Odo's Barn, set in the Garden of England, Kent, over looking the Romney Marsh, complete with its own mediaeval moat, is a truly magical wedding venue for your special occasion.
The 15th Century tithe barn combines original rustic charm with its elegantly beamed roof and modern style, with its stunning golden chandeliers, soft lighting and warm carpeted floor.
The barn is licenced to hold civil weddings and partnerships and can accommodate up to 120 seated guests. The venue comprises the barn complete with handmade Italian chandeliers, especially commissioned for Odo's Barn; a rustic bar area within the barn, a large south facing terrace that can accommodate 120 guests, a peaceful grass meadow that can be used for camping or children's games, or as a backdrop for photos (as the views are fabulous), modern and newly converted lavatories, a catering kitchen and a large car park.
We positively encourage you to make our barn your own for your special day and are here every step of the way to guide you through the run up to your wedding, offering help with services and planning to make your day seamless and stress free. The barn is very flexible in terms of decor and layout and this allows you to put your personal mark on your wedding. Due to the fact that we only put on one wedding per week, you are very welcome to come to the barn and decorate the day before your wedding.
We work with local 'preferred' caterers who can offer you a wide range of menus such as traditional three course meals, sharing platters served to each table, canapes and afternoon teas. There is something to suit all styles and budgets.
We also have many local contacts with fish and chips vans, wood fired pizza ovens, hog roasts to gourmet retro burger vans.
The acoustics in the barn are perfect for bands or D.J's and the stunning lighting can be dimmed to create a wonderful atmosphere for the evening reception.
