Boasting original 19th-century timber vaults and 15-foot arched windows, the venue's function room offers an exquisitely versatile blank canvas to enable all occasions to be unique and personal. With an exclusive adjoining bar, the luxurious space can comfortably fit parties of up to 120 seated guests and 180 people for evening receptions. Thanks to its many impressive features, the venue offers numerous stunning photo opportunities. These include the double-height glass atrium, a feature gallery, and the charming backdrop of The Pantiles. The historic destination even features 39 individually styled bedrooms and suites, all designed with luxury and comfort in mind. Here, newlyweds and their loved ones can rest before and after the festivities. To-be-weds and their wedding parties can also avail of the venue's get-ready suites prior to ceremonies.

From start to finish the staff at the hotel made sure our special day was to our taste and ran as smoothly as possible. When tasting our menu choices, the chef was able to alter a dish by adding a sauce that wasn’t originally on the menu. Again, nothing was ever too much and the dish was an absolute crowd pleaser on the day! The day itself was so smooth: our guests commented on how seamless the hotel staff were throughout the day. Whether it was moving luggage, accommodating guests or just being there, the hard work did not go unnoticed. This continued the following day when our guests joined us back in the function room for a buffet breakfast. This is something we would definitely recommend, as it’s a lovely touch to continue the celebrations with your guests. This seamless organisation wouldn’t have happened without you Karen. You are organised, precise and honest and it is evident how much you thrive in your job: we are so grateful for your help leading up to and on our wedding day. A true professional.

When we first visited the hotel I knew it would make the perfect venue for our wedding. The function room was perfect, modern, perfect size, the bar was amazing. It just ticked all the boxes.
Karen was absolutely amazing, she was there every step of the way answering all my question and giving advice. She helped us organised our day and help us make an idea on paper turn into the most amazing day.
Before the wedding day we got to attend a wedding menu tasting session was great, every dish we tried was lovely and so happy with our choices everyone at the wedding said how amazing the food was.
On the day the help from all the staff was amazing from welcoming our guests and helping all our suppliers, made me feel so calm as the bride as I knew I didn’t have to worry about anything. From start to finish the wedding was perfect and it wouldn’t have happened without the help of Karen and everyone at the hotel - they turned around the rooms so quickly and the service from the bar staff was perfect.
I couldn’t recommend this venue enough they have everything you need and more for the perfect wedding.

Boutique and Versatile
The room is beautiful blank canvas which you can really make your own. We had 62 at our wedding and it was perfect, you could however definitely go up to 100. And what can i say about the staff.. I honestly feel like they were a massive part of my day and life in the best day possible. Karen is a joy to work with and really takes pleasure in making your dream day a reality. I work in events myself and it was really hard to give control over to someone else but Karen nailed it. Everyone loved the venue and we got so many comments on how lovely the food was, I missed the late night Bao Buns but i got alot of comments on how good they were. The only very slight negative with the venue is the parking, which however has got better now that they have a small car park with 11 spaces, however we just told people our ceremony started 30 minutes earlier than it did to ensure that everyone made it in time, which they all did.
When we booked OWP my partner was slightly concerned about the pictures and there wasn't much outdoor space but if you work with a good photographer you can find loads of places nearby and even within the hotel.
A huge thank you to the team to making my wedding day the best day of my life. If i could do it all over again i would in a heartbeat!
Overall very happy
Staying in the hotel overnight, we had delicious food in the brasserie for dinner and a great breakfast which was included. The only problem was the hot water in one of the buildings broke. This was very annoying for me as the bride as I was hoping to have a lovely bath to relax before chaos! The hotel eventually agreed to let me and other guests use a room that was unoccupied to shower using hot water. Unfortunately the key cards were also playing up on the day so we had to do a lot of running up and down. However, I was kindly given 3 free bottles of champagne to compensate for any difficulties and this was greatly appreciated by myself and the bridesmaids while we got ready!!
The whole day was absolutely beautiful, Karen really was a superhero. She made everything run seamlessly and helped with any small problem we had quickly and quietly. I cannot praise her enough. The food was delicious and all the guests were particularly impressed by the vegan alternatives provided!!
The presentation of all our DIY centre pieces were incredible and our guests were so complimentary of the atmosphere and style of the venue.
One issue that was raised by a guest revolves around an elevator that was broken. Again this is something the hotel couldn’t have predicted much like the hot water and so I don’t want to complain on this. However, a elderly couple were booked into an “accessible” room which happened to be at the top of two floors. The hotel didn’t think to rearrange the rooms to make it possible until they made a complaint which was a bit irritating, however, they did in the end change their room to another building with a working lift.
Finally, we were slightly disappointed by the “late night bar” in the hotel. When booking the venue, we were told the hotel bar would be open to guests until as late as we wanted - we just needed to agree to a time. One the day, this couldn’t be further from the truth. The bartender asserted that the bar had to close at 1 or he would lose his license. We of course understand if that is the case and wouldn’t hope to cause any issues, however Google proved to show it was open until 2 and the bartender decided spontaneously to stay open until 2. It was all a bit confusing.
This wouldn’t normally bother me, however we booked the hotel with this as a major selling point. We also encouraged guests to stay at the hotel to carry on the party. The hotel is quite expensive and so this was a bit irritating for our guests.
Overall, we had an amazing day despite the hiccups especially with the way the hotel accommodated any difficulties (most of which weren’t actually preventable or foreseeable). Karen was the best part of the hotel for sure and we would hundred percent recommend it for others. Thank you again!!
Professional - Delivering Awesome Weddings
1) The venue decor looked amazing
2) There was plenty of accommodation for all guests who wanted to stay.

