We used many of the venues preferred suppliers, whilst we were put under no pressure at all to use them we did feel more at ease and confident to secure these services.

The most beautiful venue for our big day. Everyone is still talking about it! From the barn the night before, to the fantastic dressing room, the views and the ceremony space. It’s the perfect wedding day venue. As the treehouse for the night of the wedding - wow! The views in the morning were incredible.

The Kingscote Barn is a dream wedding venue if you are looking for something in The Cotswolds. We had guests travel from all over the world and were inundated with comments from people about how beautiful the venue is. We had our wedding on Dec 30, and The Kingscote looked beautiful in a winter setting. Our wedding coordinator, Chloe, was a true pro throughout and helped make our day perfect. We actually picked the venue without seeing it in person, as we live in the US, and all the staff were so helpful in answering all of our questions/giving us a virtual tour etc. The accommodation on site is unique and comfortable, it makes for a real talking point for those guests who are lucky enough to stay there. Don't be put off by having to pick your own caterers at the venue. We went with Strawberry Fields and they know the venue so well it was as if it was all done in-house anyway. Thanks again Chloe and team, you are the best!!

When we saw Kingscote, we knew it was the perfect wedding venue. The unique barn, hidden in a secluded valley, felt like our own private sanctuary.

Our wedding planner, Lynne, was incredibly helpful and understanding. She explained everything we needed to know about getting married at Kingscote clearly and easily.

We booked our wedding and received all the necessary information via email, including a wedding planner, cost, preferred suppliers, and the exciting news that we could bring our dogs!

We attended Kingscote’s spring inspiration day to meet the caterers and other suppliers. It was a great way to find the perfect vendors for our big day.

We met Chris from Short Legs, a dog chaperone who answered all our questions and ensured our dogs would be comfortable.

For food, we chose Epic Caterers for their delicious food and excellent communication. Their tasting experience was amazing, and they handled all our dietary requirements with ease.

Our wedding day on December 3rd, 2024, was incredible. The perfect sunshine on a winter’s day greeted us as we arrived at the breathtaking barn. The sheep welcomed us, and the glorious Christmas trees sparkled in the sunlight.

The beautiful barn was our dream venue, with everything we could have wanted and more.

Our amazing wedding coordinator, Georgia, ensured everything was ready for our special day. She answered our questions, helped with preparations, and kept us calm and in control.

The makeup room was perfect, with ample space and all the morning essentials. The staff were fantastic, and nothing was too much trouble.

Georgia managed the groom and his party, whisked me to the registrar, and positioned me for the aisle. The Epic Catering team transformed the barn from ceremony to wedding breakfast, creating a breathtaking ambiance with fairy canopies, flowers, and candelabras.

Our guests loved their Honeymoon suite, The Treehouse, with amazing views of the barn, sky, and hills covered in sheep. Our breakfast hamper celebrated our first morning as husband and wife.

Kingscote exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have chosen a better venue. Thank you to everyone at Kingscote Barn for making our dream come true.

We’d definitely do it again! In a heartbeat

We had our wedding here in November, and it was just the most perfect day. The barn is just beautiful, and we were lucky to have sought out a venue stylist (wedding creations uk) to help with the decor and flowers for the day. It is in the most gorgeous location, you look outside and can just see grassy hills and sheep - it honestly brought so much peace amongst the chaos of wedding stresses.

Our wedding coordinator Chloe was great, she was really easy to get in touch with to answer any queries before the day, and then on the day she was at hand to help with anything and everything! She really helped make our day go so smoothly (so thank you so much again, we’d have been lost without her!).

I was also so glad I opted to use the makeup room to get ready with my bridesmaids in the morning as it was perfect. It has loads of space to get ready, and everything you need for the morning of your wedding from a fridge to keep your Prosecco cool, to a Bluetooth speaker for music, or fans if you get warm!

All the staff were amazingly friendly, and nothing was too much. Having accommodation on site was fab too, as most of guests were able to stay on site which made it easier at the end of the night!
We stayed in the treehouse for the evening of our wedding, and it really is beautiful (it’s just a shame we weren’t in there much to make the most of it!). It was absolutely dreamy - it has the comfiest bed 😍, a gorgeous bath, and amazing views of the barn and the hills. It really was a perfect space to end our day!

We are so glad we booked Kingscote for our wedding, it was everything we pictured and more. Thank you so much for helping us have the most amazing day - we wish we could do it all over again!!

We had the most perfect wedding day on 30th October, 2024! From the moment we first viewed Kingscote Barn we could tell that they were all about making things as easy as possible for their couples so they can enjoy their big day - and that’s exactly what they did. The booking process was easy with costs and important information being clear and easy to understand. The wedding planner section of their website after booking was super helpful as well with suggestions of preferred suppliers and useful information like measurements and information for your photographer etc.

We went with Epic Caterers for our food who were also wonderful to work with and great at communicating. Our tasting was amazing too! They made it nice and easy for us to drop off drinks the week before the wedding as well so we didn’t need to worry about this on the day. We had numerous dietary requirements that were handled with ease and importance.

Our day of co-ordinator Laura was absolutely incredible from our final details meeting with her and sending over everything we needed to prepare. Her help and organisation on the day has everything running exactly as we pictured, making sure everyone and everything was where they needed to be at the right times from setting up our DIY decor at the beginning of the day, to our first look at the wedding breakfast and our first dance!

The turnaround of the barn from ceremony to wedding breakfast by Laura and the Epic Catering team was absolutely perfect and everything looked great!

