the celebrations. Enjoy canapés and drinks in the Mediterranean Courtyard while guests explore the lush gardens, providing a stunning backdrop for photos.
The Dining Room is a showstopper, featuring high ceilings, elegant chandeliers, and the perfect canvas for your wedding theme. This impressive space is paired with an unforgettable dining experience tailored to your taste. Opt for family-style sharing boards, wood-fired pizzas prepared before your guests, or vibrant outdoor street food. Amazing venue!
The communication was excellent normally receiving a email back the same day in regards to my hundreds of questions! We had a planning meeting in person and then a zoom meeting a couple of weeks before the big day. I was even able to change the seating plan around a few days before due to people dropping out.
The team on the day was amazing, setting up all of our extra decor in the morning and constantly checking if there was anything we needed. Our day went without a hitch or if there was one I didn’t notice it.
The venue is stunning and has so many photo opportunities, inside and out.
I cannot recommend Rivervale Barn enough

Absolutely fantastic.
Lyndsay our wedding coordinator / planner was absolutely fantastic. So friendly and welcoming and really made us feel at ease with all the planning. Our meetings with her at the venue were very helpful and she always replied to our emails, she went above and beyond - we appreciate it so much!
Our first visit to Rivervale Barn was actually virtual due to the lockdown. The staff did an excellent job at showing us around virtual and giving us lots of information.
We finally got to view the venue and it is absolutely stunning. The barn looks gorgeous surrounded by the most beautiful gardens. We also had a blast at our tasting event. The venue was dressed like a wedding reception and it gave us a little taster to how our day would be.
Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. Lyndsay ensured the day ran smoothly and was very efficient. All the staff and catering team were attentive. It was a lovely touch to have a glass of iced water and some tissues as we waited outside the ceremony.
The food was absolutely delicious and we have had so much positive feedback from our guests regarding the food.
Thank you so much to Lyndsay and the rest of the team at Rivervale Barn. You helped us so much to have the most special day. ❤️

My sister is in a wheelchair and this venue is so accessible - my sister felt fully independent and had enough space to move around freely.
