We do not know where to begin. We genuinely cannot thank the team at Dodmoor House and our wedding coordinator, Kara enough for the most perfect wedding day on 16th November 2024. We had viewed many wedding venues prior to coming across Dodmoor House (quite a few in the Cotswolds) and none of them quite felt like Dodmoor House when we first visited.

The attention to detail and family feel you get is nothing short of amazing. Every single time we emailed or had any sort of worry, someone at Dodmoor was always there to get back to me. Their communication is genuinely perfect and the way in which the team communicates internally is something which we believe other venues lack. You genuinely feel like you are the only wedding the team is planning for!

One of the other amazing things about Dodmoor House is they let your wedding day be YOUR wedding day. Whether you want Caribbean food or your dog in attendance or a ferris wheel on their grounds you can do it! They really want you to have the most amazing day and that can be as unique as you want it! I also love that there is the option to stay in their Bridal Suite on the night of your wedding, it is a special touch and it is very special to wake up there the next morning (with the team serving you a delicious breakfast!). We had so many compliments from our guests saying how our magical/stunning the venue was and how attentive Dodmoor’s team were.

Kara, our wedding coordinator, thank you thank you thank you. You are the most organised, efficient and all round amazing human! You knew one of us struggled to let someone else take control/see out our vision but nothing was ever too much. Our entire day was perfect from start to finish. You do not even notice all what goes on in the background but I knew whatever the worry, Kara would have it covered in seconds!

We could genuinely go on forever about how excellent the venue and team are. There isn’t a single thing I could fault about our day or our entire wedding planning experience with Dodmoor House. So if you are thinking about visiting or booking Dodmoor House, DO IT! You definitely won’t regret it!

Thank you so much again, we are gutted it is all over and wish we could re-wind time to do it again! But I am sure we will be back for anniversaries!!

Our wedding on August 24th, 2024, at Dodmoor House was absolutely perfect! The entire day ran so smoothly, and we couldn’t have asked for a more seamless experience. The venue was stunning, creating a magical atmosphere that made our celebration even more special. Every detail was beautifully taken care of, and the team at Dodmoor House ensured everything went off without a hitch, allowing us to fully enjoy every moment. We’re so grateful to everyone involved for making our day truly unforgettable—it was everything we had dreamed of and more!

We first came to Dodmoor house as wedding guests in 2019 and loved it from then on, it has such a beautiful setting, the wedding we attended ran smoothly and felt like a story of the day, it was perfect and so enjoyable as guests. Move forward to January 2023 when my now husband proposed to me, a week later we went for a viewing of Dodmoor house, I did have my heart set on it but we also viewed about 6 other venues in the area (wanted to be sure) every venue just got compared to Dodmoor and didn’t tick all the boxes in comparison.
February 2023 we booked our autumn October wedding for 2024 and the planning began!

We attended numerous open evenings throughout our wedding planning which was so nice to be able to keep in touch with the team, meet recommended suppliers and see their setup ideas and taste the lovely drinks menu and decide on options, it’s a brilliant idea and really keeps up the excitement of the planning and seeing your venue often.

We had our planning meeting in July with our fabulous wedding co-ordinator ✨ Kara ✨ she was so enthusiastic about our wedding day plans, scheme and decor and was giving us ideas of different options of styling our DIY’s with the venue. The meeting is so in depth and thorough, we both left feeling soo excited for our day and relaxed as every detail was touched on!
Kara kept in touch with us and our suppliers leading up to our day, nothing I asked was too much trouble and she was so reassuring every step of the way.
The day before our wedding we dropped off our bits (there was a lot) Kara was on hand and had already started setting up for our wedding in the wedding breakfast room, her energy made us feel so excited and calm and it was great to have that final talk through before we left!
Our wedding day was just an absolute dream, from start to finish it went so smoothly, every guest had the best time and complemented the venue as well as all the hard work that Kara and her team had put in throughout the day so that it flowed so seamlessly. We are forever grateful and Dodmoor holds a special place in our hearts.

Honestly if your thinking of booking this venue look no further! We would choose this place over and over again with no doubt in our head!!!!

We have our special day here this December and it was honestly amazing. We booked in 2022 and Dodmoor were there throughout the whole planning process. Every detail was thoroughly thought about and nothing was missed. It is a beautiful venue and we loved the breakfast the following day. 10/10 venue with 10/10 staff. You will not be disappointed.

There aren't enough words to describe Dodmoor House. Having worked here for several years, it was never a question that we were going to get married here. Mark and Louise together with their team have created the most beautiful and picturesque wedding venue situated in the countryside. From the very first conversation right through to even after the wedding, the communication with your wedding coordinator and the rest of the team is brilliant, and they are always there for any questions, silly or not, and they appreciate that for the couple it is the biggest day of your life so will do everything they can to help and be as accommodating as possible. Dodmoor offers a level of service which you don't get at other venues, and they are on hand right from the moment the bride turns up to get ready the morning of the wedding, through to breakfast and getting all of you wedding items packed away the following morning. On the day, they are working away both front of house and in the background, and no ask is ever too big - the amount of comments we got on the day complimenting the feel and look of the venue and how 'us' it felt says it all. If you're looking at wedding venues, look no further than Dodmoor House!

