Excellent all round Service
We were totally spoilt by the helpfulness of the brilliant staff. Nothing was too much trouble and I have to say, after looking at many venues and being spoilt for choice, we know we picked the best one. We had such a wonderful day and all I f our guests said the sameSent on 10/11/2020

Excellent on the day.
Myself and my now husband have had the dockyard close to our hearts for many years. In fact that's where we met! The only bad thing that would make any bride panic was the change of management twice during the time we booked to the wedding day. There was a lack of communication and was made promises which couldn't be kept.Sent on 10/11/2020
But then the lovely Chloe came along. When she became in charge of the weddings and a point of contact for us everything was wonderful. The communication was clear and nothing was too much trouble. We had a few meetings and was able to access the house (with prior consent) to allow our suppliers to plan their side of things. On the day they couldn't have been better. I wasnt aware of any issues and naturally there are always a few on the wedding day. Something I could never fault is their flawless teamwork. Everything looked like it had been planned to perfection and I trusted the team with my day no question. I would highly recommend the dockyard especially as a unique destination. The money we spent was just on the hire of Commissioners House. The ceremony was elsewhere and catering was outsourced.

Brilliant experience from start to finish
It really was the best day of our lives. Everything from our initial meeting with Chloe right up until we went back the day after to collect our things was fantastic. The care, the attention to detail, the support and the welcoming and friendly attitude to all of our family and guests was first class. A special mention must go to Lisa who couldn’t do enough for me or for my family, she’s wonderful and a credit to the venue. Thank you for making our day so special.Sent on 11/11/2020
