Charlotte at Odo’s Barn was great throughout the whole wedding planning process. Charlotte is very professional, responsive and knowledgeable. The barn is a beautiful venue and we couldn’t have hoped for more. Highly recommend using Odo’s Barn and we are very grateful to Charlotte for all the effort she put in to make our day perfect.

We could wax-lyrical about Odo’s Barn all-day however to summarise both the Venue and Team (lead by Charlotte) I would simply describe both as ‘Perfect’.

Odo’s Barn is a family-run (and owned) owned/party venue and having first visited last year with an aim of tying the knot in September (2024) the entire process was just seamless.

Set in a beautiful age-old barn, Charlotte was warm, welcoming and hugely accommodating.

Her help, assistance and support throughout was sublime and her attention to detail ensured the day ran better than smoothly creating what was the best day of our lives (so far!).

We can’t wait to visit again as a reminder of just how perfect the day was.

A seriously excellent venue and brilliant team, Odo's Barn has surpassed our expectations and delivered a day better than we could ever have hoped for. Charlotte works meticulously hard on every detail, and was wonderful to consult with throughout the whole process. We weren't too sure what we were doing when planning our wedding ourselves, we were a bit nervous and didn't have a 100-page ring binder with a perfect plan ready to go, and needed quite a bit of help and guidance with our relatively bare-bones plan. But she had endless time and patience for all our annoying and silly questions, and was more than happy to steer us in the right direction, recommending experienced suppliers who have worked the venue plenty of times before, and suggested changes which we never would've thought of ourselves. A huge number of questions and queries from us in the months leading up to the day were answered quickly and kindly, putting any anxiety to rest, and the lead up to the day and day-before setup was super professional, with all staff more than willing to be an enthusiastic and hard working pair of hands, while offering advice and suggestions when asked.

A truly gorgeous venue that massively wowed everyone on the day, and provided a perfect location for our incredible day - a relaxed and fun festival themed wedding. We absolutely had to have a big noisy rock band, which was a first for the venue, and there were concerns over the acoustics and the 95db sound limiter, but Charlotte made sure it would all work out, and they have a great system which ensured it sounded absolutely amazing. The high ceilings and rustic wooden interior actually sounded incredible with no distortion, reverb, or echo, and the clear visual traffic light system worked fantastically to ensure that there wasn't excessive noise pollution for neighbours.

The staff were also fantastic at keeping the venue looking great throughout the day too, never leaving rubbish or empty glasses out for too long, and adjusting the room to suit the proceedings wonderfully. Last minute requests and tasks were handled incredibly well, and helped the day to go perfectly. Staff were super friendly and lovely to all guests, recorded clips of special moments for our video compilation, and were on the dance floor enjoying themselves towards the end of the night, which was delightful to see. An unexpected surprise upon returning the day after was all decorations and extras that were left behind had been tidied up and boxed up for us, making a potentially arduous task with a hangover very light work!

Absolutely 10/10 in every aspect imaginable - a beautiful venue as it comes without needing any extras, incredible value for money, wonderful staff, and truly a perfect setting that made the best day of our lives absolutely heavenly. Thank you so so much Charlotte, Immy, Pav, Mia, Freya, and Mimi for making the best day of our lives even better than we could have imagined, we'll never forget you!

Where to start with this amazing venue? From the moment we walked into Odo's Barn we knew this was where we were going to get married. The barn itself is strikingly beautiful with its rustic look flooded with natural light due to being very extremely spacious but also lit up with beautiful twinkling fairy lights – we fell in love.

Odo's is surrounded by a large amount of outdoor space with plenty of places for guests to sit and chill and mingle with one another and for suppliers to set up - a large patio with quirky sofas and chairs, a huge courtyard with wooden tables and a giant swing and the long meadow overlooking the surround countryside.

With two options of locations to get married inside and out – we opted to get married in the meadow which was simply stunning with plenty of picturesque places for photos opportunities.

Access to the barn the day before and after was also a real benefit. Having piece of mind setting up everything up the way we wanted, whilst also being able to enjoy a picnic with nearest and dearest in the meadow building up the excitement of the next day.

Charlotte, your passion for your business and love for weddings shines throughout all your guidance in the planning process but also your support on the day. You took away all the stress of wedding planning helping us with each step; recommending suppliers, supporting with decorations, regular catch ups allowing us to visit whenever we wanted to, organising the wedding party and generally being there for us with anything we needed – we cannot thank you and the team enough!


My words cannot recommend Charlotte and the barn enough - so make sure you view and consider the barn as your future wedding location! Our day was everything we envisioned and more – I will always hold the memories made at Odo's close to my heart!

Where do we even begin? We really can’t put into words how beautiful this venue is. We only looked at Odo’s Barn and knew instantly that we wanted our wedding here. Nothing else compared. A big draw was the three day hire – this allowed for set up the day before the wedding day.

The barn feels intimate but there’s plenty of space, the barn itself has so much character and has been tastefully decorated. The surrounding fields and outdoor space provide breath-taking views of the countyside (golden hour pictures at the monument are a must)

From the initial meeting with Charlotte to the wedding day itself, she was always on hand to answer any questions, give recommendations and ensure that everything ran smoothly.

