Set in the heart of the Cotswolds, Kingscote Barn is an exclusive, countryside venue made for unforgettable weddings.
With exposed beams, stone walls and laid‑back rustic charm, the barn is perfect for celebrating with your favourite people. We can host up to 150 guests for your ceremony across our licensed indoor and outdoor spaces, with room for dining, dancing and partying with up to 200 in the evening.
Step outside and you’ll find beautiful grounds including woodland, a lake, rose gardens and classic Cotswold views ideal for relaxed ceremonies and stunning photos. Whether you’re planning something traditional or totally chilled, it’s your day, your way.
You’ll have an experienced wedding coordinator on hand, plus access to our trusted local suppliers from show‑stopping florals to fun extras that really get the party going.
Food is just as flexible. Choose from our approved caterers offering shared feast stlye dining, street food or formal meals, with our courtyard kitchen perfect for evening food.
Turn your wedding into a relaxed two‑day celebration and enjoy more time with the people you love most. Begin with a laid‑back first day ideal for welcome drinks, a rehearsal dinner, or casual BBQ giving guests time to settle in and soak up the atmosphere.Then wake up refreshed and ready for your main wedding day, with no rushing and plenty of time to enjoy every special moment.
After the celebrations, stay on‑site with accommodation for up to 50 guests, and round things off with a relaxed buffet breakfast the next morning.
Our calendar is still open for 2026, and open 2027 and 2028, with hassle‑free all‑inclusive packages available for 2027 & 2028 if you’d like us to take care of the planning.

Go and get married at kingscote barn
The venue and grounds are BEAUTIFUL and it makes for amazing photos. The barn was spotless, the grounds are so well kept and in summer the surrounding foliage and flowers were gorgeous (the rose garden is a prime example). We had an outdoor ceremony and everything just flowed perfectly.
I cannot recommend Kingscote enough - they are an award winning team and venue for a reason! I wish we could do it all again!

The best venue in the Cotswolds!!
Every single email we sent over the years was met with the most helpful, beautiful responses, making us feel like nothing was ever too much trouble and our very first venue visit completely sealed the deal for us from the offset!
While the entire KB staff is spectacular, our venue coordinator, Ashleigh, deserves her own standing ovation. We found out Ashleigh was taking over our day three months ago, and within about three seconds flat, we knew we were the luckiest couple alive. She is the absolute epitome of "going the extra mile." Ashleigh expertly navigated a vast amount of suppliers, sent super helpful documentation, and managed a chaotic getting-ready morning without even flinching. She basically became a supplier in her own right—flawlessly setting up all our guest table favours, menu cards, goodie bags, and extra decor, all while remaining incredibly calm, chilled, and organised like she could have done it all in her sleep!
The barn itself looked stunning beyond compare, and the day was more perfect than we ever could have imagined in real life. To top it all off, arriving at the glorious treehouse in the early hours of the morning to find an adorable card and a KB Larry the lamb memento from Ashleigh just blew us away. No wedding we’ve ever been to comes close to how immense this place and team are. Thank you, Ashleigh and KB, for making the most special day of our lives completely unforgettable! 🤍✨

Perfect from beginning to end
Nothing was too much trouble for the team and they gave fantastic advice. The venue itself is stunning and grounds just gorgeous. All of our guests commented on what an amazing venue it was and we had the most memorable day celebrating with all of our loved ones ❤️

The venue itself is stunning and surrounded by countryside making it so peaceful and beautiful. You could forgo any decorations and the venue would still be gorgeous as it sells itself. The team are always quick to respond to questions and go above and beyond to help make the day perfect. Our wedding co-ordinator was Lynne who was so attentive, caring and kind, she made the day completely stress free. We had a weekday wedding and went for the Wild Rose Package which we feel was fantastic value and allowed us to have all the extra bits and pieces that made our day more special such as games, firepit with marhsmellows etc.. We would recommend Kingscote 10000x over!

A huge and heartfelt thank you goes to Lynne, our amazing wedding coordinator. Lynne was exceptional from start to finish, calm, kind, organised, and genuinely caring. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her attention to detail meant everything ran seamlessly, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy every moment.
The food deserves its own applause Epic Catering were absolutely outstanding. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and talked about by our guests all day and night. From start to finish, the service and quality were exceptional.
We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful venue or a more incredible team. Kingscote Barn will forever hold a very special place in our hearts, and we cannot recommend it along with Lynne and Epic Catering highly enough.

Dreams come true at Kingscote Barn
Lee was also amazing, getting us organised in the loveliest way and saw us through our day from start to finish, he was a delight.
Our photographer Vikki Kelly was amazing, instantly putting us at ease and going with our quirky requests. Our taster photos are beautiful, we are excited to see the rest.
Cotswold chairs helped to dress the room, the chairs looked beautiful and complimented our table displays.
We want to do it all over again, the wife has suggested we have our first anniversary party at Kingscote, it was so much fun.
We highly recommend this venue with its beautiful scenery, amazing accommodation and beautiful treehouse.