I truly cannot recommend Dodmoor enough! The venue is stunning but what really makes it are the staff! They are so friendly and attentive it really makes the the stress of wedding planning melt away. Our co-ordinator Beth-Rai was so lovely, we must have emailed her a million times in the run up to our big day and her responses were always fast and incredibly helpful! The staff truly do go above and beyond to take the pressure off of you as a couple, they handle so much behind the scenes and let you focus on having the perfect day!

We cannot fault Dodmoor House and we would absolutely recommend the venue. The staff make you feel like yours is the only wedding they're working on, getting back to emails very quickly with a lot of detail. Our coordinator, Chloe, was incredible. She was professional and got things done, but warm and friendly, keeping us calm on the day.
The whole process of both planning and the wedding day itself has been thought through by Dodmoor so carefully, and they've included lovely touches along the way to help make the day feel special - like a well stocked honeymoon suite and getting ready room, with everything you might need on the day.

Our wedding at Dodmoor was exactly as the title says, the most perfect day!

Ever since we booked the venue back in January 2023, the team at Dodmoor have been fantastic, allowing us to come to as many open evenings as possible and helping out where possible. As the day came close, we were given a team lead in Eleanor & Marleen who were fantastic. Both so approachable and accommodating to our needs and requests, nothing was too big or small for them, they made everything so stress free for us to really enjoy the day, we wont ever be able to say thank you enough to them!

The venue itself is so lovely, we were so fortunate with the weather we were able to use the lawn where the garden games were available, whilst also having the courtyard to fall back too as the evening drew closer with all the fairy lights and festoons, made it feel very intimate and private.

We would whole heartedly recommend this venue and team for our friend future weddings!

The team at Dodmoor House were just fantastic throughout the whole planning process, and on our wedding day. They were professional, responsive and no ask was too big or small when we were getting to the details for the day. We wanted a barn-vibe, intimate, relaxed venue for around 75 guests and this was perfect for us. We also really appreciated the ability to use our own suppliers. We found it really difficult to find a venue that allowed us to bring our own caterer, but Dodmoor were so accommodating with all of the suppliers we used. If you are looking for a wedding venue we highly recommend Dodmoor!

We don’t have the words! Our entire experience has been incredible. If we had to do it all over again, we’d choose Dodmoor every single time. Our guests all commented on how beautiful it was and how brilliant the staff were. Their attention to detail is next level! I feel like we hit the jackpot with our venue… they truly care about making your wedding everything you wanted it to be.

I couldn’t imagine a better team of people and a more beautiful space. Everyone was so relaxed and had the best time, it felt like we were on holiday!

We had our wedding at Dodmoor House back in March this year and the whole experience was utterly flawless - from our first viewing right up until the big day. There was something very warm and magical about the venue which we instantly fell in love with. Louise was our wedding co-ordinator and she was OUTSTANDING. There was a Monica from Friends level of organisation that we were so impressed with! You really don't have to worry about a single thing on the day because the whole team are absolute pros and will ensure everything runs without an issue. They're also incredible flexible and can adapt seamlessly if you need to make some minor changes. What we really appreciated though was the warmth and personal touch. Despite the fact that they clearly put on hundreds of weddings a year, they somehow make you feel special and they seem to really, really care. We are so grateful to Louise and the Dodmoor staff for given us a completely unforgettable day without a single hiccup. We would recommend in a heartbeat.

Dodmoor House is such a beautiful venue but what really made our day special was the organisation and coordination. Our coordinator Eleanor made sure our day ran so smoothly and our guests even commented on how well organised it all was! It meant we could just relax and enjoy time with all our favourite people. We had the absolute best day!

Dodmoor were amazing from booking our wedding right through to the day itself! Nothing was too much trouble on the day and the way they changed rooms and decor around so quickly was an art! Everyone said on the day how beautiful and spacious the venue was! The amazing thing with dodmoor is you dont need loads of decor to make it look good as it already has a beautiful, Rustic feel to it.

Dodmoor cater so much to the needs of your wedding and allow you to shape your day the way you want it! There is not a better venue out there in my opinion! If I was to do it again, I'd do it at dodmoor in a heartbeat!

My Husband and I got married here very recently and I cannot recommend this venue enough. If you are starting your journey and you're unsure of so many things, I highly recommend emailing them and attending one of their open evenings. You will fall in love with the rustic and fairy tale like setting. All staff are a dream and through are year and half planning we never once spoke to or met any one we didn't like. Dodmoor act as if your wedding is the only one in the world and they work with you to create your day. I honestly, couldn't imagine a better experience and our day was everything and more we could have dreamed. I will miss feeling like part of the Dodmoor family as they became so integral to our wedding journey. Please, do not overlook this venue!
