Outstanding venue, gorgeous settings, amazing staff, comfortable accommodation. My wedding day was an absolute dream come true thanks to the hard work of Candice and the whole Hornington team. I really cannot shout loud enough from the rooftops, biggest downside is how quickly the whole thing was over! Enquire and get a full range of prices, I was dubious about a mid week wedding and most of those invited managed to attend!

We came to Stephanie and the Loversall team with a vision for a rustic but classy day where we could DIY as much as possible, dress the venue ourselves and let our personality shine through. We then required a large space for the evening where we could have a huge party for up to 250 guests. Loversall gave us full reins for their wonderful site including the set up of an outdoor ceremony, elegant barn for the wedding breakfast and party barn for our night celebrations. This really felt like we had 3 venues in one! As this has not been done before, the team came up with amazing ideas to bring this to life including providing a tractor trailer to transport our guests which was a highlight of the day for all - lots of music and fun. Nothing was too much to ask. It was important to us to involve our guests and the team were more than happy for us to use all our own suppliers - djs, 2 bands and even our equipment. The team felt like a part of the party and our guests loved every moment. The privacy of the party barn meant we could agree a very late curfew which has us partying until 2am so for anyone wanting to carry on the celebrations for as long as you can they are so flexible to work this out for you! We had drinks packages tailored to us including creating drinks tokens for our guests at just £5 a token to ensure people got the choice for what they wanted rather than a generic drink to toast which was amazing! The garden cottage slept my bridesmaids and me before the wedding and was a highlight for me - such a beautiful space to wake up to and made the morning a breeze! I cannot thank the team enough for all the details behind the scenes that just came through so seamlessly to allow me to enjoy my day stress free. 100% wish we could relive this all over again. Completely got the vision and bounced off our relaxed but big party ideas. Main point! Our dog Copper was a part of the day start to finish - completely dog friendly and roamed the day like she owned the place with no lead way into the night!!

Olivia and the team were absolutely outstanding and we couldn’t have asked for anything more, our wedding day was perfect and we appreciated all the hard work beforehand and behind the scenes on the day to make it run so seamlessly they’re all unbelievable at what they do! The barn is stunning, food was lovely and the grounds made for the perfect backdrop to our photos.

From the first visit to Danby Castle we were blown away not only by the venue itself but how friendly and helpful the staff were! When we booked the wedding we could tell how genuinely excited they were for us and continued to be throughout the entirety of wedding planning. No question was too much for them and they supported us through every step of the way, we had our final details meeting with Abby who cleared everything up and made it all come together! On the day Abby was amazing and helped out wherever she could, anything we asked her for she would provide a solution to and made the day run so seamlessly. We honestly couldn’t have picked a better venue, the building itself being so unique with 3 different areas to choose from for the ceremony and the view speaks for itself! Our guests understood why we booked this venue the minute they arrived, and even more so when the food came out as it was amazing! Danby Castle is honestly so worth it.

If you are considering booking Sandburn Hall for your wedding day- do it! We had the most perfect day. From start to finish, we didn't lift a finger, nothing was too much/little to ask from the team, they really took the reins but also listened to every detail we had planned and pulled it off. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was magical, and the staff are just incredible. Not to mention what a BEAUTIFUL venue it is. PS. if you are worried about getting married in a heatwave, the air con in this place in unbelievably good- it was 31+ degrees on our wedding day and we danced all night! A special thank you to Gabby, our wedding coordinator, who went above and beyond for us every step of the way!

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to get married than The Woodman Inn! The team were absolutely incredible from start to finish. They made everything feel so easy and stress-free, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The venue was beautiful, the food was amazing and the service was fantastic. Every little detail was taken care of, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment of our special day. We’re so grateful to the whole team for helping us pull together such a perfect wedding in such a short space of time. We couldn’t recommend The Woodman Inn enough!

We honestly cannot recommend Thief Hall enough. From the minute we first viewed the venue we instantly felt at ease and completely in awe of its views and surroundings. The booking process, the catch-ups the meetings - nothing was ever too big of an ask or ever a problem, they really can't do enough for you. They think of literally everything and take so much pressure of you and the way they were a venue & co-ordinators wrapped up in one made a huge difference to our experience of not only getting married but planning a wedding too. The venue itself & the accommodation are just perfect, the place is beautiful and had everything we could have asked for. The extra special touches they put into your wedding weekend too honestly blew us away and just made our weekend so so special. They are real angels at Thief Hall and you would not regret booking them. We will always think fondly of our time there along with the build-up, just gutted it's all over so fast! We will miss the venue & the team always.

Wow - I don’t even know where to start with this review. To start, I’ll say if you’re even considering The Normans as a venue, you NEED to book it. You will not regret it! From the moment we stepped foot into the Norman’s in September 2024, I knew I had to get married there. We booked in October 2024 and then got married in September 2026. Throughout our planning, Oliver, Sharon and the team at the Norman’s couldn’t be of more help. Every time we emailed or contacted them, nothing was ever too much. We had our wedding last weekend, we arrived on Friday and we were left to our own devices to set up. In the background the team were dealing with any issues that arose and answered all questions we had. We had the venue for three days which really took the stress out of the set up and the clean up. We couldn’t be more thankful for everyone at the Norman’s for all the help and guidance they gave us. Our day itself was seamless, the team organised everyone and everything. They ensured our guests and suppliers were looked after. We’ve had so many compliments about the venue and the food. The hog and apple who supply the food are incredible, you will never ever have food like it. Especially at a wedding! They were also incredibly helpful throughout the planning stages and on the day, Katie from the Hog and Apple really went out of her way to ensure we had everything we wanted. We had the most incredible wedding day and we believe that it was made so amazing by the team at the Norman’s and Hog&Apple.

We had our wedding with Camp Katur in September 2023 and it was honestly the most beautiful day - completely made by Camp Katur. Our woodland ceremony was the stuff of dreams, an idyllic fairytale and absolutely everything that I had hoped it would be. I think of those moments during our wedding so often and I think how glad I am that we chose Camp Katur. We could not have picked anywhere more perfect. Our guests absolutely loved the day, from the ceremony to dinner and dancing in the big, beautiful barn. People often tell me that it's the best wedding they've ever been to (maybe they say that to everyone but I believe it to be true!). So thankful to have found this incredible place.

Racheal & the team are amazing! We had our twilight wedding ceremony & party here in September and everything was perfect. Racheal knows all about the little details and was happy to accommodate our requests and even offered her own insight which was useful throughout the planning process. The hidden wildflower walkway topped off our photos as they fitted our colour scheme perfectly. Would definitely recommend as a wedding venue.
