Our wedding at The Post Barn on 11.07.2026 was absolutely PERFECT. It was only 2 weeks ago and we wish we could do it all again already!

From the day we visited the venue we knew it was the place for our big day - not just because of how lovely it is, but also because how great all of the team are there too.

We had the best day of our lives - it was so seamless and stress free and all of our guests commented on what a gorgeous venue it was, how amazing the team were and how incredible the food was! (We had the roast dinner and everyone was blown away with the portions and the quality.)

The day honestly exceeding our expectations and it couldn’t have been better or more perfect for what we wanted.

Special shout out to Hollie and Kyle who were in charge of running the day and making sure everything went smoothly. They also ensured we were ok and had everything we needed at all times. They honestly couldn’t have done more to make sure we had the best time but also had moments where we were alone to take it all in as it really does fly by.

No words can describe how happy we are with our day, the venue itself, the food, or the lovely team who really care about the couples getting married there.

Even leading up to the day, the communication and organisation and help from every single team member was amazing. No question or request was too much - We don’t think anything could have been better at any point of the process.

We honestly couldn’t have chosen a more perfect venue for our wedding day.

The venue itself is absolutely stunning. From the beautiful grounds to the character and charm of the building, every part of it created the most incredible backdrop for our day. We fell in love with it as soon as we saw it, and it exceeded every expectation on the day itself.

One of the biggest reasons we chose it was the ability to keep everything in one place and for it to be dog friendly, and it worked perfectly. Our guests could relax and enjoy the whole day without needing to travel between locations, and our dog could stay the whole day, which created such a lovely atmosphere from start to finish. There was also plenty of space for everyone, and it never felt overcrowded despite having all parts of the day at the venue.

Unfortunately, the rain meant that our guests didn’t make the most of the outdoor space but honestly, it couldn’t have worked better. The team handled the turnaround of the main space between the ceremony, breakfast and reception so seamlessly that we barely noticed it happening. Everything was organised so efficiently, and despite the room serving multiple purposes throughout the day, it never felt compact or cramped. The layout flowed beautifully, and the venue still felt spacious, elegant and welcoming for all of our guests.

What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the team. Every member of staff was so kind, reassuring and supportive throughout the entire process. Wedding planning can be stressful at times, but they always made us feel calm, confident and excited for the big day.

A special thank you to Chloe, Kyle and Annabel, who went above and beyond to make our dream wedding a reality. Your kindness, professionalism and genuine care meant so much to us, and we are so grateful for everything you did to make our day feel so special. You played such a huge part in creating memories that we will cherish forever and genuinely so grateful that we got to meet and work with you.

Wow! I don’t know where to start! I would recommend the post barn over and over again. From start to finish they helped make our wedding day as smooth as possible! Chloe and the girls have been absolutely incredible! From our very first planning meeting to the wedding day, we couldn’t have asked for more. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, it’s the most magical venue we looked at. We fell in love straight away! Our guests only said positive feedback, they were so impressed, the food was to die for! We can’t thank them enough! There will always be a special place in our hearts for the post barn and the lovely wedding coordinators!

We had a twilight wedding, and it was the perfect amount of time—everything felt relaxed, well-paced, and just right for us and our guests.

Holly, our coordinator, was incredible. She ensured everything ran perfectly—everyone knew the schedule, and the whole day flowed so smoothly without a single worry.

I only met Kyle the day before, but you would have thought he’d been part of the entire planning process. He knew every detail inside out and brought such a great energy to the day—an absolute pleasure to have around.

We had our big day last November and we were fortunate enough that we chose this place. Needless to say, this venue is beautiful however the best part of this venue is its excellent staff and their amazing hospitality.
We can’t thank enough, our manager Annabelle and the big guy,(sorry, I am very bad with names), who was there all throughout our ceremony, helping more than we could expect .Starting from greeting our guests, making sure everything works smoothly without any delays while keeping health and safety in mind, to all the way helping me fixing my wedding attire and jewellery, they did all. I felt they are a part of our families.
Food was amazing, thanks to the Chef, he went out of his way to make Indo-English fusion dinner and guess what, the guests were blown away. The show stopper was the Biriyani.
The DJ was incredibly talented and kept the crowd engaged with his skills.
In one world, everything and everyone in Post Barn was amazing and thank you so so much for making our day extra special. We 100% recommend this venue.

What can we say… The perfect location, the perfect team, the perfect food, a beautiful vibe and just everything! From viewing the barn, to booking it and then having our most beautiful day, we will never be able to thank you enough! It was the best decision we ever made! I’m so sad it’s over, we will miss the barn but mostly the team! Hollie, Ki, Annabel, Chloe, to name a few, you will hold such a special place in our hearts forever! We will be with every valentines and anything else that gives use a reason to be at the barn and see you guys!

Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and more and that is entirely thanks to the incredible team at this venue — especially Annabel and Carl.

From our very first planning meeting, we felt completely supported. We had several detailed meetings in the lead-up to the big day and no question was ever too small. Emails were answered quickly, admin was handled seamlessly and every step of the process felt organised, calm and exciting rather than overwhelming.

