A hidden countryside oasis in the heart of Maidstone. The Orangery transports you to another world, while offering the conveniences of the town’s central location.
Your glamorous wedding morning
You’ll have access to The Orangery’s stylish and sophisticated dressing room for your wedding day. The Wisteria Suite is furnished with make-up stations, comfortable seating, and a private dressing area. A calming setting carefully designed to look phenomenal in photos.
Your choice of ceremony areas, each seating up to 150 guests:
The Lapa
Wander through the woodland walk and you’ll find yourself at the beautiful lapa on the lake. With its oak frame and thatched roof, rustic seating and tranquil views, it’s a truly romantic setting to say “I do”.
The Gazebo
The elegant gazebo is nestled within the landscaped grounds and provides an unforgettable setting to exchange vows. Before walking down the aisle, you will pass the tranquil lake and breathtaking waterfall with your bridal party.
The Garden Room
An all-year-round stunning location for your ceremony, whatever the weather or time of year. Flooded with natural light and spectacular views of the beautifully landscaped gardens.
After your wedding ceremony, you and your loved ones will celebrate your nuptials with an unforgettable wedding breakfast and showstopping reception in the orangery. With ample space for 150 dinner guests and 250 evening guests, the orangery is flooded with natural light and overlooks the award-winning landscaped gardens that surround the venue. Delight your guests with an exquisite three-course meal or a relaxed BBQ style feast created by our talented in-house chefs.
The ultimate wedding party
Enjoy a spectacular fireworks display over the lake, followed by a night of partying in the orangery complete with an in-house DJ. With the bar conveniently located in the same room, your evening reception will be filled with energy and atmosphere from start to finish.

Perfect Venue for the Perfect Day
If you're looking for a venue that visually has the wow factor and comes with a team that displays professionalism, support and warmth then this is 100% the venue for you.
Perfect Winter Wedding ✨
I cannot recommend the venue enough, not only is it a simply beautiful setting with incredible spots around the buildings and grounds for photography, but the interior for a classic, winter wedding is exactly how I dreamed it would be.
Beyond that, it’s the team that made it such a perfect choice. Throughout the year they were supportive, positive, and so helpful on every request. There are lots of unknowns when planning your big day and the things you may dwell on or worry over ie timing, are handled expertly by The Orangery who do this day in day out - and yet treat your day like it’s the priority of the year.
Closer to the date we worked with Jaime who was faultless. Responsive, organised, a pleasure to chat to. Then on the day, increase this tenfold! I knew I could trust every detail was in hand and I didn’t have to remember or remind or worry about a thing. They work with brilliant suppliers who are worth exploring, as they fit into the Orangery teamwork seamlessly.
The wider Orangery team were incredible too, and all of our guests remarked on their perfect service. The food was so highly raved about as the best wedding food they’d had, and this was so important to us.
Overall, our day was above and beyond what I envisioned (and I know I had a very clear picture in my mind!)

Amazing venue even better hosts
Our events manager was spot on , she kept me calm through the day she kept popping in to check how we was if we needed anything even when we was walking to get married she carried my dress so it didn’t get dirty.
In the evening the staff has swapped over and there was an introduction.
Can’t thank the Oranger enough they made our day extra special.

We had our wedding here in Sept 25, and it was just the most incredible day! The venue is absolutely stunning and the grounds are beautiful - our guests were blown away by the venue.
Jaime and the team were faultless, no question or request was to big and they made the day run so smoothly! Food was delicious, and the service was brilliant!
Every little detail was covered, taking al the stress of myself and my husband. We were made to feel so special and I can’t put into words how grateful I am to the Orangery for giving us the most magical day!

The most perfect venue
Best venue ever!
Special mention to Jamie who ran our day she was a gem, from calming me down when it started to rain just before our ceremony to adding little pink bows to our champagne tower because she thought it would look cute (which it 1000% did!). She is a complete credit to the orangery, as are all their staff.
The venue speaks for itself in how beautiful it is, every inch was clean, beautiful and perfectly presented!
Just sad it’s all over now and we don’t get to go back, but if you are looking for a venue that makes you feel like a celebrity for the day look no further you’ve found it! xx
Truly Outstanding
Michaela, our wedding co-ordinator, was outstanding.
We can’t recommend the Orangery enough. Great value for money, considering how beautiful the grounds are. We viewed lots of other venues which quoted similar prices, but they just weren’t in the same league as the Orangery.
Best decision we made.
