This was the first venue we visited in person and knew from the moment we walked in the door, walked through the grounds and spoke with the team (Sophie) - this is where we want to get married.

The pre planning process, the correspondence, the queries, the multiple visits - nothing was too much trouble and everything was addressed promptly and in a detailed manner (if it was easier to explain something over the phone rather than email, thats exactly what they would do).

The venue was perfect for guests to explore and roam (& children) but can be contained in a safe surrounding.

On the day, I think it was summed up perfectly by our videographer "the team are fantastic here, and if anything does go wrong on the day you wont even notice - they are so professional". We can contest to this - it was perfect!

We had our wedding last week after booking our wedding with Winters Barns 3 years ago.

Throughout that time Lizzie has been outstanding, she absolutely made our dream come to life and the day wouldn't have been half as perfect without her!

She ensured the day ran so smoothly and no detail was overlooked! we can't thank you enough Lizzie!

Winters Barns itself is absolutely beautiful and we loved that everything was there, from both having space to get ready, to getting married, partying the night away, staying the night along with our family and having breakfast together the next morning!

Everyone was blown away by the venue and what it can do, so so glad we chose to get married there, it will forever hold a special place in our hearts!

Winters Barns was such an incredible venue for our wedding! We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. From even before we booked, the whole team at Winters Barns were incredibly helpful and very quick to respond to any questions that we had. Sophie particularly as our wedding co-ordinator was fantastic and managed to help ensure our day went perfectly! We had absolutely no issues and would highly recommend Winters Barns to anyone looking for a gorgeous place to get married!

The venue is beautiful but the staff really make this special. We were fortunate enough to have Sally as our guide throughout and coordinator on the day and couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. They're attentive and experienced but we felt like they were so interested in us, even though they must deal with lots of couples throughout the year.
The great thing about the venue is that they're upfront about the costs for venue hire, and the caterer is the same (also wonderful food which all our guests complemented). Anything else you want beyond that, the venue share their list of recommended suppliers to give you inspiration and you're safe in the knowledge that the suppliers have been approved.
We were so pleased we chose Winters Barns and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

We got married at Winters Barns and honestly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. From start to finish, the entire team were absolutely fantastic – so professional, kind, and helpful throughout the whole process.

A special thank you to Lizzie, our wedding coordinator on the day, who was an absolute star. She made everything run so smoothly and was always one step ahead. No question was too small, and she made sure we felt completely at ease so we could just enjoy every moment.

Over a month later and our guests are still raving about the venue – it’s such a beautiful, intimate setting and creates the most magical atmosphere. We chose the Winters package and found it to be amazing value – everything was thought of, and we felt really taken care of. We used a mix of recommended suppliers and some we found ourselves, and it all came together perfectly with the help of the team.

We got married at Winters Barns on 10th July and it was the most perfect day! Sally and her team were amazing from the moment we contracted them right through to the day. They’re all so helpful and responsive. The venue is stunning and everything was absolutely perfect! It really was our dream wedding day :)

Winter Barns is in one word "breathtaking". How the hops wrap around the beams to give it that rustic barn vibe, to the fairy lights to give it that romance element.
It is truly one of the most magical places to get married. We had such a fantastic day, the team are so on the ball & the staff are always there helping you out. I only wish we could do it all over again!

Winters Barns is the most wonderful venue! We were first captivated by the beautiful space, which looks gorgeous inside and out and has a wonderful atmosphere. But what we couldn't have known is just how far the team were willing to go to support us in crafting the perfect day. They are all so friendly and professional, and Lizzie was amazing to work with. We loved how they are experienced enough to give you structure and guidance, but any personal touches however unusual they can take in their stride no problem. I had recently suffered a bereavement and there were a few things I wanted to do that were out of the ordinary to keep that lost loved one included and they couldn't have been more supportive. But if I had to pick just one thing that showed how great Winters Barns are, it would be that my partner's aunt with mobility issued emailed the venue a few weeks before to say she needed a chair with arms to be able to get in and out. Winters Barns only had armless chairs, so the team went to a local antique shop, found a pair of mahogany chairs, and then sanded, painted, and reupholstered them so they matched all the others. To go out of their way like that just for a single one of our guests honestly blew us away. Would SO highly recommend for a beautiful venue that will support you in anything and everything you need.