Our guests loved their accommodation, and we loved our honeymoon suite treehouse as well as our breakfast hamper the next morning! Beautiful views to wake up to on our first day as a married couple along with a cute chorus of the KB sheep in the background!

Stunning grounds, gorgeous venue and accommodation, and such welcoming, friendly and helpful staff from the venue and catering company with us throughout the day. We had our wedding at Kingscote barn at the end of October 2024 and we could not fault a thing. We had the most perfect day thanks to all the wonderful staff and our fantastic wedding coordinator Georgia who couldn’t do enough for us. We got married on 3rd October at KB and the day was perfect, we had the best day ever! A massive thanks to the KB team but especially our wedding coordinator Georgia. Georgia was so friendly, welcoming, attentive and professional the whole way through. She would answer any questions very quickly leading up to the wedding and provided us with support, advice and reassurance. On the day, Georgia was checking in with the bridal party in the dressing room and liaising with our suppliers. The day itself was perfect, Georgia managed the timings of the day perfectly and ensured it all went to plan. From our final meeting, right up until I walked down the aisle, Georgia was there making sure everything was running smoothly and going to plan. I never actually knew a wedding could be this stress free, but thanks to Georgia, Harriet (one splendid day) and Epic Caterers we really were able to relax and just have the best wedding day possible. We cannot thank you enough!

The venue itself is beautiful, including all of the surrounding views of the Cotswolds. The onside accommodation was important to us as guests were travelling from all over, the pods and huts looked gorgeous and we loved the tree house bridal suite!
KB is beautiful and we loved the fact we could put our own stamp on it, Harriet from One Splendid Day styled the venue and it was stunning! Exactly how I visioned it to be.
We had the most perfect day, the weather was amazing, drinks flowing, everyone smiling and celebrating. We could not have asked for better.

Kingscote Barn have been absolutely fantastic the whole way through. We were looking for somewhere that had its own accommodation as many of our guests were travelling quite a way. We chose the mid-week package and it suited us perfectly, with the freedom to make our wedding truly distinctive without having to worry about organising every minute detail. The venue itself is stunning at all times of year, with beautifully kept gardens as well as wilder outdoor spaces. Kingscote is set in its own valley, and many of the guests commented on how peaceful it was. It was also ideal for guests with mobility requirements, as nearly the whole exterior and interior are wheelchair friendly. Lottie was quick to answer all our questions about the venue and options, and made excellent recommendations for suppliers. Laura, our wedding coordinator, was also exceptional and very happy to make sure our wedding was unique and stress-free. On the day, everyone – guests, suppliers, and us – were treated with kindness and warmth, with a very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The entire day went smoothly, and as we were exceptionally lucky with the weather, we were able to hold the ceremony outdoors, but the barn itself would also have made a stunning setting. At night we had stone baked pizzas fresh from Kingscote’s outdoor pizza oven, and sat around the firepits with marshmallows gazing at shooting stars. The accommodation was brilliant, and although it was difficult to leave the next day, Laura and the team made it really easy to get everything together. We couldn’t be happier with our choice and are extremely grateful for how fantastic the whole team were.

We got married at Kingscote Barn on a Thursday in August, and it was the most magical day, thanks to the incredible team, especially our wedding coordinator, Lynne.

From the very beginning, communication was excellent. Lynne answered all our questions promptly, offering support, advice, and reassurance. She was friendly, professional, and attentive.

The day itself was perfect. Lynne managed the timings flawlessly, even going the extra mile to write down lyrics for the bridesmaids so they knew exactly when to walk down the aisle! The venue is absolutely beautiful—we fell in love with it when we saw it. I had my heart set on an outdoor ceremony, but typical British weather this wasn’t possible. However, Lauradana from Wedding Creations and the Kingscote staff decorated the indoor space so beautifully that it exceeded all my expectations.

The day went smoothly, thanks to the work of Lynne and the staff. Our guests couldn’t stop commenting on how stunning the venue was, with plenty of beautiful spots like One Tree Hill and a lake for photos.

The accommodations were fantastic, offering a variety of unique options. Our families especially enjoyed wandering the grounds the following morning to see the different rooms.

I cannot recommend Kingscote Barn enough. Lynne and the entire team were incredibly friendly and helpful from start to finish, making our wedding day absolutely perfect. Thank you for everything!

What a venue!! Such a beautiful venue with beautiful views. The venue is stunning and you don't need to add decor to make it beautiful as it already is. The staff are so helpful and are quick with replies. Couldn't of asked for a better experience.

I’m not sure I can even find the words to explain how amazing our wedding was thanks to Kingscote Barn.
From the minute we walked in to the most beautiful barn as a newly engaged couple, to leaving the morning after our wedding- everything was more than perfect.
The wedding coordinators at Kingscote are a blessing in disguise.
Not only is it the most beautiful venue ever, to be lucky enough to have a wedding coordinator like Lynne, just made everything so much easier for us. From our 8 week to go meeting, right up until I got down the aisle, she was there making sure everything was running smoothly and going to plan. I never actually knew a wedding could be this stress free, but thanks to Lynne and the Kingscote staff we really were able to relax and just have the best wedding day possible.
Sunshine or Rain (we had both), it really is the most beautiful place and venue there is. From the grounds, to the barn, to the accommodation everything really was exceptional.
If you are thinking about getting married at Kingscote barn or you’ve already booked it, you really won’t regret it!!! We wouldn’t have wanted to get married anywhere else without any other team looking after us for the 2 years leading up to our big day.
If we were going to get married again, we’d no doubt do it in exactly the same place with the exact same amazing Kingscote staff around us.
