The staff were fantastic, particularly their events organiser Amy who really worked around us and completely took away the stress of planning by just being amazing at her job which inevitably resulted in our perfect day flowing smooth and stress free....who can say that about a wedding!!! ? The place settings and decor were as per instruction and their venue suited guests of all ages whilst having the added bonus of the beach to photograph on. I would (and have already) recommended the Roslin for a smaller fitting venue as there prices are reasonable and their smaller room is absolutely stunning.... There's nothing else you could want and they gave me the setting of truly one of the most happiest days of our lives not to mention the honeymoon suite being literally to die for!!! So much so that we plan to go back and stay in that exact room for each anniversary date to bring back such a treasured memory. There was only 1 staff member who was managing front of house that I had a few guests slide me a comment about that maybe should have been back of house should we say...just a little abrubt for the occasion setting yet not by far enough to ruin anyone's experience and come away from the whole thing with nothing but praise and positive reviews. You were amazing Roslin and would recommend you everytime!!!! From the time of booking through to the day itself on the 17/09/2016 nothing was too much trouble. Amy embraced our asks and went all out to ensure our day was everything we wanted it to be. From our live Fan Tail Goldfish in their bowls on the tables, our refined Fish and Chips (no newspaper in sight) to our cute, four legged ring bearer who trotted up the aisle to the amazement of all our guests. The day was simply perfect! The Roslin is just right, lovely décor, friendly and helpful staff topped with lovely views across the sea. We were really spoilt as everything we asked for was accommodated, including a 5 piece Jazz Band to kick the evening off. So all in all a fantastic day for us and our guests all helped along stress free, hassle free by Amy and her team, once again a really big THANK YOU. We have already decided that each anniversary will be spent reminiscing over a meal back at the Roslin.....The Most Wonderful Day we could have asked for.... The venue is so lovely, dressed to perfection and every single one of our guests commented on how lovely the setting us. The staff are amazing - Amy, the Event Manager just takes all the stress away from you before and on the day - I remembered walking down the aisle with not one single worry - knowing that it had all been taken care of. The food was faultless - the canapés, the sit-down meal and the buffet - excellent - I was worried that there wouldn't be enough food but was I so wrong! No one person left without having a belly full of food and everything was top quality. I can not thank the hotel enough for making our days so special - I wish we could do it all again. We would like to thank everyone who was involved in making the day so memorable for us.
