We had an amazing day at Healey Barn and can't thank all of the staff enough, especially Liv and Jack H who were our coordinators and went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. The barn looked stunning and all of our guests told us how much of a good day they had (especially the food!). We would recommend Healey Barn to anyone who is getting married and we hope to attend one of their feast nights in the future! Thank you again to the whole team!

Our day was so so special and this place was the biggest reason for this. Everything went so smoothly and the staff are amazing at what they do. The venue, the location and the accommodation was 10/10.

From the moment we booked Northside Farm for our wedding, we knew we’d found something really special. It genuinely was the venue of our dreams, and we couldn’t have wished for a more perfect place to spend our wedding weekend. A very special mention has to go to Katie, our wedding coordinator. She was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble, she was always so friendly, helpful and attentive, and she made the whole process feel so easy and stress-free. We always felt like we were in the safest hands, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. One of the things we loved most about Northside was how much freedom we had to make the place completely our own. It genuinely felt like our wedding weekend rather than simply hiring a venue for a day. We were able to put our own stamp on everything, and the whole place felt so personal and relaxed. It was exactly what we wanted. The value for money is honestly unbelievable too. We’d been quoted the same, if not more, by other venues for just one day, never mind having the whole place for three days! Being able to have the entire weekend to set up, get married, celebrate and then enjoy a more relaxed final day with our family and friends made such a difference. It felt like we got so much for what we paid for. Every single one of our guests commented on how incredible the venue was, how welcoming everyone was and what a brilliant weekend they’d had. The staff were genuinely lovely and became such a big part of the weekend — you know you’ve picked a good wedding venue when the staff end up in the photo booth with you! 😂 We honestly cannot thank Katie and the whole Northside team enough for giving us the most amazing few days. We wouldn’t change a single thing and would recommend Northside Farm to anyone looking for the perfect wedding venue. We’ll definitely be back — whether that’s for another stay or, hopefully, as wedding guests! ❤️ Thank you for helping make the best weekend of our lives so incredibly special. I don’t know where to begin! From our very first visit to The Parlour, we knew it was the perfect venue for our wedding. The booking and planning process couldn’t have been easier from the very beginning. The staff were incredibly helpful, always quick to answer our emails and ensuring we knew they had received all of our music and other details. We had a fantastic tasting evening and great planning meetings, where we were given all the information and support we needed to make our day perfect. Now for the day itself! From the moment we arrived, we knew everything was going to run perfectly. A huge shout-out to the fabulous Karen, who kept us both at ease, made sure everything we had planned happened exactly as we imagined, and was such a bright light throughout our beautiful day. The BBQ menu was absolutely amazing, and all of our guests commented on how perfect it was for a summer wedding. The evening pizzas were also a huge hit! We couldn’t be more grateful to the entire team at The Parlour, the wonderful venue itself, and all of the vendors we booked for making our wedding day as beautiful and memorable as it was. We would recommend The Parlour to anyone looking for a relaxed, unique, and truly special wedding venue.

From the moment we viewed the venue we knew it was the perfect setting for our wedding - needless to say we didn't look any further! A compact and intimate venue in the most beautiful location. The whole process was seamless from securing the booking to the final details before our big day. The staff were efficient and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. They maintained professionalism throughout the entire process. Jess took the stress out of the whole planning experience - sourcing suppliers, providing invaluable advice and reassurance and keeping everything on track. We never felt under pressure at any point in the process. On the Friday all the ladies gathered in The Stables (main accommodation) for drinks and nibbles - plenty of space for indoor entertaining. On the day of our wedding Jess and the team worked, almost inconspicuously, to ensure everything went to plan and without a hitch. We didn't worry about anything. On the Sunday we entertained approx 30 guests. The terrace was just perfect and the sun shone down - such an idyllic setting with stunning scenery. Brinkburn certainly met all of our expectations.

We had the most amazing wedding day at Runa, what a perfect venue, amazing team and beautiful surroundings! We cannot thank the team at Runa enough, particular shout out to our on the day coordinator El, master of ceremonies Ian and all the team on the day. They went above and beyond to make our day so incredible, they listened to any concerns we had, followed our set up to a tee and made sure we felt at ease throughout the whole weekend. Ian was incredible and looked after us and our whole family throughout the whole day. Runa will forever hold a special place in our hearts and is an amazing venue, we had so many compliments on the team and the venue and can't wait to return to stay in the near future. Thank you again for making our day so special, Holly & Ryan!

From very first moment we walked into The Willows we knew this was where we would celebrate our wedding and exchange our vows. There is something special about The Willows and The Willows team that is hard to put into words. We had a truly wonderful experience thanks to Fiona, Beki and Becky. Absolutely nothing phased them and when we had one small worry they listened, quickly acted on it and it was resolved . They got us, recognising the loving, relaxed and fun vibe we wanted. We believe they were genuinely excited for us, despite how busy they always are and the amount of couples they must see. Our family and friends feel the same about The Willows as we do. Everyone commenting on the special feeling you have when you’re there. They all mentioned how our coordinator on the day Beki was warm, kind, funny, professional, thoughtful, genuine and how she went the extra mile to ensure our day went off without a hitch. The day was made even more special that Fiona came for part of the day as it was because of her and her incredible personality that we booked in the first place. The Willows helped us make memories that will last a lifetime 🫶

On the 9th December 2024, we had our elopement style wedding at The Blackton Grange Estate. The venue is absolutely stunning, nestled in the most gorgeous countryside surroundings and it absolutely ticked all of our requirements for our big day. The venue is a "dry hire", self-catering, dog friendly venue, which was absolutely perfect for us! We had been looking for a wedding venue for quite some time, as we had a few requirements that we wouldn't compromise on. Our dog was the ring bearer, so it had to be a dog friendly venue (tick!). One of our party members required a downstairs disabled friendly bedroom (tick!), and we wanted a private and intimate location, set in the countryside (tick, tick and tick!). The property is vast and fully catered for all of our needs. There were 14 of us staying at the property for 2 x nights and we didn't feel like we were in each others way at all, there were plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for us to choose from. We made full use of the games room and cinema room and our guests felt really cosy once we had lit the log burner in the living room. Jodi & Stella had decorated the living area with a Christmas tree & decorations. They also set out the furniture for our ceremony the following day, moving all of the sofas to the sides of the room and providing wooden chairs for our guests to sit on. Our ceremony was absolutely amazing on the day, Jodi & Stella arrived to meet with the registrars and to ensure we had everything we needed. Following the ceremony they put the living room back together, whilst we were having our family photos taken outside, so it was an absolutely seamless change over for us. They could not have done enough for us, making sure everything had gone to plan. Communication in the lead up to our wedding was fantastic, Jodi and Stella were very accommodating of our requests, so easy to talk to, we felt like we had known them for years! We used Coghlans catering, who are based locally (and recommended by the venue), to provide us with our meals for the 2 days. This included a meal on the Sunday when we arrived, and everything for the full wedding day. We brought our own drinks and snacks (but there is always an option to get Tesco delivery service delivered to the Estate for your stay). We would highly recommend this venue for a wedding, the house and grounds are absolutely amazing, sadly the weather wasn't the best on our arrival and it had just rained for 48 hours solid beforehand, but on the actual day the sun shined brightly and the photos are amazing. There is a converted barn for bigger wedding parties which we obviously didn't require for our small elopement, but Stella & Jodi very kindly showed us around it and it looks absolutely stunning!! The venue is an absolute credit to the hard work that these two ladies have put into it, long may it continue to be a wedding venue and thank you for letting us be the first couple to tie the knot at Blackton Grange.
