My dream wedding venue!! The views and barn are spectacular! This was only the second venue my husband and I viewed and we knew it was the one immediately - bear in mind it was tipping it down with rain and so windy when we viewed it so we could barely go outside, and we thought, if we love it this much in this weather, it’s definitely the one!
But more so than that, the team at Kingscote are the best in the Biz!! When we were shown around, we weren’t rushed in and out the door (which we had experienced before), we were shown around and given lots of info, and we really felt like we would be taken care of, like we weren’t just another couple on a conveyor belt!
Then Mollie - our co-ordinator - I can’t thank you enough!! You were so incredible the whole day, but more than that, all my emails with questions and updates and things I wanted, you went above and beyond to execute exactly what I wanted, but honestly even better, and truly it meant everything to me, it was the best day of our lives and I know you worked so hard to help make that happen! I’m so so glad you were our co-ordinator and any couple that has you with them on their day is truly blessed! Thank you for everything Mollie!!
And thank you to the entire team of wonderful suppliers! We had epic caterers on the day - Nikki managed it all and was incredible - I truly can’t recommend them enough. My husbands family are farmers so good food was a high priority and they all raved about how amazing it was! Phill (imagine photography) was the most incredible photographer, anyone reading this, stop right now and go enquire with him, you won’t regret it!! The loveliest guy - he made us feel so at ease, and the photos he produced - jaw dropped, I have high standards when it comes to wedding photos and I’ve never seen any quite as incredible as what he’s done!
And also our videographer - Daniel (made to last films) he blended in seamlessly and effortlessly, I didn’t even wait for our initial call to pay the deposit, he’s that good.
Honestly we were so blessed that I only have the highest of compliments for every single person involved in our wedding day! Nothing could have gone better!
I am so so glad I had it at Kingscote barn, it was a beautiful real-life dream of a day.

From the moment we viewed the barn (our first and only choice!) it was stunning. The attentive staff created a cosy intimate atmosphere, instantly winning us over. Their communication throughout the process was impeccable, especially our coordinator Ashleigh. She was fantastic and incredibly grateful for her help before and on the day. No question was ever too much for them!

They’ve thought of everything from their online wedding planner section and supplier days to accommodation. I highly recommend this venue and the team.

Our day itself was simply perfect from beginning to end!

We had our wedding at Kingscote barn in October and it was truly top notch! So many of our guests commented on how beautiful a setting it was - and of course we agree. We had just over 110 guests and it worked well - for the wedding breakfast there was enough space to sit everyone comfortably in the downstairs area only (they have a balcony for overflow if it's needed). We had nice enough weather to be able to use the reception room and outside for the drinks reception - but had it been poor we would have had enough space with the bar area also. Mollie was our coordinator and she was very clear with her communication and organisation in the build up, and on the day. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend! Thanks Mollie and Kingscote!

We had the most amazing day. Juliette our wedding organiser and Lee from Strawberry Fields catering worked closely together to ensure that everything went like clockwork. Juliette ran around all morning fetching and carrying, ensuring that everything and everyone was where they needed to be….. nothing was too much bother.

Lee was also amazing, getting us organised in the loveliest way and saw us through our day from start to finish, he was a delight.

Our photographer Vikki Kelly was amazing, instantly putting us at ease and going with our quirky requests. Our taster photos are beautiful, we are excited to see the rest.

Cotswold chairs helped to dress the room, the chairs looked beautiful and complimented our table displays.

We want to do it all over again, the wife has suggested we have our first anniversary party at Kingscote, it was so much fun.

We highly recommend this venue with its beautiful scenery, amazing accommodation and beautiful treehouse.

Booking Kingscote Barn for our wedding in August was the best decision we made. Kingscote Barn is the dream wedding venue—truly everything we hoped for and more. Surrounded by rolling fields and nature, it offered the most magical setting for the best day of our lives. From the moment we booked, we knew we were in safe hands.

Lynne our wedding coordinator was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her organisation skills are unmatched. We’ve genuinely never met anyone more on top of things, and her calm, professional approach made the whole experience feel effortless.

