We Chose The Plough to be our Wedding Venue 2 years prior to us Marrying. We both fell in love with it visiting on one of their open days. We fell in love with The Barn, the romantic feel it gave us with the fairy lights & the hops hung around which then follow through to the pub, it was beautiful and we knew it was the venue we had envisioned for Our Wedding. We met with Della to discuss ideas & to answer questions we had. Della was lovely, we loved the relaxed feel we knew would make our day perfect! We had also booked dinner,we were so pleased we did the food is amazing!! So this sealed the booking!! Della was amazing throughout the 2 years leading upto our Wedding, all emails replied, communication was fantastic!! Everything we asked for even couple of tweaks with the menu was absolutley fine with Della which was a great relief. Menu tasting was amazing also! We loved being in the pub for this. Popping in a few times leading upto our Wedding for a drink or food was so handy as we got to speak to staff & look again at the barn, nothing was ever too much trouble. On Our Wedding Day it was absolutley perfect! The Plough looked beautiful, everything had been placed perfectly, all our suppliers had worked so well alongside all the staff at The Plough with Della & Becky being at the forefront to keep everything running smoothly. Making sure my Future Husband was at ease then supporting myself & Bridesmaids with a cheeky shot before the Ceremony before making sure we entered smoothly into the Ceremony. Which was set up beautifully!! The transitions flowed from the Ceremony in The Barn to the beautiful garden with a stunning wishing well and willow tree, where the sun shone, Hollie ( Miss Holiday Swing) singing while the guests relaxed with beers,pimms & enjoyed canapés. To then transition back to The Barn set up for the Wedding Breakfast was amazing!! It blew us away perfect in every way again they got it so right!! The next transition from the meal to the pub and garden. Where evening guests arrived before The Barn being prepared for the evening. They truly are an amazing team pulling this all off so precisely and perfectly! All our guests complemented the team, The Venue, how gorgeous it is also how AMAZING the food was...piping hot, flavoursome the BEST food ever at a Wedding venue!! The evening buffet of pizzas, cheeses, pastries was also fabulous guests were blown away!!! Della checked in on us throughout the day to make sure we was happy which was lovely. Our theme was romantic which The Plough deffinatley lived upto!! Della, Becky & the team kept personal belongings safe for us & was packed up ready for collection the next day. We honestly cant thank and recommend The Plough and the team enough!! It truly is a wonderful place we are so happy we get to go back at anytime for a visit, have a drink and eat delicious food and reminisce at anytime in the future! Please go and visit The Plough yourself if you are looking for a Wedding Venue you will be pleased that you did! Thankyou soo much again.. Mr & Mrs McLaughlin x

Me and my husband wanted a Harry Potter style + accommodating Indian and English Civil wedding. We fell in love with the school. We got married in November, from the start we had support from the team, our wedding day came around so fast, supporting us we in house food which went down amazing with the wedding party the wedding team surprise us with the tables laid out in house's of Harry Potter this place amazing every other so supportive would high recommend this for wedding's Cathryn was amazing keeping the wedding on team fixing issues and making our day extra special

My wife and I booked this last year after being a bit let down by our original venue. In hindsight I wished that we had seen this venue 1st as the team were so helpful and friendly that It put me and my wife at such ease. The venue had a lovely country feel and the grounds were large and safe enough for all the children run around without any worry. Thank you so much to all the staff and for all your' hard work. We would most definitely suggest Shires Oast to our friends.

Our wedding day at Kingdom exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we first visited Kingdom, we knew it was the perfect venue for us. The beautiful countryside, the Clubhouse and the relaxed atmosphere instantly made us feel at home. And on the the day itself, everything came together perfectly and it honestly felt magical. Our #1 highlight was having our ceremony outdoors in the Seven Sisters. Standing beneath the trees on the platform, surrounded by nature and everyone we love, felt so special and personal. And being able to have our dogs there with us too as part of the cerenony meant the world and made the day feel very special. The venue captured exactly the relaxed and natural vibe we had hoped for. Everywhere you look, there is something beautiful to take in, from the views across the valley to the rustic charm of the Clubhouse. Our guests loved how different Kingdom felt from a traditional venue. We were so happy with the food and drink options on offer and they were exactly what we wanted. We chose Kingdom bites for the drinks reception and loved having free flowing Aperol and Pimm’s along with beers and soft drinks. It created the perfect summer drinks reception on the rooftop under the canopy. The food for the wedding breakfast was amazing, there was so much of it and so many guests commented on how lovely everything was. We especially loved the sharing style of the meal, which was really important to us and helped keep the relaxed and communal feel of the day. In the evening we had the food truck serving gyros, which went down an absolute treat and was such a great way to round off the night. The team at Kingdom were fantastic from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, helpful and genuinely cared about making sure our day was perfect. Everything felt calm and effortless, which meant we could just enjoy it all without any stress. For us, one of the nicest things about choosing Kingdom is knowing we can keep visiting, whether it is for a coffee at the cafe, a walk, a parkrun or a sauna. It is so lovely that the place where we got married is somewhere we can keep coming back to so casually. We could not have asked for a more beautiful, meaningful or memorable place to celebrate our wedding. Kingdom will always hold such a special place in our hearts and we would recommend it to any couple looking for a venue that feels natural, relaxed and full of warmth.

Where to begin! Penshurst Place such a beautiful wedding even on a wet/damp day. The Great Hall could not have been more stunning especially with its roaring fire in the centre. The Gardens were in full peony bloom (end of May) and we were given the opportunity to have amazing photos with our fantastic photographer (Nick Parker). The staff were exceptional, always had a smile of their faces and nothing was too much to ask for. The wedding breakfast food was exquisite and the service from the waiting staff was super friendly and efficient. Our evening could not have gone any better and we would highly recommend Penshurst Place as a wedding venue with its regal roots and its historic charm.
