In keeping with Kent's enchanting spirit, this large venue has added a new dimension to the wedding experience with a beautiful licensed gazebo set within the stunning grounds. Ideal for those desiring an outdoor ceremony, The Gazebo lies immersed in woodland trees overlooking the wildlife pond and effortlessly accommodates 90 guests. Just beyond, the interconnecting Bearsted Room & Marquee beckons you through a private entrance from an outdoor terrace. Ideal for an alfresco drinks reception, the summery setting can host up to 90 seated guests and 120 evening guests with access to an exclusive bar. The Thurnham Suite is a chic alternative that posts an expansive setting fit for a maximum of 160 ceremony and reception guests. You can invite a further 40 for the evening reception alongside creative extras such as a bubbly bar or a donut wall. You and yours will also have access to 120 fully refurbished ensuite bedrooms and rejuvenating leisure facilities.

Wedding ceremony and venue
One word to explain our wedding….wow
We honestly cannot fault the Tudor Park Country Club Hotel, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a wedding venue. We have no regrets, it was truly perfect, and honestly compared to other venues was reasonably priced. The team listened to us and what we needed, they did all they could to ensure we had the perfect day and the day went smooth - we even got a few complimentary treats which truly gave the extra touch.
We owe the team at Tudor Park a big thank you, and we plan to return for our 1st Wedding Anniversary! We loved our wedding in every way, wouldn’t change a thing. For anyone who is looking for a wedding venue - they should choose the Tudor Park Country Club Hotel

tirelessly on the day looking after guests, cutting our cake, tidying up a lot
of our DIY’s and so much more. She was incredible! Lucas was so helpful
throughout and especially the day before when we were setting up and when I was asking for the aircon to go on and off haha.
All our guests enjoyed the lovely food and drinks and the beautiful grounds
and setting of the hotel. Lots of our guests stayed the night and we enjoyed
a lovely breakfast with everyone the next morning. The pancake machine
was a big hit with the kids! All the rooms were clean and very well equipped spacious and comfortable and we managed to use the pool and spa the day before which was great to unwind before the big day!
Each and every staff member was polite, friendly and helpful throughout our 2 night stay for our wedding and it made it such a lovely experience for us and all our
guests.
We would highly recommend getting married at Tudor Park, we have made such amazing memories to last a lifetime. Thank you so much and we can’t wait to return to the hotel for dinner sometime soon as an excuse to relive the memories!

I just wanted to introduce myself properly I’m Kayla, and I’ll be your Event Coordinator. I’ll be here to support you throughout the planning process, from creating your desired wedding package proposal right through to being there on your special day, ensuring everything runs smoothly and feels as special and seamless as possible for you.
