Coltsfoot Country Retreat is justifiably proud of its location and it probably comes as no surprise that we are an approved wedding venue for holding Civil Wedding Ceremonies.

The Retreat Restaurant is ideal for the smaller wedding accommodating up to 68 people for a wedding breakfast with far reaching views across open countryside. The adjoining bar area or stunning courtyard can be used for your champagne reception & photographs.

We also have our own marquee to accommodate a large wedding for up to 150 guests for a sit down meal.

Summary information

Coltsfoot consists of 15 luxurious individually designed suites all of which are included in your wedding package, with different styles of beds such as our dark brown leather sleigh bed which is one of the most popular with the Bride and Groom. Most of the rooms have vaulted ceilings, six have patio gardens and two have shaker style kitchens for longer stay guests. Our bathrooms offer a choice of traditional suites with cast iron baths, claw footed legs or ultra sleek modern suites. Two have hydrotherapy air baths and all rooms have power showers. Bath robes & Molton Brown toiletries are also provided to make your experience in our rooms one you will never forget.
