We had our wedding at Eastwell Manor in July 2024 and it was INCREDIBLE!

From the planning process, Helen and Dawn were absolutely brilliant in the initial stages getting the date booked in, organising the majority of the day and liaising with us for details such as getting the rooms booked for our guests. They were so so helpful and we came to Eastwell a few times and they gave us their time to talk through things, and we felt so welcome every visit.
Closer to the day, Chris got involved and the excellent service continued. He did our food tasting (the food is unbelievable!). We decided on offering a few choices for our guests, including lamb, pork, chicken and vegetarian, and all of our guests said the food was exceptional!
Chris also spent time with us ironing out the finer details and how the day will run.
Then the day arrived, and thanks to the help of all the Eastwell staff, we were properly organised and relaxed on the day (apart from the threat of rain, but it did brighten up just in time!).
Every member of staff, including Helen, Dawn and Chris put so much time and effort into our wedding on the day to bring it all together, and we couldn't be more appreciative!
We also had the pleasure of having Jim as our master of ceremonies, who was amazing! Such a great character, kept everyone informed of proceedings and did it all with a smile and great humour!
We opted for an outdoor wedding ceremony, the garden is stunning!
We had the marque for our wedding breakfast, and for the reception. It all came together so perfectly, and we have the whole crew at Eastwell to thank for that. The building itself is so so beautiful, and we couldn't have picked a better venue!

Staying over felt like royalty, and we saw most of the wedding team the next day and they once again were willing to give up some time to speak to us, say how wonderful the day was and made us feel so special, even though technically their job was done, they still had the time to come and see us.
We made full use of the spa facilities including the outdoor pool, and we did not want to leave.

We can't wait to come back and celebrate our one year anniversary there next month!

Given the power to go back to the very beginning, we'd pick Eastwell every time!

We had our wedding in September and what a memorable experience we had.

Helen and Annie were very efficient and friendly, helping us with any queries we had. We had a meeting to run through where the ceremony and reception would likely be, food choices, had a look around the bedrooms and got a quotation pretty quickly. Once we decided we wanted to go ahead, we was invited back to do a food tasting which was delicious. Everything was clearly laid out as to how payments were made leading up to the day and the team were very responsive to anything we wanted to know.

We arrived the evening before the wedding, (staying in separate rooms of course) and woke up to a lovely breakfast of choice to our room before we started to get ready. Everything was nice and relaxed leading up to the ceremony and we had the best day we could have asked for. Chris couldn’t have done any more for us on our Wedding day, and we are so grateful that he was running the day. Everything worked out so perfectly and all of our guests have continued to say how memorable and amazing the day was.

Eastwell Manor is such a beautiful location for a wedding, and I would highly recommend speaking to the wedding team to at least get a feel for what they have to offer.

We had our wedding at Eastwell Manor in September 2025 and it was amazing! We couldn’t have wished for more.

When we first looked at the venue, it just felt so right. The place felt warm and welcoming and the staff very friendly.

We first met with Helen and she just put our minds at rest. Nothing was a problem. Any questions we had, both Helen and Dawn came straight back to us with answers and solutions. They also booked all our rooms for our guests which helped a lot. We had the bridal suite and that was perfect, especially with the views.

We met with Chris and he did our menu tasting which was absolutely delicious. He also went through the room plan with us and again gave us suggestions which was really helpful.

A group of us stayed the night before and we met with Helen to go through everything. We were looking at having the wedding outside in the Maids Garden and were keeping our fingers crossed.

The restaurant and the bar staff the night before were fabulous. So helpful and we had a good laugh with them too.

The day of the wedding the sun was shining so we had the wedding outside which was absolutely amazing. The Maids Garden looked so pretty with all the flowers and the grounds looked stunning.

As previously, Helen was on call and she and her team were brilliant with all the arranging and organising so everything went smoothly with the ceremony.

Again, with the wedding breakfast, the staff were so accommodating and fast with serving the food so it was hot when delivered to the table. Complements to them.

