Our summer-only, eco-friendly woodland glade provides the perfect blend of natural beauty and luxury comfort.
By offering only 18 dates per year (May-September), we give you exclusivity and a relaxed festival experience, while still offering all the luxury and personal touches you could want for your celebration.
At The Oak Grove, we believe you shouldn’t have to compromise on quality to get the relaxed outdoor wedding you’ve always dreamed of. We’ve designed this all-inclusive offering to ensure you can relax and fully enjoy your wedding with every detail taken care of.
Our pricing includes exclusive use of the entire venue, giving you complete privacy in a truly picturesque woodland setting. Your guests will also benefit from spacious on-site parking, so arrival is easy and stress-free.
You’ll enjoy the use of our three beautifully lit stretch tents, creating a stunning and sheltered space for dining, dancing and celebrating, whatever the weather, and with only one wedding a week, we can provide unrivalled setup time. It’s all about effortless summer elegance.

Rustic Unique Fairytale Wedding Venue
We were married at The Oak Grove at the end of August and from our first visit 2 years prior we fell in love. We loved all the raw materials and eclectic furniture, there is a rustic fairytale charm about the place.
You are surrounded by fields, orchards and the river. Whilst being very rural the Oak Grove has thought of every comfort and practicality to look after your guests.
The owners have a lovely energy about them, we went to every open day once we booked and every single member of staff we met or spoke to you were amazing, knowledgeable and kind. Tracy was always quick and helpful in replying back to emails and phone calls. The day ran so smoothly and everyone knew what they were meant to be doing. Shoutout to the lovely Rebecca and the lady with her who looked after us on the day.
Some venues become a bit like a conveyor belt for weddings and they feel all the same but the Oak Grove only host one wedding a week between May and September so you feel like the staff are all really excited for you and still love their job.
You have the opportunity to really make it unique to you as a couple and do as much or as little you want yourselves the day before. The staff were so helpful in setting up and had everything ready to collect the following day.
The venue provides so much more than just a space to get married. They include so many little extras and thoughtful touches.
Thank you for making our day so special. We had the best day of our lives. I’m only sad because I won’t get to visit anymore.

A magical venue with a Fairy Godmotther
There were no hidden costs and even some cute extras, like eco-friendly dried lavender confetti, candles and lawn games. They even helped organise our sparkler send-off and it turned out even better than we could've hoped for. The excellent experience didn't stop once we'd married, they stayed in touch making sure some lost items were returned to us. I couldn't have wished for a better venue or a better team. Thank you so much!
Most Magical Venue
From meeting the wonderful owners on our first visit to collecting our presents and flowers etc (helpfully sorted out already by the venue staff) the morning after, I truly couldn’t fault them for anything.
You absolutely get your money’s worth - the care, professionalism and kindness I received from all of the staff was outstanding. Tracey is a dedicated powerhouse of a manager who helped us keep on track of all the details that made it all come together so perfectly.
The venue itself has so many magical details, from the green man above the door to the marquee, the witchy herb garden, and of course the majestic oaks encircling this special spots - to name just a few!
I truly couldn’t fault them for anything. Having staff at a venue is so important if you want to lessen the stress of wedding planning and they ensured everything ran smoothly and without any issues.
I’m so glad we picked this venue and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone - especially if you’re into magical woodland vibes! All of our guests were so taken aback by how unique and beautiful it was and had an amazing time. A truly enchanting place!
