We originally booked it under the previous ownership, before it was taken over by The Venue Group. Just like so many other couples, we instantly fell in love with the Orangery. The moment we stepped into that room, it felt magical. The skylights bathe the space in natural light, creating a warm, glowing atmosphere. Even on a grey day, the room still looks incredible.
When we heard the venue was being taken over, we were a little apprehensive — we didn’t want it to change too much. However, Cherrelle and Claire were fantastic. They took the time to walk us through their plans for the renovations and shared their vision with us. It was clear they genuinely cared about preserving what made the venue so special while making thoughtful improvements.
Seeing the transformation from the old marquee to the new one was amazing. The updated marquee is absolutely stunning — the space feels fresher, more open, and incredibly welcoming. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care went into every detail.
The whole day ran so smoothly, thanks to the incredible venue staff. They struck the perfect balance — always ensuring we were happy and everything was running to plan, while still giving us the space to fully enjoy the day. The wedding breakfast was delicious and went down a treat with everyone in attendance.

I had my wedding here on the 4th September. The venue is stunning and it was everything we were looking for from a wedding venue with its exclusive use, stunning ceremony room and onsite accommodation. Rowan who showed us around the venue before we booked was incredibly warm and friendly.

On the day, operationally everything ran smoothly & as planned and the food was highly complimented by our guests, as well as the stunning marquee.

Disappointingly we did face some customer service issues mainly with our wedding coordinator. On the most important day of my life she greeted me with a hostile welcome and ignored or was rude to important members of our wedding party and guests during set up and throughout parts of the day.

This didn’t take away from my experience on the day and I personally had a perfect day in my
own bubble without knowing fully what my guests had experienced at the time.

Our experience was fed back to the venue who have since apologised to us this week and I sincerely hope this has been addressed as their response promised it has. I wouldn’t want anyone else and their guests to experience the same treatment on their wedding day. Overall I don’t regret having my wedding at Plum Park and look back on the day fondly but knowing my family and friends weren’t all treated with respect and care is disappointing.

Our wedding was absolutely perfect – truly everything we wanted and more! From the moment we started planning, Claire could not have done more for us. She made the whole experience feel so personal and was completely invested in our day. She really cared about making it special for us and went above and beyond to support us every step of the way.
As someone who is neurodivergent, I often find planning overwhelming, especially when it comes to the finer details. With Claire, none of that mattered – she kept me calm, took the stress away, and helped everything run smoothly both before and during the day. It meant I could truly enjoy the experience without worry.

The food was absolutely incredible. We had the roast, and so many of our guests commented on how brilliant it was to feel properly full at a wedding – which isn’t always the case! In the evening, we had pizzas, which went down a treat, and the team were excellent at accommodating all dietary needs with ease. Everyone felt included and looked after.

The venue itself is stunning. The house and grounds are beautiful, and the ceremony room is simply breathtaking – the perfect backdrop for such a special moment. It also felt incredibly family-friendly. Our guests with children all felt at ease, and there was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves without feeling crowded. It really felt like a place where all ages could relax and celebrate together.

We were also impressed by how reasonably priced everything was, including the drinks. Our guests commented on how refreshing it was to attend a wedding where they didn’t feel like they were being charged over the odds at the bar. It made the day feel even more welcoming and inclusive.

The whole experience was excellent value for money, and I honestly feel so grateful to Claire and the team for making our day so perfect. It was everything we hoped for and more, and I cannot recommend this venue enough for anyone looking for a wedding that feels personal, family-friendly, and truly unforgettable.

We absolutely loved getting married at Plum Park Manor, the grounds are a perfect mix of flexible outdoor/indoor spaces for all ages, it feels light and natural and also beautifully maintained. Amongst so many stand-out features, the newly refurbished bridal prep room is brilliant and very spacious, there is a great choice of drinks at the bar, and the evening pizza is amazing!
Rowan, our designated wedding co-ordinator, is exceptionally good at his job! He's such a lovely person and no question or task was ever too much. He was really helpful, organised and attentive whilst we were in the planning stages, and during the wedding morning he was somehow multiple places at once and was present whenever anybody needed his help, we could simply just enjoy our day as he had everything covered! All the staff we met were equally as lovely and made us feel so welcome throughout the entire day. Thank you so much for a perfect day! 🥰🌷

This is the perfect setting for a romantic and intimate wedding. Every corner is simply stunning and was the perfect back drop to our day. There is so much care and attention to detail at this venue. It is also so special that the whole house is only for your wedding party. It really made the atmosphere feel so full.
The food was exceptional and almost every guest has contacted us after the wedding to compliment the food, saying it was the best food they had ever received at a wedding, and we would have to agree. Some people wished it was a restaurant they could go back to – we do too!
Our whole day was smoothly run by excellent, friendly staff who go above and beyond. Our wedding co-ordinator was Cherelle, and she was so lovely and supportive in the entire process. All the staff we came into contact with were faultless.
We would highly recommend this venue to everyone. We have such special and treasured memories here.

