Q Vardis is a wedding venue situated in Uxbridge, Middlesex. This expansive property offers a variety of event spaces for couples to celebrate their entire wedding in England's countryside. Surrounded by luscious green gardens, couples can make use of this country setting as well as the chic interior of Q Vardis. Whether it’s a quaint ceremony or a large banquet, this venue can comfortably host the wedding you deserve and have always envisioned.
Facilities and Capacity
The Millard Suite is the ideal location for ceremonies. This quaint area is complete with bright lighting and a neutral colour scheme so you can add your own style to the proceedings. This airy space can host seated ceremonies with up to 80 of your loved ones. Doors from the Millard Suite lead to the site’s splendid gardens. This spacious garden is great for post-ceremony photos that will be cherished for a lifetime. This outside space may also be used for cocktail hours during the summer months if desired. Here, you can sip on beverages, mingle with guests, and watch as the sunsets on your magical celebration. After your time spent in the gardens, you and your loved ones can make their way to the restaurant for a memorable banquet filled with delicious cuisine. Receptions may also take place inside the restaurant or one of the venue’s other event spaces. These areas have ample space for seated guests, a dance floor, and live entertainment. A maximum of 480 people can attend receptions at Q Vardis.

A dedicated on-site coordinator will also provide their expertise to ensure that you make the most of your chosen event spaces. Fab venue!
We got married here in August 2025! Nick and his team were amazing. Everything was done to perfection; decor, food, drinks etc! We didn’t have to worry about anything. We had the best day/night and all our guests kept telling us after how lovely the venue was and what a great time they had.

Highly highly recommend
We couldn’t have asked for a more incredible experience than the one we had at this wedding venue. From the moment we arrived for our first tour to the final goodbyes at the end of our reception, everything was amazing.
The venue itself is stunning—beautifully maintained and every corner is picture-perfect, and our guests were constantly commenting on how gorgeous and comfortable the setting was.
The staff were great. They were friendly, attentive and organised. Every member of the team went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of.
The food was a highlight! We opted for the sit down buffet and after 4 weeks our guests are still talking about how great the dinner was. The food was fresh, hot and we had so many choices.
The service was second to none. Drinks were always full, plates were cleared quickly, and everything ran right on schedule. The staff made sure our families and guests felt welcomed and cared for.
If you’re looking for a place that truly goes above and beyond, this is the one. Highly, highly recommended!

Best wedding venue ever!
Look no further than QVardis - we had the best day ever! Our wedding was perfect thanks to Nick and his brilliant team. Our wedding was in June, and our guests are still talking about our wedding - the venue, setting, food, DJ and more. Nick is a legend; nothing was too much trouble and he went out of his way to ensure we had everything (and more) we could possibly want to make our day perfect. And all within a very (very) reasonable budget. Don't waste your money going anywhere else. You won't be disappointed. We would recommend this venue 100% and so would our 100+ guests.

My perfect day
Our wedding was perfect from the ceremony to the reception decorated how we wanted the DJ was brilliant played anything you wanted the staff are amazing especially nick he is amazing very helpful very polite got great ideas and it was all in our budget which we was happy about I would recommend qvardis to get married as your day will be special and a day to never forget

Our Wedding
I had my wedding and reception at Q Vardis in Feb 2025 and it was the best day (even though it rained). Nick was so incredible that I did not have any worries on the day. It was all coordinated amazingly.
I had the most beautiful car that transported me from my hotel to the venue all arranged by Nick., my wedding cake was also arranged by Nick (this was a lovely lady called Carol) it was exceptional. We decided on a wedding buffet for our guests and they comments about the food being incredibly tasty and it just kept coming. I didn't eat very much as I was on cloud 9 but everyone was very impressed. DJ was also arranged by Nick and we partied till close.
Nothing was any trouble for Nick and his team, it was a dream. I enjoyed a lot of sambuca and water on the night helped by Nick and the bar team keeping me hydrated.
The value of money was out of this world, considering I didn't want a full on wedding I got it and will remember our day forever.

Superb venue🌟
We had our wedding at this venue last August and all I can say is we have made the right choice! 🌟💯👏 As a busy couple preparing for the wedding, it is difficult enough to organise everything but having hired QVardis made it all easy. They are not just a venue, they cater all that is needed..from decors, cutleries, food and even the wedding cake! Plus added extras to keep everyone entertained. All these without breaking the bank. All our guests loved the food and complimented how lovely the venue was. We all enjoyed our day🥰 Thank you very much Nick and the team👏👏👏 You are all wonderful🌟

Perfect Venue
Nick made everything so easy and handled everything for us, nothing was any hassle for him. The guests were very impressed with the food and everyone had a great time. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Look no further this is the place to get married!
This venue is absolutely beautiful, the staff were wonderful. Everything on my wedding day went perfectly. It was stress free and so easy to plan as they did most of the work! I simply had to say what I wanted and they made my dream wedding a reality with minimal effort on my end. The owner of the venue Nick was full of experience in wedding planning and it really shined through on my wedding day, what a wonderful group of staff and excellent overall service. I cannot recommend them highly enough, the food was plentiful and honestly of top quality. Wedding guests have told me it was the best food they have ever had at any wedding. My dad (worlds fussiest human and loves a moan!) didn't have a single word of complaint. He was thoroughly impressed with the venue itself and how beautiful it looked as well as the food, "bloody lovely" were his exact words! He went back for seconds.... and thirds lol. We got the buffet and had a small evening buffet for the later guests and it was all top notch, I would happily go there to eat regularly if it were a restaurant.
Our wedding photos (taken by Paul aka the only photographer you need for your wedding, top man) turned out stunning. He was so full of experience using his tips and tricks to ensure we had the best wedding photos one could hope for. He was overall a lovely, friendly man and really knew what he was doing. Someone that Q-vardis put me in contact with! They also sorted my DJ among a long list of other things.
What an absolute bargain this place is, the quality of the service all round and everything they provide is at a more than fair price. I am so happy we found this little gem! I will be contacting this venue for any other future events and will be recommending them to anyone looking for a venue.
I have no regrets and will happily shout from the rooftops that Q-vardis is the place to get married.

So good we did it twice!
We got married at Q Vardis 10 years ago and yesterday we renewed our vows there again. It was just as good as it was 10 years ago; Nick and the team go above and beyond to make the day beyond special and the attention to detail is second to none. We are so grateful for everything and couldnt recommend it enough, thank you!

One of the best days of my life!
I had a wedding here in January 2024 and had the most perfect day!
Nick went above and beyond to get everything just right, down to the last detail. He allowed us to view it as many times as we wanted with different family members and he let us make sure everything met our expection the night before our day.
His team also worked really hard and was so polite to us and our guests.
The venue, food, decor and dj altogether made our day sensational.
I cannot recommend here enough. It's a great value for money and you still end up with a day of your dreams.