One of the absolute highlights was the food tasting event held three months before the wedding. Not only was it beautifully organised, but we were able to invite family members along, which made it such a special experience. The food was genuinely sensational — and that’s coming from my husband, who is a classically trained chef and not easily impressed! Every dish was refined, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. Our guests are still talking about it. The mash!!!!!

We had a pink theme for the day and the team executed it flawlessly. Every detail was thoughtfully styled and perfectly aligned with our vision. Walking into the room for the first time was magical — they had truly brought our ideas to life.

We were also able to use our own suppliers, which was really important to us. Annabel and Carl coordinated everything behind the scenes so effortlessly that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Everything ran smoothly and we felt completely looked after from start to finish.

This is a truly incredible team who care deeply about what they do. I honestly couldn’t have been looked after better. If you’re considering this venue for your wedding, book it — you will be in the safest, most capable hands imaginable.

Zoe and I got married at The Post Barn on Saturday 31st January and had the best day!
The second we set foot in the Post Barn we knew it was the venue for us!
Not only is it a beautiful venue, but it is very well equipped and run by a fantastic team who took all of crazy ideas in their stride and pulled it all together flawlessly. (Thank You Hollie!)

Having the equally brilliant Donnington & Co Hotel, Spa and Golf Course right there as well made for a perfect weekend not only for us but for all of our guests too.

We honestly can't recommend the Post Barn enough and are just a little sad we can't do it again this weekend!

The barn itself is absolutely stunning, but what set the venue apart is the team behind it. They are personable, professional, and clearly experts at what they do. From start to finish, they made us feel like our wedding was their top priority, going above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect.
Nothing was ever too much trouble — they answered every one of my, MANY, questions and their guidance was invaluable.

The food was on another level. It’s been five weeks since the wedding, and our guests are still raving about how incredible it was!!

My Wife and I recently had our Wedding at the Post Barn and we could not recommend it more. The venue itself is stunning and the staff are more than flexible in helping you achieve your ideal wedding setup.

We were overwhelmed at the sheer amount of tasks to complete when organising a wedding but Annabel and the team were incredible. They took all the stress away when it came to keeping in contact with vendors etc.

We had the BEST day, and we will never ever forget it.

If you’re looking at getting married soon or in the future I would implore to at least get in contact with the team and visit the venue.

Every detail was thought about and communicated with us! No stone left unturned and sorted for us at every step!
The venue itself is beautiful! Fantastic grounds, great size, brilliant to have everything in one place no moving around needed.
The planning meetings were great every tiny personal detail I wanted to include was listened to and noted for the big day, the food was phenomenal and guests genuinely said it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had!!

The staff truly made this experience, I felt like a princess the whole day and like I didn’t have to lift a finger. I knew the team had got everything sorted and I didn’t worry about anything at all!!

If you’re reading this and considering booking the Post Barn… DO IT. Seriously. The single most critical decision of our wedding planning process was to book the Post Barn as our venue. From the moment that arrived to the property for a tour, we knew it was the right place - modern yet classic and surrounded by green space and stunning gardens. And then when our guests got to experience it on our wedding day - they all told us the exact same.

They say that at the Post it’s personal and I couldn’t agree with that more. They ensured we had the best day of our lives and helped us customise it as well so it truly felt like OUR day. From the planning process where they helped guide us through what we needed to have done by when, to helping to liaise with our vendors in the immediate run up to the day, and then making us feel so incredibly looked after on the wedding day - I can’t emphasise how important the Post Barn team were to helping us achieve the wedding of our dreams. We really floated through the day with no concerns because we knew the team was on top of it.

And then I also need to sing the praises for the food (we’ve had guests tell us that it was genuinely the best wedding food they’ve ever had), our experience coming to do the tasting ahead of time, the cocktails, the service staff, etc. The whole day was executed flawlessly.

The biggest, most heart felt thank yous to the whole team at the Post Barn - Kate, Daisy, etc. You all are incredible. Thanks for giving us the best day of our lives.

We had the most wonderful experience with the Post Barn staff. Even though we booked fairly far in advance, which meant a few staff changes up until our wedding, the whole team provided a seamless service from start to finish. Every member of the team here is positive, kind, supportive; they were professional, knowledgeable and responsive, and made us feel completely unique, even though they cater weddings all the time! No request seemed to be too silly or troublesome and they accommodated absolutely everything that we wanted - such as setting up our ceremony in Snelsmore House, which hadn't been done before - so our wedding felt completely ours. As a couple who are not used to planning big events, let alone being in the middle of them, this really meant a lot to us, and the Post Barn team's kind support and encouragement, schedule of meetings and events etc, played such a big part in getting us excited for what was, in the end, the most perfect day.

Special shout-out must also be given to the chefs as the food was EXCELLENT. Several of our guests said it was the best wedding meal they have ever had and that was definitely the case for us. There was a lot leftover and, without the option to take leftovers away, I would (in hindsight) have catered for fewer people. I cannot fault on the value for money, though, as the drinks were equally plentiful! The one thing we really wanted to ensure was that our guests enjoyed fabulous food and wine and the Post Barn absolutely delivered on this. I could not recommend them more!
