Honestly cant recommend Tall John's enough! right from the beginning, they were supportive, friendly and just amazing. The Venue itself is just the most picturesque setting for your wedding.

We recently held a celebration event at Nant y Walch Barn and came away incredibly impressed with this very special venue. Gyles, the owner, couldn't have been more friendly, welcoming or accommodating. From the outset, he made us feel completely at ease and helped create the relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere we wanted for our day. The location is simply stunning. Nant y Walch feels like a genuine haven of tranquillity and beauty, surrounded by the wonderful Powys countryside. There are several different outdoor areas where guests can sit, talk and enjoy the surroundings, which really added to our event. Inside, the barn is beautiful too. It has all the facilities you need while retaining so much of its original charm and character. The original exposed walls in particular make it feel warm, authentic and very different from a more conventional event venue. Everyone who attended commented on how wonderful the venue was, which is perhaps the best recommendation we could give. Although our celebration wasn't a wedding, having experienced the venue and Gyles's hospitality first-hand, we can easily imagine what a fantastic setting Nant y Walch would be for a wedding. It has character, beautiful surroundings and a genuinely personal and welcoming feel. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Llantilio House for me is the most beautiful wedding venue in Wales. Set in the shadow of the Sugarloaf mountain, it's a quintessential Welsh setting for a weekend celebration. The pool room and pool itself is a perfect central point that makes for a really relaxing environment for family and friends. It's a dry hire - which worked for us - as we enjoyed the hiring and styling process. It also allows you to put your unique stamp on the venue. But it did involve a lot of work so wouldn't be suitable for every couple and can be quite costly. On the whole, the team were a dream to work with..open to our ideas and always quick to respond.

We honestly couldn’t have chosen a more amazing wedding venue! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The venue itself was beautiful, with such a wonderful atmosphere and attention to detail that made our special day feel truly magical. A very special mention has to go to our incredible wedding coordinator, Sera. We genuinely cannot thank her enough for everything she has done for us throughout the whole journey. From the very beginning, Sera was so helpful, supportive, caring and patient, always going above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. She made us feel completely at ease and took so much of the stress away, always being there whenever we had a question, worry or needed some guidance. Her attention to detail and dedication were truly amazing, and we honestly don't know what we would have done without her. Having someone like Sera looking after us made such a huge difference and allowed us to relax and enjoy every moment of our special day. The whole team were incredible from start to finish — friendly, professional, attentive, and always there to make sure everything ran smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble, and we felt so well looked after throughout the entire day. Our wedding was everything we dreamed it would be and more, and so much of that was down to the amazing team and stunning venue. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful the setting was and how fantastic the whole day was. We would wholeheartedly recommend this venue to anyone looking for the perfect place to celebrate their wedding. Thank you for helping make our wedding day so unforgettable. Having chosen Raglan Golf Club as our wedding venue, Jess & Charlotte were always available to chat through the details of what we wanted for our wedding. Nothing was too much trouble and the attention to detail ensured everything ran smoothly on the day. The food and service were excellent, with many guests commenting on how impressed they were. For a smaller wedding like ours, the venue was perfect as it offers plenty of private indoor space as well as the lovely courtyard which most guests took advantage of as the weather was so kind. My wife and I have nothing but good things to say about Jess and the whole team at Raglan Golf Club for creating a thoroughly memorable day for ourselves and our guests. I would like to thank you for making my daughters wedding day/weekend so special. The venue for the reception was fantastic and all the staff were very warm and friendly and could not do enough for us all. All the gustes were thrilled with the setting. The accomodation of all the cottages was really comfortable with loads of space inside and out, to be able to let the children run about in safe surroundings made our stay relaxing and carefree. Your 5 star rating is well deserved.

Our wedding at this Glyngynwydd Wedding Barns was nothing short of magical, and I truly could not have asked for a more perfect setting to celebrate such a special occasion. From the very first enquiry, the communication was excellent – every question was answered quickly, every visit to the venue was warmly welcomed, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The owner’s care and attention to detail throughout the planning process made everything run smoothly, leaving us completely reassured and excited in the lead-up to our big day. Having the entire venue privately to ourselves for the whole weekend was such a unique and special touch, giving us the chance to relax and celebrate surrounded only by our family and friends, which made it all feel so personal and intimate. The cottages and pods for our wedding party and guests were absolutely perfect – beautifully kept, comfortable, and just what we needed to make the weekend even more memorable. The setting itself was breathtaking from start to finish. Our ceremony in the woods was truly magical – the peaceful, natural backdrop of the trees created the most enchanting atmosphere and felt like something out of a fairytale. Afterwards, we had the most wonderful opportunity to capture photos in the beautiful meadow, which gave us the dreamiest, most romantic pictures that we will treasure forever. Every detail of the day flowed seamlessly, thanks to the outstanding service provided by the venue owner, whose professionalism and warmth were second to none. Everything went swimmingly, from start to finish, and I can honestly say it was beyond anything we could have imagined. It felt like our own little world for the weekend, and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding day and experience.

We knew Cobbles was the venue for us as soon as we viewed it! We had 38 guests - venue can hold more. The vibe of the venue is boho, laid back, cosy and homely. From the booking to the wedding day the team was so accommodating which made us relaxed for the whole experience and even more excited for the day! The team are amazing, and go above & beyond to make the day perfect. On the wedding day, everything went smoothly (if it didn't, the team hid and resolved any issues without us knowing). They moved guests and vendors smoothly from one room to another and kept the flow of the whole day in check. Accommodation: Plenty of accommodation for guests close by in Bridgend. (few minutes away) Food: The best food! We had a feast of delicious food on large platters for the wedding breakfast (they accommodate dietary requirements), evening street food was also delicious and generous canopies were served! Highly recommend! All the guests had compliments for the staff, venue and food! Do go visit Cobbles if you are considering it as an option!
