Dodford Manor Barns is a beautiful barn wedding venue with [recently launched] exclusive onsite Manor House B&B for 22 guests, nestled in the gorgeous Northamptonshire countryside and basking in glorious views over miles of rolling hills. This multi-award winning venue & team has become a highly sought-after spot for celebrating romantic milestones (and have again clinched the 2nd Most Popular UK Wedding Venue 2025!). Its charming combination of historic Ironstone and contemporary glass walled Oak barns have all been impeccably restored to let in natural light while preserving their timeless 17th-century charm.
Facilities and Capacity
Dodford Manor Barns welcomes couples to celebrate their love within the walls of a historic country estate. Welcoming intimate weddings for 26 guests, to broader celebrations of 40 - 90 family and friends, upto functions of 170 day guests, the barns and spaces are exceptionally flexible! Begin your special day in an elegant VIP Ready Suite, complete with an en-suite shower room, lush furnishings, and large mirrors. Primped and ready, meet your beloved in the 1680s Ironstone Mortain Barn, a rustic space teeming with natural light. The Oak Barn [kept as a surprise for your guests and revealed later in the day] is equally enchanting and ideal for a lavish wedding breakfast with the Oak framed barn boasting a Glazed Wall overlooking miles of countryside. The whole Dodford Manor estate (Barns, Manor House B&B and 19 acres of fields and grounds) is exclusively yours for the day.... well... with the exception of the Dodford Manor's blackfaced texel flock of sheep, who seem to roam everywhere! Dodford Manor venue's barns are fully licensed for civil ceremonies, allowing you to hold each milestone of your day in one beautiful location.

You can expect this team to personalize each element, from your wedding breakfast menu provided by their in-house caterer to each impeccably arranged tablescape. Whether you're planning an intimate and casual BBQ or a formal plated dinner, they'll craft an incredible spread to entice your guests. To top it all off, they don't require additional corkage fees. No corkage, nor service charges either and a locally priced Dairy Bar too.
New On-site Accommodation
Dodford Manor Barns have now launched on-site accommodation in the beautiful historic Grade II listed Manor House, exclusively for your close family and friends! Your guests can enjoy a lovely stayover at Dodford Manor and all tuck into a continental+ breakfast together the next morning. The Dodford Manor House (on the same site as Dodford Manor Barns!) sleeps upto 22 guests in 9 characterful double & family bedrooms. Wedding couples have exclusive of the Manor House B&B as standard and their nominated guests book and pay directly for their rooms (so the Wedding Couples aren't having to spend more). WOW!

The most amazing venue!
If you're considering having your wedding at Dodford Manor then DO IT!!!
We have just celebrated our wedding at Dodford Manor and not only is the venue absolutely beautiful but the staff are just amazing and an absolute credit to Dodford.
Special shoutout to Lydia who completely made our day. Although we provided the decorations, Lydia set them all up on the morning of our wedding and they looked even better than i could ever imagine. This took away so much stress, knowing i didn't have to worry about a thing! Lydia and all the staff at Dodford are always an email away for any questions/queries you may have, however stupid it may be! Nothing is too much with them and i can't thank them enough for helping make our day incredible!
The no-corkage is absolutely amazing which allowed us to supply whatever drinks we wanted for the reception and wedding breakfast. They were all kept chilled by Dodford and were all prepared for us as soon as our ceremony had finished. Jenkinsons caterers are also absolutely fantastic and the food was amazing!!
The facilities are perfect, nice big modern toilets - the bridal suite is another brilliant touch, which allowed some time away from guests if needed and just a nice special area to use.
Everything went so smoothly and we couldn't fault a single thing!
Highly recommend Dodford Manor completely. Thank you so much again ❤️

The best day of our lives 🤍
We knew Dodford Manor was our dream venue from the first time we saw it.
The venue is absolutely gorgeous, with well-maintained grounds and stunning barns for both the ceremony and the reception. Everything about the venue was simply beautiful.
In the lead up to the wedding, the team were always on hand and ready to help with anything we needed. The communication was impeccable and we didn’t feel stressed at any point. The free taster event helped us decide on suppliers and get real ideas for what we wanted in terms of decoration, food, cake etc.
On the day, the team were exceptional- friendly and professional and always on hand to make sure everything was running smoothly. They made sure that everything happened at the correct time and that everybody was happy and enjoying themselves. The attention to detail and organisation by the team, made the entire process so easy.
As we both had family travelling from both ends of the country, having access to the Manor House accommodation was super helpful. The booking process was easy and all guests who stayed commented on how great the rooms were and how lovely the staff were. For family who didn’t stay in the onsite accommodation, there was more, lovely and accessible accommodation (Staverton Park Hotel and Golf Course) literally 7 minutes away! Both were very popular with our guests.
We could not recommend Dodford Manor enough. It is a fantastic venue, that offers a wonderful atmosphere, excellent service and a memorable experience for both us and our guests. This is the most beautiful place for anybody looking to celebrate their special day.

Let me take you back in time to the most perfect day at Dodford Manor!
We had our special day in May, and we cannot thank the whole team over at Dodford enough. Lydia was our Event Manager on the day and she was AMAZING, she is so passionate to get things running perfectly so we didn't have to think about anything.
From our very first viewing we knew instantly that we wanted our wedding there. We paticularly loved the stunning views and rustic, yet elegant feel of the whole venue. The fact that they have no corkage charge was a bonus, meaning we could bring our own drinks to use right up to the end of the wedding breakfast!
The team were quick to answer any of our questions and always seemed genuine excited for our day to arrive. Nothing was ever too much for them.
We would like to thank every single member of the team over at Dodford for making us feel like royalty, not just on the day but the whole lead up too. Everything was perfect. I've lost count of the amount of complements we have received from our guests on finding such a beautiful venue.
We would absolutely recommend Dodford Manor to any couple looking for a beautiful, well run, countryside venue.

A fantastic and beautiful venue with brilliant staff.
We had the best day and it could not have gone any better - even the weather was on our side! Everything you all did was fantastic, the day was so well organised, and all staff were so friendly and helpful. Throughout the planning stage, the team were always quick to get back to me with any question I had and we just felt so well looked after. From meeting them at the initial venue viewing to our wedding day, we could not fault anything. Thank you for making our day so perfect!

Amazing Venue and Staff
A huge thank you to Lydia, who was absolutely amazing throughout the process and on the day itself. She was so organised, calm, and genuinely kind, making everything feel effortless for us. Knowing we were in such capable hands allowed us to fully relax and enjoy every moment especially as I usually like to be in control. The whole Dodford Manor team were fantastic, with incredible attention to detail when setting up all my DIY decor it was exactly how I pictured and imagined it.
Our guests are still talking about how stunning the venue was and how amazing the food was. We’re sharing photos and videos to show just how magical the day truly was. Dodford Manor — and especially Lydia — helped create memories we’ll cherish forever, and we couldn’t recommend the venue highly enough

This team has been nothing but great answering any question and query in mere minutes. Sending us positive caring notes to celebrate how close the wedding is. Even if any issues did occur they fix them seamlessly and without any problem.
All of our guests couldn’t believe how beautiful the venue was saying it was their favourite they have ever seen. We felt like we were treated like royalty and the entire experience was clash, elegant and stress free. Just to echo again our gratitude to the great staff! You all without exception were such a pleasure to work with!