We’ve had so many compliments from guests and vendors, all echoing what we already knew: Lynne is unbelievably dedicated and brilliant at what she does. The venue looked stunning, and the feedback we’ve received has been amazing with multiple people saying it’s the best venue they’ve been to for a wedding!
And the Treehouse honeymoon suite… wow. It was the perfect end to the perfect day & the most amazing way to wake up as Mr & Mrs! We truly couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator or a more beautiful place to celebrate. We’re beyond grateful for everything!❤️

The venue and the staff at Kingscote Barn were simply incredible. Words will never be enough to explain how grateful we are that we found this gem. it truly made our dream wedding come true.
We viewed other venues, but nothing came close. From the moment we pulled into the car park over two years ago, we instantly knew this was the place we were going to get married. And then we met Lynne. She was so welcoming and informative, showing us absolutely everything. The whole place just blew us away. We secured our deposit there and then, and the planning began. From that point onwards, everything was effortless. Nothing was ever too much, and the staff at Kingscote accommodated everything we asked for. Friends and family kept asking if we felt stressed in the lead-up to the wedding, and honestly, I didn’t at any point and that’s all down to Kingscote and their amazing team. Closer to the big day, we met Rosie, our wedding coordinator. Rosie, what can I say you were nothing short of perfection. From the smallest details to the smooth running of our entire day, you made everything so easy. You kept both Liam and I calm, relaxed, and reassured on the biggest day of our lives, and we cannot thank you enough for that.
Nothing was ever too much for the Kingscote staff, especially Lynne and Rosie. Communication was always professional yet warm and personal. We never once felt like just another couple we truly felt like part of the Kingscote family. As for the venue itself, WOW. The barn is breathtaking, the views are beautiful, and the accommodation is fully equipped and outstanding. We knew our wedding would be amazing, but Kingscote went above and beyond and exceeded all our expectations. Thank you, Kingscote Barn, from the bottom of our hearts. You gave us the most perfect wedding day and memories we will treasure forever.

Our wedding was absolutely incredible and the team we booked with were outstanding.
We originally booked with Charlotte but then had Ashleigh as our coordinator both were amazing with work with all the way through.

Everyone was so helpful.
Ashleigh was amazing on the morning, helped with anything needed and even went to the trouble of printing off new name places for guests when we had a last minute change.

The accommodation was amazing and all of our guests were so pleased with it!

Our wedding day at Kingscote Barn was absolutely perfect, it truly was the best day of our lives and we wish we could do it all over again. From the moment we drove down the long drive surrounded by fields and sheep, we were blown away by how stunning the venue was, and we knew it was the venue for us the moment we viewed it. From the initial viewing and all throughout the booking process, the staff at Kingscote Barn were so helpful and communication was fantastic. Our wedding co-ordinator Lynne did an amazing job communicating with all of our suppliers and explained the whole process to us during a planning meeting and follow up emails, which really put us at ease. The day itself was better than we could have ever imagined. Lynne ensured everything ran smoothly and helped make our day feel magical. The barn also looked absolutely beautiful, its great that they offer such good inside and outside space for the ceremony as well as drinks reception. We got married on the lawn outside which I would highly recommend if the weather allows, it was so peaceful and was such a beautiful backdrop for photos. The accommodation was also a major reason why we picked the venue. All of the available accommodation was extremely clean and it lovely to have such a variety of options for all our guests! They also offer a breakfast in the Glass Room the following morning, which was a great way to catch up with guests about the night before. I would highly recommend the venue to anybody planning a wedding.

Kingscote Barn is quite literally perfection - everything was so beautiful and exactly how we pictured our wedding day to be. The whole site was spotless and we had so many compliments from our guests. The Kingscote Barn team go above and beyond and nothing is too much for them, our wedding co-ordinator Lynne was fantastic and she is a super asset to the KB team, we couldn't of asked for better. This venue is worth it's weight in gold. From the first viewing to the big day, we had so much support from the wonderful team, the wonderful website with loads of information on recommended suppliers, information for the day and much more. The whole day ran so smooth thanks to our wonderful coordinator and the whole team! They were honestly so fab and we cant thank them enough for their hand work making the whole day stress free!

Georgia our wedding co-ordinator was amazing! So professional yet very friendly with no request to much! She had the patience of a Saint and answered our endless questions and concerns.
The venue itself was stunning, the perfect setting for beautiful photos! A stunning backdrop in a relaxed environment. We were even graced with the sunshine!
We used many of the venues preferred suppliers, whilst we were put under no pressure at all to use them we did feel more at ease and confident to secure these services.
We could not recommend Kingscote Barn and their amazing team of staff enough, our day was perfect in everyway!