We honestly couldn’t have been happier with Winters Barns and the staff. We got married in March 2025 and had Lizzie as our wedding coordinator. We could not thank Lizzie and the staff enough for helping create the most wonderful wedding day. The venue is absolutely stunning and all of our guests have told us how wonderful and professional the staff are. They organised so much to keep everything moving smoothly from our vendors to our guests. From beginning the process with viewing the venue until the day after the wedding we could not fault them at all, they supported us every step of the way and the entire day felt like a fairytale.

This venue gives 10/10 for everything. We had looked at four venues before this one. As soon as we walked in we knew it was exactly what we wanted for our winter wedding and the need for onsite accommodation. The service was second to none, we didn’t have to lift a finger on the day and didn’t need to check anything or worry about anything. The caterers were five star, the service was exceptional, all of our guests remarked on the extremely professional service and amazing food. I would give it all 10 out of 10. The band, The Redfords were also superb, in the evening. Sally looked after everything superbly. If you want a magical stress free day that runs like clockwork - book it!

We have some amazing photos from the grounds and it was so easy having everything all in one place - from getting ready to staying overnight.
Even the set up and taking down was done for us so we didn't have to think about anything - we could just enjoy it all.
I could not have wished for a better venue and they exceeded our expectations by far!

For a venue as busy as Winters Barns, they truly made us feel like the only people getting married, remembering the small details and providing invaluable advice throughout planning and coordination. Getting excited with us during the planning, liaising with our vendors and giving us helpful prompts as we got closer to the day. We never once struggled to get in contact with the venue or get a clear answer on our questions… and there was a few!
On our final meeting where we ran through all the little details, we were met with suggestions and solid guidance which left us feeling confident our dream day was going to come to life as we imagined.
Sally is a SUPERSTAR and our day was run to perfection thanks to her. She pays attention to detail and run us on time to the minute, but she also had lots of fun with it. Popping in to check on us all getting ready always with a big smile and some sound advice and a little time check! Sally put us both as ease as we knew if there was an issue she would resolve it.
Our day at the venue was perfect, from getting ready and building up to the ceremony, it was faultless. The call button in the getting ready spaces is brilliant, this saved the men who were all struggling with their pocket squares and needed super Sally to come and save them!
The accommodation was beautiful and the perfect way to extend the celebrations a bit longer with a recovery breakfast with our families the next morning.
We honestly had the perfect day, as did our guests and have received endless compliments on the venue; the service and everything in between. If we were to relive the day we would not change a single thing.

Right from the first appointment we knew the venue was gorgeous and it was the one for us! Since booking the staff were always so helpful over emails for any queries whilst I was planning! On the big day we had Lizzie look after us, she is truly the best at what she does!!
I was so set on having an outdoor ceremony but due to weather it had to be inside, however I wasn’t disappointed! It was beautiful inside especially with the fresh new hops (September wedding). Everything went smoothly and we couldn’t have had a better day. We used all the accommodation on site too which was great, clean and comfortable!

Winters Barns is an incredible venue. It has a beautiful rustic charm, from the exposed beams in the bar, wedding breakfast and dance floor areas, to the dried hops hanging from the ceiling. The courtyard is stunning and was well used by our guests well into the evening. The pond with the bridge makes for beautiful pictures and was a huge selling point for us.
The staff were truly amazing. I cannot fault them. They’re incredibly warm and friendly and really do make you feel special. They never once gave the impression they do this every day, rather that yours is the most important day in the world!
We absolutely loved our day - it was truly unforgettable, largely thanks to the brilliant team at Winters Barns.

The staff are so friendly, welcoming and professional, nothing is too much to ask of them and they ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible. We were able to fully enjoy our day knowing everything was being dealt with behind the scenes.
The venue and its grounds are beautiful, the perfect setting for some stunning wedding pictures! The facilities at this venue are amazing from the garden, the barn itself, the salon and pump room to get ready in the morning of the wedding. The accommodation is beautiful and so incredibly clean!