The amount of comments from guests about the venue was incredible, the grounds, newly renovated etc but the real stars were the staff at Plum Park. Claire and her team made the day run effortlessly and really put me at ease everything was just done seamlessly and honestly really made it the best day of our lives. Very grateful to Siobhan, Jonathan, Jo, Ela, Stacey, and the rest of the Plum Park team, for all their work for our October 2023 wedding. Our wedding went seamlessly thanks to all the meticulous planning that went with it, with regular meetings and updates leading up to the day. The venue was perfect, all the setup with decorations and the flow of the day went as scheduled. We could not ask for more. Because of their help we weren't stressed at all with the planning or the day itself. Our guests are also very happy and complimentary with the venue, the food, and how the day was run, as well as all the rooms and the breakfast the day after the wedding. Definitely one of our best decisions!

All of the staff at Plum Park, Siobhan, Ella and Jo were amazing. So helpful and couldn't do enough for you at every point. They really made our dream winter wedding a reality. They were so experienced wanted to make everything perfect for us and always on hand to reply to queries and offer advice.

We had our wedding at Plum Park on 30.09.23 and it was the most amazing day!

The venue and grounds are absolutely stunning. All the guests loved it. And ones that stayed remarked on how lovely their rooms were.

Siobhan is so helpful in the planning process and replies to emails super swiftly. She makes helpful suggestions and shares her thoughts and expertise.

Ella and Jo are fantastic people and they just make the day perfect from start to finish. Everyone noticed how attentive they were. They were always there in the small snippets of the day just supporting us and being kind, it was nice to see them laugh at our best man’s speech too.

The food is great too, after the food tasting me and my husband were as excited for the wedding breakfast as we were the whole day. All the guests loved the food too.

Breakfast the next day is a great touch too and a nice way to have a laugh about the day before with our nearest and dearest.
A huge thank you to all the other staff who I haven’t named who made it so fantastic for us.

Overall I cannot fault anything at Plum Park. It was just the best day!

We had the most amazing wedding at Plum Park 09/09/23, it was PERFECT from start to finish. Ella and Jo were incredible, the loveliest ladies who made the day flow seamlessly and absolutely nothing was too much trouble - Their support and attention to detail was invaluable throughout! We had so much fantastic feedback from our guests on how beautiful the venue was and how great the food was! Multiple people told us it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding and the portion sizes were impressive too! The weather was gorgeous and I can't tell you how grateful everyone was that we'd gone for a venue with air conditioning!! The day was stress-free and relaxed, everyone had a fantastic time - especially the groom and I. On top of that, breakfast was delicious the morning after. Thank you to Siobhan and Jonathan for all of your help with everything leading up to the big day, and please pass on our heartfelt thanks for Jo and Ella because it wouldn't have been the same without them!!

I don't think I could ever sufficiently put into words just how amazing our day at Plum Park was.

From the start, Siobhan and Jonathan made the wedding planning so easy and straightforward. Everything was transparent and they were so quick to help with any queries we had. When we had our band pull out last minute they were so willing to help and recommended local suppliers who could step in to make our day special.

On the day, Jo and Ella worked tirelessly to ensure that we had the best day and that all of our guests enjoyed themselves. Family and friends had only positive things to say about both of them and we can't thank them enough for everything they did for us.

The venue itself it beautiful and we have some wonderful photos and memories to treasure forever. The food was excellent and a great day was had by all. I just wish we could do it all again.

I don’t think i have enough words to say how amazing our wedding day was at plum park 21.7.23 and I cannot thank them enough for making our day so perfect. The planning in the run up to it was so smooth and Siobhan made the process so easy and stress free.
On the day Jo and Ella ensured everything went to plan from beginning to end and there’s was not one thing out of place and constantly ensuring I was topped up with Prosecco ☺️ i would also like to give thank you to Louise who was with us every step of the way in the morning while getting ready and nothing was ever to much trouble. The food was amazing including the sausage and bacon rolls in the evening which were very much welcomed through to breakfast the next morning. It will be a day we will never forget and it was made even more special by everyone at Plum Park who done everything they could to make our day perfect. I cannot recommend this venue enough! Right from the very first viewing up until the end of our day, everything was so perfectly executed and we couldn’t have asked for more. I had a list of 10 venues to view before booking our wedding, Plum Park was the second on our list, as soon as we both walked towards the door and stepped inside, we knew instantly it was the one! We were shown around by Emma (absolutely lovely lady) and decided to book there and then with Siobhan.

Siobhan was there on hand every single step of the way, replying to my questions quickly and helping us with anything that we needed.

The venue is just perfect, it is set in beautiful grounds, has beautiful bedrooms for your closest guests and has a beautiful atmosphere all around. The bridal dressing room is perfect for you are your bridesmaids. The orangery is filled with so much natural light and is beautifully decorated. The marquee is the perfect place to continue the day celebrating with your family and friends. The food is delicious, so many people commented on how nice it was.

Two lovely ladies, Jo and Ella looked after us from the day I dropped our decorations off to the end of our wedding day - they were PERFECT, an absolute credit to the team. They couldn’t have done more for us and so many people commented on how lovely and efficient both ladies were.

If you have seen this venue online, GO AND SEE IN PERSON!!! You will not be disappointed.

After having had our big day postponed on a few occasions due to the pandemic, Plum Park put us at ease and was helpful from beginning to end. When we eventually got our happy ever after that we held at Plum Park we knew that we had chosen the right venue, all the staff at Plum Park are amazing and work tirelessly along side you to make sure your day goes to plan, and they didn’t disappoint, very accommodating, professional and kind, all our guests including us cannot get over how beautiful the venue is and we have had so many compliments from our day, thank you to all those involved when we held our special day 25/02/2023.
