Facilities and Capacity
The Spa Hotel is home to multiple event spaces to host an array of events, from intimate affairs to large, lavish celebrations. One of their largest ballrooms, The Royal Suite, can accommodate up to 250 guests at a time. Floor-to-ceiling windows surround the room while delicate chandeliers hang from the ceiling, making for a bright, airy atmosphere. Your guests will be comfortably seated banquet-style around the spacious dance floor for an easy transition from dining to dancing. For smaller celebrations, the Chandelier Suite has a versatile setup to host anything from your ceremony to your wedding breakfast. Soon-to-be-weds that want an outdoor ceremony will be welcome to use the Spa Temple. You and your partner can stand underneath the pavilion while your guests watch from the flourishing lawn area. Mature trees, three spring-fed lakes, and romantic pathways are present throughout the grounds, ideal for photo sessions and romantic strolls.
Services Offered
The Spa Hotel commits to one wedding per day, ensuring that the team gives you their undivided attention during your big day. Visitors will have 70 bedrooms to choose from, each designed to provide a relaxing overnight stay. Multiple wedding packages are available to suit each couple's needs and wants. In-house catering, bartending, and day-of coordination are some of the many services they offer for an all-in-one experience.

Absolutely faultless, can’t recommend enough
Even we were surprised by JUST how smoothly everything went at our wedding. We felt so supported from the moment we started speaking to The Spa Hotel right until the day we left after our wedding - they were SO on it and absolutely faultless. Their attention to detail was second to none, they were super flexible on everything, incredibly organised, reliable and responsive. This removed a lot of stress from our part, as we knew we were in such safe hands.
Over the days of the wedding itself, the staff were present for us the entire time and they always had a smile, ready to offer solutions and answers. At the same time, they struck a perfect balance of not being too invasive and letting us enjoy our day.
When originally looking at venues, we’d been hesitating between The Spa Hotel and venues which were much more ‘do it yourself’, but our decision to go with The Spa Hotel was so validated. They really removed a huge burden from us, and it was so special to have all our guests stay with us at the venue too. It was also really practical for people to get there from London. The hotel even let us have a breakfast event the next morning to spend more time with our guests, and overall I’d say the price was very fair compared to other venues. Last thing to mention is that The Spa Hotel’s wet weather option is really good. As it rained on the day, we ended up doing the ceremony inside so I’m so grateful the room there was so beautiful, even if we’d originally been hoping to do the ceremony outside.
In short, if you’re hesitating then go for The Spa Hotel! Would highly recommend.

The Perfect Venue for the Perfect day
I spent hours/days/weeks searching for a Wedding venue but as soon as I walked into The Spa Hotel in Royal Tunbridge Wells, I knew it was THE ONE. The grounds were beautiful, and I could immediately see myself walking down the aisle to their outdoor temple and marrying the love of my life. I was not entertaining the 'wet weather' backup option, but if it did rain, even the indoor ceremony room was stunning. We decided to book the Spa Hotel, and we had under a year to plan our dream wedding. Daisy was a great help and made the planning/organising side of things so much easier.
In the package we booked, we were able to have a taster before the Wedding, and we are so glad we did, as it made us even more excited for the day itself because the food was THAT good. Yes, it really was great, and I don't think I've had a better brownie to date. My husband is quite a fussy eater, so we did alter the menu that they offered us, and it was no trouble at all.
14.06.25- The Wedding day finally arrived, and it was sunny, so we managed to get married at their beautiful temple.
The staff were fantastic on the day, and the whole weekend. Tina looked after us and ensured everything ran smoothly. Tina was absolutely fantastic, and there wasn't anything that was too much trouble for her. I really can't thank Tina enough.
Other staff mentions go to Nathan, who looked after us on the Friday night in the bar and also on the day of the Wedding. Gheorge, who kept the drinks flowing with a smile, and Will, who was also around on the Wedding day and then breakfast in the morning, with some very hungover guests!! All the staff we encountered from the lead up to the end of the Wedding weekend were friendly, polite, and went above and beyond.
I give the Spa hotel a 10/10 in all aspects: Food, Drinks, Venue, Staff, and especially value.

Gave us our perfect day
We couldn't be happier with our decision to celebrate our marriage at The Spa Hotel.
From beginning to end the service and attention has been incredible. From the moment I arrived to set up our decorations to breakfast in bed and clearing down the room.
We were made to feel special and so were our guests, anything that we needed was delivered.
The suites are beautiful as are the grounds, we felt so lucky to have them as a backdrop to our day.
Our meal was 5*, incredible, we received so many compliments, and food was a big part of the day for us. Delicious!

A perfect day
My husband and I got married and celebrated our wedding reception at the Spa Hotel in December 2023. The day was a dream from start to finish and the team at the Spa did absolutely everything to give us an unforgettable day. Tasha, our wedding coordinated, worked with us from the moment we started planning with the Spa and was available via email and phone regularly to help us work out the details of the day & evening. The setting is beautiful at the Spa, especially at Christmas with all the trees, lights, and decorations. The food was fantastic, everyone commented on how tasty the wedding breakfast & canapes were. The team were so responsive & helpful with the fact that I do not drink, so had all my alternatives to hand all throughout the day. What a perfect place to get married and celebrate our wedding, thank you so much to Tasha and all the team at the Spa Hotel!

I could not fault the hospitality of you and your staff. If something wasn’t there you guys were straight on it. Nothing was too much to ask. Maty really put our minds at ease. Making sure I didn’t fall down the stairs and having water ready for us when he knew we’d be shaking before starting the ceremony!
It was like a well oiled machine and we didn’t have to lift a finger which took all stress away completely.
A lovely touch was adding the petals in the room and tidying up before we came upstairs. Made us relax so well.
Everyone was so helpful. I’d also like to mention how helpful one of your staff was. I’m not sure of his name, he had red hair. He could see I was panicking in the morning and reassured me by telling me everything was being set up for the ceremony. He was very accommodating and I’m sure he’ll go far in your industry!
Also thank you to Emily. Everything went so well and that’s all down to her coordination. Every staff member knew what needed to be done.

We cannot thank the spa hotel enough, they were so incredible and the whole process made us at ease throughout. Our guests were so impressed at the quality of service, food and drink. We even had guests with sensitive allergies at our day and they had no issues. Everything went perfectly thanks to all the staff.

Amazing venue!
We got married earlier this summer at The Spa Hotel and it was fabulous. Everybody there is so professional and are experts at what they do. Everybody was so accommodating and helped make our day so incredibly special. The organisation from everybody was amazing (in particular Natasha) and we had the best day. The day went without a hitch and was everything we dreamed of and more. Our guests had a great time and the food was incredible. I can't recommend The Spa Hotel as a wedding venue more!

Best Day of our Lives
After months of planning, discussions and decisions we were finally married at The Spa Hotel, Royal Tunbridge Wells on Saturday.
