We got married on 16.04.2025 and it was the most perfect wedding day!

Thank you to south farm for making our dream wedding come to life! From the moment we first saw the venue we knew this was the place we wanted to get married. From the grounds to the gorgeous Old dairy and Tudor barn, we knew this would be the perfect place for us to celebrate our wedding! Then we met everyone at South farm and it just solidified this was going to be our venue as their kindness and genuine love for their job shines!

Our wedding planner (Evie) was just incredible, nothing was ever too much trouble for her. Always going above and beyond to make sure it all went perfectly (which it did)! So a huge thank you to her as she really deserves it.

The food was incredible, and even better than we remember from the tasting evening! We received so many compliments from our guests and our guests are still talking about this!!

Another huge thank you for making our wedding day all we could have dreamt of, if you are thinking of getting married here, you wont regret it!!!

We had our day on the 19th March 2025 & we cannot express how perfect it was! From visiting south farm for the first time, to leaving the venue the morning after, the staff were incredible! On the day our wedding coordinator Nicky was just fabulous! If it wasn’t for her the groom & groomsmen would have turned up half dressed! She made the day run so smoothly & was so caring & attentive! We would just love to do the day all over again! THANK YOU ❤️❤️❤️

We honestly couldn't recommend South Farm enough! From the beautiful setting to the wonderful, friendly staff to the amazing food they really are faultless. Everything went so smoothly with the help of the South Farm team, nothing was too much trouble and we had the most incredible day as did all of our guests.

The most amazing wedding venue!

A truly beautiful setting, with lots of options for personalisation. Friendly and very efficient staff who do not leave anything to chance. Food is excellent and locally sourced.

From the first approach to the venue down that lit gravel driveway you know you are somewhere special. You turn the corner and the main house looks like a french villa. We knew this was our venue at that point. The staff are all so attentive, from the first meeting with coffee and brownies (which also helped seal the deal), through to the food tasting event which was the perfect way to prepare for the big day. South Farm holds this event a couple of times a year and all couples who have booked a wedding get invited to attend an evening to try nearly ALL the food they can provide to your wedding - an amazing evening of food and wine. The testimony is that any venue that can create that much different food on one night (including all the allergy considerations) will definitely look after your wedding for you without any doubt what so ever.
The venue has you covered from the build up, through to the day itself. They do not leave anything to chance.

There are so many options to make your wedding special at this venue, from summer weddings outside to inside autumn weddings like the one we had.

The accommodation is lovely and a bit quirky which we also loved. Rooms and caravans on site, and a sister site with 3 rooms available a short distance away. Plus once you know who is allocated the rooms/caravans the venue sort those bits with your guests which is also so helpful.

For our wedding we combined this truly amazing venue with DJ Mike Readings (DJ), Lyndsay Challis (Photographer), Jack Childs (Videographer), Ali at Rambling Stems (Florist), Kelly's Kitchen (Cakes), and Sarah at SP Wedding Art (Illustrator).

I know that I'm biased, but you pick this team and you too could have the perfect wedding as we did!!!!

We got married at South Farm at the end of October this year and could not be more pleased that we chose to get married at this venue! From start to finish, the process was amazing and we always received prompt and friendly responses from every member of the team that we spoke too. At our initial meeting, we discussed a firm budget we wanted to stick too and this was always very respected and we felt that the cost was very reasonable for the service that we got! On the day, Nikki was incredibly attentive and helped our day to run so smoothly! I really hope we get the chance to attend a wedding as a guest at South Farm in the future as it truly is the most special and incredible venue!

South Farm was the first venue we went to see and were blown away by how stunning the location was. The staff are amazing and made the build up and the day so easy and stress free would highly recommend South Farm as a wedding venue.

South Farm provided the most magical experience for our wedding. My husband and I loved that it felt like a beautiful rustic home hosting our wedding, not a corporate event space.

This feel is reinforced by the friendly and accommodating team at South Farm. Everyone we encountered was so nice and would go out of their way to be helpful, from the event managers through to the kitchen staff and gardeners. They ensured the whole day ran seamlessly and was as stress free as possible. We are also incredibly grateful they found a way for our dogs to stay for the whole wedding unlike other venues that claimed to be dog friendly, but in fact only allowed dogs for a short photo window and wouldn’t even countenance any flexibility.

Another reason we chose South Farm was the range of wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces that were all exclusively ours for the day. It meant we could rest easy that even if the weather wasn’t on our side the Old Dairy would still provide a charming indoor ceremony option (which it ended up being thanks to the British weather). It also meant there was minimal room turnaround faff disrupting the flow of the day unlike some venues where there really is only one room doing the heavy lifting, so to speak, for all parts of a wedding day. (The gorgeous Tudor Barn with its fairy light ceiling was an atmospheric setting for dinner and evening mingling, while the adjoining Horse Barn with its glass floor and lighting was perfect for dancing to the band, meanwhile my husband and I loved the cute library which was a lovely backdrop for photos.)

Another aspect of South Farm that deserves a special shout out is the food! It was amazing and we had so many guests praise the food and say it was the best they have ever had at a wedding.

We had the most beautiful and joyous wedding day, and we know that was down to the team at South Farm. They were always accommodating, insightful, professional, and no mad idea was too mad for them!

You can tell that every single person loves working there; it shines through in the brilliant work they do.

Every interaction, from the day we enquired in early 2022, to our wedding last week, has been exemplary. They really take the pressure out of planning so you can truly enjoy your big day.

Our guests were absolutely raving about the venue from the moment they arrived, and they haven’t stopped talking about it since.

The venue itself it absolutely unreal. From the barns to the gardens, it’s beautiful wherever you look. The service was second to none, and the food was unbelievable. We could happily live off nothing but the croquettes for the rest of our lives!

A special mention to Nikki, who was our fantastic Event Manager on the day. She was an absolute superstar and made both of us feel so comfortable throughout the day. She’s a true pro and we’ll always be grateful for help. Thanks again, Nikki!

Stephen and I got married at South Farm in October 2024 and honestly, it was the best day ever. When we visit South Farm two years ago, we knew this was the venue for us, and it didn't not disappoint. The grounds were immaculate, the food simply stunning and the whole vibe of the venue oozes happiness, fun and love!!!

While all the staff were incredible (they really were all fantastic), we wanted to say a very special thank you to Evie, our Event Wedding Manager. She was simply outstanding and went above and beyond in every way during the planning but also on the day itself. She was so personable, attentive, on the ball with all the details and made our day even more special. It was the little things she did, like saving use some canapés (we missed these due to photos), and keeping us stocked with drinks when we were going from one greeting to the next, that really made her service fantastic. We were actually sad when she had to finish her shift at 10pm and couldn't stay until midnight!!! Thank you Evie; you left a special place in our hearts 🧡💚

Our guests had the most incredible day and we have received so many beautiful comments from them about South Farm. Many of them told us it was the best wedding they've been too, due to the service, food and wonderful atmosphere (and of course of us)!

There are honestly not enough words to express our thanks to South Farm for our magical day and this will be a memory we cherish forever. We just pray that someone we know has a wedding at South Farm in the future so we can return and reminisce our special day!

There is absolutely no place like South Farm. We loved every single second of our incredible wedding day and have nothing but amazing things to say about them. We wouldn’t change a thing.