We had the most magical day and we honestly can’t thank Charlotte enough. She is a wonderful host. All the staff on the day were extremely attentive and worked very hard!

Our guests have said that it was the BEST wedding they have been to.

We had our wedding celebration at Odo's Barn in August - and it was perfect.

The barn and location itself is just stunning, with opportunities to add your own decorative touches. The swing, firepit and meadow are such lovely additions too for photos, games etc. It really is the perfect wedding backdrop.

Charlotte (host) is fantastic - no question is too silly, they helped us plan our day and all the details and made the entire run up too and day incredibly stress free and organised. The drinks options are so varied, wine is really good quality and affordable too.

Lastly, the service team on the day were great.

I would recommend any bride and groom to consider Odo's Barn for their wedding, or for a special event. It really is perfect.

Odo's Barn was the first and only venue we viewed - we decided there and then that this was where we wanted to marry. The Barn, the gardens, the moat and the views are all just so beautiful!

We recently celebrated our Daughters wedding at Odo’s Barn, and we couldn't be happier with our choice.
First and foremost, the venue itself is stunning. This converted barn has picturesque views which provided the perfect backdrop for our special day. Our guests were blown away by the beauty of the surroundings, and the venue made for some truly memorable photos.
Our coordinator and owner Charlotte was incredibly helpful and accommodating to all of our requests.
On the day of the wedding, everything went off without a hitch. The ceremony space was beautifully set up, and the reception area was just as we had envisioned.
One of the highlights was the flexibility and customization options that Odos barn offered. We were able to personalise many aspects of the wedding to fit our vision, including two John Deer tractors which were special to the family which made the day feel uniquely ours.

From the first time that we contacted Odo's Barn, we knew it was the place for us. Firstly, the venue and the surrounding gardens and views are stunning. There is a so much to do at the venue, with a wrap around moat, which you can walk around, large gardens and fields, the Bilsington Church behind which connects onto the venue and makes for the most lavish cut-through back to the barn. With her chosen and trusted list of suppliers on hand, it massively helps out and ultimately saves you time and money as they already know the venue. Fern and Farrow food that we chose from the list, turned out to be the best wedding food that everyone had ever had at a wedding and that came from every guest! As we went through and booked our suppliers for the day, Charlotte would take great care in organising each individual one and make sure that they are happy with the running order, arrival and exit time and care on the day, which was so kind of her to offer. Her team of champions on the day were the best. They took great care in every single guest that we had at Odo's from the minute they arrived till everyone went home. We couldn't thank them all enough for making our day as perfect as it can be. I would continue writing more, but there is a character limit. Just book it and have the best day of your lives!

The barn is beautiful and it really allowed us put our decorative spin on the day and make it our own. The grand chandeliers are such a statement piece and look incredible in our photos.

The bar staff worked nonstop too! They took everything in their stride when our guests swamped the bar. We were even allowed access to the connecting gardens. For us in May, the flowers were starting to bloom and we captured some truly lovely memories. They couldn’t have done enough for us.

We had the absolute pleasure of getting married at Odo's last week, the only venue we considered, once we visited for the first time there was honestly nowhere else in the running! Charlotte and her team are amazing, everything ran so smoothly in the lead up and on the day itself, we cannot thank you enough, our day was truly perfect! The barn and the grounds are beautiful, you feel as if you are in the heart if the countryside, but with the convenience of Ashford town centre only 10 minutes up the road for hotels and trains etc.
We are still looking through all of our photos but have shared a few with this review, cannot wait to see and share more as they come in.

For us, Odo's Barn was unforgettable the first time we saw it. It immediately felt like the venue for us. Throughout our whole wedding process, before and after, Charlotte and her family made us feel valued, unique and special. Charlotte was extremely helpful during the planning, and offered different suggestions that suited our theme. Our wedding day was perfect! We were very well looked after, and loved every second.

Odo's barn was our venue for our wedding March 2024. It is a beautiful venue and perfectly fitted our rustic vibe, the grounds surrounding are also lovely, perfect for any outdoor photos or wedding ceremony too. Beautiful decor available already which we could add our own touch too where we were able to set up the day before relieving any on the day stress and take down the day after. We loved the included fairly light wall, sofa seating, large terraced area for our drinks reception and firepit for marshmallows in the late evening. The acoustics of the barn were fantastic for live music of which we had a cellist for the day and band for the evening.

All of our guests loved the venue and there were endless compliments from everyone.

Charlotte was fantastic in organising our special day. She was super professional and communicative to all our needs and questions prior to our wedding and was the most fabulous host on the day. Very organised, and took all the stress out of our busy day by her and her teams attentiveness to our and guests needs, she coordinated with all our other vendors and we feel privileged to have had our wedding here.

I cannot begin to explain how wonderful Charlotte and the team are - from our first viewing where Charlotte provided so much information and really understood our vision, to our wedding day, which went perfectly. Odo’s barn is the perfect venue, it’s gorgeous, everything about your wedding is customisable and the 3 day hire makes the whole set up a breeze!