The team at One Warwick Park were accommodating to all our requests. They were able to answer all the questions we had, or could research anything they couldn't answer straight away. They took into account all our directions, so when we handed over everything, they had all the resources they needed to run our day and make it magical and memorable.
The price we saw was what we paid, they didn't add any surprise costs of fees.
They have dedicated staff who know their jobs and have an atmosphere where I imagine it's a nice place to work. Every member of staff we spoke to was polite and friendly. We felt that they had pride in the job they were doing, and its little things like this which add an aura of joy to the magic of the day.
Facilities were great, good sound system, mics for speeches, clean table linen, plenty of chairs and tables. All the touches that make you feel that you're somewhere nice.
Food and drink at the tasting was excellent and a similar quality was served on the day.
Austra, who headed our wedding team in the run up and on the day, would often approach us to check things were ok, but over all we felt that she was supporting us. Any stresses of the day, she carried or dealt with, leaving us and our guests to have a joyful memorable day.
We'd highly recommend One Warwick Park as wedding venue. They set a very high bar, other venues may struggle to compete.
Prefect Christmas Eve Wedding
and the night of our wedding, and we also booked rooms for our family, all at a reduced rate. Our wedding was at 4pm on Christmas Eve. Unfortunately our wedding coordinator, Karen, tested positive for covid, but Martin took over and was great. The hotel can decorate for you but my daughter, son, and stepdaughter decorated the venue and it was stunning. We were served our meal by wonderful staff, and everyone who looked after us on the day was fantastic. We had breakfast included the next morning and we were able to have it in the room where we had got married. We had such a wonderful magical wedding on Christmas Eve at One Warwick Park Hotel, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone getting married.

Big thank you to Vicki and Harry for all of their help setting up and helping bring the day together, could not have done it without you guys. A huge thank you to superstar jimmy the waiter he is a real asset to you, Jimmy was there whenever we needed him and could not do enough to help us, all of our guests spoke highly of him. Thank you to the duty managers, all staff and front desk staff including Katie for sorting out all of guests accommodation and the team of staff that brought up our breakfast a huge feast and the chef for cooking an outstanding meal for all of our guests.

The day was absolutely perfect I can only describe the day as the best day of our lives and was just so magical a real fairytale wedding.
The hotel is absolutely stunning and has the wow factor all of our guests loved it.
The junior suite was so beautiful I did not want to leave the room. We would like to stay at the hotel every anniversary each year and I am trying to persuade David to book to stay for my 30th on the 2nd February 2018.
Honestly from the moment we stepped foot into the hotel it was just so special. If we could do it all over again we would.

We would firstly like to thank Carla Hirst for assisting us in the beginning stages of the wedding planning, helping us to secure the function spaces and our guest rooms. A big thank you to Katie for her assistance with the last minute reservation adjustments and to the rest of the reception team who checked us all in quickly and made us feel completely comfortable from the moment we walked in. Gabby was a superstar - springing straight into action as soon as we arrived - helping us move our wedding boxes to the function room and luggage to our bedrooms. A large thank you to the wait and bar staff they truly did an exceptional job; always attentive and ensuring we were thoroughly looked after!
We were really impressed with all the meals we had at the hotel, especially during our wedding breakfast. We loved each course that was served that night, each one tastier than the last! The presentation was beautiful and every dish received such warm praise from our guests so a massive thank you to the entire kitchen team for providing that.
Our final thanks goes to Christie and her team. Despite the distance and time difference between us she communicated promptly and efficiently in all aspects of the planning. She helped take our visions for the wedding spaces, and made them a reality. The wedding itself went perfectly, looked better than we could have ever imagined and, thanks to Christie and the entire team at One Warwick Park, we experienced a truly unforgettable day.
