This stylish venue is the perfect setting for a spectacular and unforgettable wedding celebration.
Facilities and Capacity
To prepare for the day, the Apple Loft Cottage is a calm and beautifully styled space where you can get ready in comfort and privacy. After spending the morning getting ready, your vows await. Head towards your ceremony through the romantic Heart Gate and wander past the colourful, scented flowerbeds on the Long Walk. As you walk into the Walled Garden you'll make your way down the picture perfect ‘garden aisle’ towards The Orangery. Nowhere else can offer an iconic aisle quite like this.
Gaynes Park offers a number of picturesque and unique spots to say, 'I do'. The Orangery lets the sunlight pour in and boasts exquisite views of the Walled Gardens all year round. Its wooden beams and many windows create an airy, contemporary space, perfect for civil ceremonies and drinks receptions. In warmer months you can opt for an outdoor ceremony within the Walled Gardens, under the Pavilion or even in the Gather Barn.
The magnificent Mill Barn is a listed building supported by ancient oak tree trunks from the estate woodland; it features wooden oak floors, exposed brick walls, floor-to-ceiling windows, a mezzanine level, and a licensed bar. The Mill Barn can accommodate 150 guests for a wedding breakfast and up to 200 for the evening reception. Adjacent to the Mill Barn stands the open-sided Gather Barn, which provides a covered area for outdoor civil ceremonies and evening barbecues.
As the evening draws to a close The Coach House, located nearby and available separately through Gaynes Park Ltd, is available for you and your guests. With 10 luxurious en-suite bedrooms and a stunning large reception area with comfortable seating and dining area to enjoy breakfast the next morning.

Lovely wedding venue
The food and drink was absolutely outstanding - both the canapés and the wedding breakfast. Several of our guests told us it was the best wedding food they’d ever had, and we completely agree!
The venue is beautiful, on the day we had a lot of wind and some clouds but it still looks great in all the pictures. There’s a lot of lovely space both indoors and outdoors, so it is a good venue choice whatever the weather.
Overall, Gaynes Park exceeded our expectations in every way. We’d highly recommend it to anyone considering it as a wedding venue.

What really made the experience stand out was the staff. Every single person we dealt with was friendly, helpful, and highly organised. The team made sure everything ran smoothly on the day, and they were always one step ahead, which meant we could simply relax and enjoy ourselves. A special thank you goes to Amy, who was absolutely amazing – so attentive, kind, and reassuring throughout the whole process. She truly went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect, and we’ll never forget how much she did for us.
The whole atmosphere at Gaynes Park is just perfect for a wedding – it feels elegant yet relaxed, and it gave us exactly the backdrop we had hoped for to celebrate with our family and friends. So many of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was and how well everything flowed throughout the day.
Looking back, we couldn’t imagine having our wedding anywhere else. Gaynes Park gave us the most wonderful memories.

There is so many food options and they also allow you to go off menu if you want to. We had gyros in the evening! So many of our guests said that our food was amazing.
The venue is naturally so stunning, there are so many opportunities for photos.
Any questions I had big or small were always answered quickly.

Gaynes Park made our dream wedding a reality
My wife and I booked our wedding at Gaynes Park two years before our date after visiting it once and falling in love with the apple cottage, the orangery, the mill barn and the green. The team at Gaynes Park were amazing throughout the two years, and especially in the final 6 months leading up to our big day.
The location is sublime with relaxing views of the countryside in all directions, making our photographs and videos gorgeous for our day.
In addition, having the whole venue to ourselves from 9am (ladies), and 12:30 (guys) until the next morning was amazing and allowed our party of just over 100 to relax in the beautiful space for each part of the day.
In addition, being able to book the Coach House within Gaynes Park was excellent in giving us and our close family a place to stay overnight and enjoy a morning of peace and tranquility with a full english breakfast before finalising the experience. The Coach House deserves a review of its own, but in a nutshell it really is 10/10 and perfectly complements the Gaynes Park wedding experience.
The team behind Gaynes Park helped to guide us through every detail, so that we managed to tailor our day exactly to what we desired for our wedding and as an experience for our guests.
Our points of contact; Amy, Lisa and Freddy were accommodating to us, helpful, attentive and above all gave us the sense that they really cared for us and our day.
The wedding day itself was nothing short of magical. The team at Gaynes Park ran our day like clockwork and made us feel so relaxed and present with our family and friends.
The drinks, bespoke canapés, meal and drinks were 10/10 and rivaled only by a high end restaurant. There were loads of options, and thanks to going with their Premier package we got to select a fantastic three course meal, with a dessert wine fourth course, loads of wine, and champagne for our toasts. The selections was simply superb, and we relished each taster day leading up to our wedding.
The suppliers, such as the recommended Venue Stylist, made the spaces within Gaynes Park perfect for our day and exactly how we wanted it. Many other suppliers we contacted all knew of Gaynes Park and had worked there previously which further made the day run smoothly and enable my wife and I to simply enjoy our day.
If you have the desire to have the greatest day of your life in a location that is nothing short of perfect then I strongly recommend you select Gaynes Park for your big day. We wish we could experience our day there all over again!
Amazing Wedding, Beautiful Venue and Wonderful Vibes !
We had 120 full day guests, plus 40 extra evening guests and Gaynes Park's Team made it effortless!
It was relaxing, stress-free and fun at every stage of the day!
Ahead of the wedding they were happy to accommodate our multiple visits to show our parents around and we had meetings with our coordinator to run through all of our questions and help guide us.
The venue has so much of it's own charm & character that you don't need to spend any extra money dressing it, like a lot of other venues.
Food was superb! There is a menu to choose from in the outset, but the venue are very flexible with making it right for you.
Definitely recommend the taster experience evening where you attend as if you were a guest to the venue.
Small touches that made such a big difference - like bringing us our own drinks & canapes at different times of the day, so we didn't miss out on anything while chatting with all our guests. Or re-using flower arrangements around the venue when the tables were removed, instead of them not being used at all.
Nothing was ever too much trouble and they were happy to help at every stage!

A beautiful day in a beautiful venue!
The team are always so kind and helpful, and responded promptly to my many questions along the way. The coach house is a great addition, as it was really nice to stay with our closest friends the night of the wedding.
The food was delicious- all of our guests kept commenting on how amazing the food was, and they were right!
It’s important to be aware, that GP may come across quite strict compared to other venues, due to their very high standards. Very specific requirements such as confetti type, restrictions on brass instruments and sound limiter. But I still had the dream day, and Freddie was a real calming figure on the day, with a visible presence, that wasn’t over bearing. He helped to keep the day running smoothly and I can’t thank him enough for the support!
I am so grateful to the team for making our day so perfect and highly recommend to others!

The staff were accommodating in every way, ensuring everyone was comfortable and catered for, even down to small requests from guest and giving extras for the kids in the evening.
I would highly recommend this venue, for the beautiful settings, incredible staff and sensational food. I would not have changed a single thing from our day and the staff ensured my vision was displayed.