We feel that Helen, Dawn, Chris and the whole team put so much time and effort into our wedding that it took all the stress out of it for us to enjoy the day.

We would recommend Eastwell Manor 100%.

I started planning my wedding 4 months before we got married and no one would have known. The staff at eastwell are responsive, caring and overall just fabulous. From the wedding co ordinators, to chefs to their waiting staff every single one of them are there because they want to be. They were great before the wedding with numbers, budgets and even helpful with stuff I hadn’t thought about to the big day where they kept check on time, supported me, my husband, children and everyone in between. The professional level they hold themselves should never be knocked. I cannot fault the venue as itself. It is beautiful and picturesque. I’d get married there every day

The toast master is a must have!! Made our entire day and the guests loved him.

We got married at Eastwell Manor on 7th July 2024. We thought we would be guaranteed sunshine but it did slightly rain in the morning of the wedding.

We had planned to get married outside on the lawns but the weather changed that, so we opted for the internal room. We had 90 guests and the room was packed with a string quartet and couldn’t have been more beautiful - when it was a plan b back up.

Luckily the sun then came out and we managed to have our first kiss and confetti moment out on the lawn as planned.

We had our wedding breakfast in the outdoor marquee which was stunning.

The venue was just overwhelmingly beautiful and just as we imagined our wedding day would be. Having all the options throughout the day gave us such a varied wedding day with loads of stunning photos. We wanted to make the most of what the venue had to offer.

Our photos speak a thousand words but can’t thank the team at Eastwell Manor enough helping us arrange the most perfect day of our lives.

My husband and I married here in April 2024. The venue was stunning and guests were impressed with their rooms. The toast master Jim is highly recommended. He really brought the energy into the wedding.

We got married in August 2024 and we had the most stress-free and beautiful wedding. It was raining on the day and our Plan A was for the ceremony to be outside, but on the day it had to be changed to Plan B. The Eastwell Manor team handled the change of plans with such ease, I didn't have to worry about a thing and the end result was better than our original plan! The wedding coordinators at Eastwell Manor are incredibly organised and professional. Jim, the Toastmaster, is an absolute delight and really brought the crowd together. The food was excellent and the tent outside was beautiful at night. We had a beautiful day and are eternally grateful to the team at Eastwell manor for looking after us so well. The rooms are stunning to stay in and the bridal suite is absolutely gorgeous to get ready in with your bridesmaids.

After getting engaged on my 40th birthday, we decided we wanted a Christmas wedding and wanted to plan it within a year. We had Eastwell Manor as one of our venue choices and after viewing it in December 23 (when it was decorated for Xmas) we completely knew it was ‘the one!’. Throughout the year of planning, Dawn and Helen were amazing. Responded to emails etc quickly, helped wherever needed, and it was lovely to have a menu tasting session in a private room. I stayed in the bridal suite the night before. A few of us had dinner in the bar which was very relaxing. The room/suite was beautiful. The bath was amazing (see photos) and I had a lovely morning getting ready for the day ahead. Our wedding was so special. To be surrounded by our guests in such a fabulous venue so beautifully decorated for Christmas, it was magical. Everyone said how great it was. The food taste delicious and was presented well. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. My husband and I stayed in the bridal suite that night and it was just great. I would 100% recommend this venue. We visited Eastwell Manor when looking for venues and instantly fell in love with it. The grounds are so impressive and the inside very homely and comfortable. The wedding team are extremely helpful and professional and helped make our day perfect. The rooms are all lovely, particularly in the manor house and all guests were very happy with them. Particular thanks to Helen, Dawn, Tracey and Chris for the lead up to our big day and for coordinating our day so well without any issues. The food tasting was amazing and had a real personal touch and the food was very well executed on the day with no delays and again our guests have been saying how much they enjoyed it. Our toastmaster Jim was fantastic and also ensured our day went perfectly. Thank you to all of those behind the scenes in the kitchen and the efficient staff who assisted with the wedding breakfast and bar in the evening. Would highly recommend this venue.
