Donington Park Farmhouse is suitable for wedding events of all styles and sizes. You can host a civil ceremony in the Hitching Room, surrounded by 80 loved ones. The Threshing Barn holds 150 guests for larger gatherings. Both rooms are distinctive and ambient and can be transformed with decor to match your theme and color scheme. The brick and timber barn is available year-round, with heating facilities for guests' comfort. Amazing Accommodating Venue!
Amazing venue, gorgeous and brilliant staff! Super accommodating when things needed fixing up or shifting after a bit of family drama! The ladies who looked after us were amazing and the staff working the event were amazing too!!

Beautiful Rustic November Wedding
From our first meeting to see the venue we fell in love with it, we had seen a few venues prior but Donington Park Farmhouse was perfect, exactly the kind of venue we were looking for. A warm rustic country feel, a large enough venue but still managed to feel cozy.
Very quick communication throughout the process, we had a few meetings with the venue leading up to the date. The ladies were amazing, we went with questions but before we had chance to ask, the answers were already provided which was brilliant. Very detailed and they would go through the running order of the big day for me so nothing was forgotten.
The venue is beautiful with fairy lights and the outdoor courtyard was fantastic for family photos. The food was absolutely amazing and everyone was very happy with it. One thing we would say, for the evening service, there was enough food for everyone but most of the day guests didn't choose to have any, if we were to go through it all again we would probably reduce the amount of food to save on waste and money.
One issue, was being able to decorate the venue, you cannot get into the venue until 10am to decorate and guests can arrive from 12pm so it’s a tight deadline. We had decorators and friends handle this, but if you are doing this yourself it is a mammoth task to undertake. It wasn’t until the week before that I was informed you can potentially access the venue the evening before, by this time we had already hired decorators.
Cannot fault the venue or staff at all, service and standards were excellent.

The dream wedding I always wanted
Donington Park Farmhouse were an absolute dream to work with from start to finish. Nothing was too much of an ask and I felt in such safe hands on the day. Everything just went so smoothly which meant we could spend the day enjoying ourselves. Thank you to all the hardworking staff!

Absolutely Perfect
Donington Park Farmhouse is an absolutely beautiful venue and was perfect for us! The venue is completely flat access which was amazing for our guests with wheelchairs. Our wedding was so relaxed and everything went smoothly, we got married in the threshing barn and had a casual dining option where people sat where they liked. The food was amazing. The co-ordinators were absolutely wonderful, even going the extra mile to escort me and the bridesmaids from my room with umbrellas because of the rain! The bedrooms are beautiful and the breakfast the next morning was also great. We can't thank the team enough for making our day so magical, we would definitely recommend Donington Park Farmhouse!

Absolutley Perfect
We had our wedding here on the 17th September and I cannot fault the venue or the staff at ALL. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, we didn't have much budget for decor but the venue is absolutely gorgeous, we didn't miss it.
The staff are incredible. Right through to the caretaker(I think he was but I didn't catch his name!) - I could not fault them. Every single member of the team were incredible, bar staff, kitchen staff all amazing. We had Millie as our wedding coordinator on the day and what a lovely lovely lady she is. Always checking in with us, helped fix my dress, made sure everything ran amazingly.
The food was absolutely to die for. All our guests absolutely loved it and commented that they didn't expect the food to be that good.
Our hotel room was gorgeous, room 11 I believe. I did hear some grumbles from our guests in the older rooms, however - it is a farmhouse so I wasnt worried and I love the quirkiness!
I really cannot fault anything about the place. Apart from it's all over!

Most magical day of my life
Our wedding day was on 6th September 2023 and was one of the most magical and best days of my life.
Donington park Farmhouse was the first wedding venue we looked at after deciding to get married after being together for 27 years!
We decided to look no further as this venue for us was perfect in every way.
From the very first moment meeting our wedding coordinator we felt safe in the knowledge we had made the right choice.
Nothing was ever too much trouble, Alicja and her team were so accommodating and always available to answer our questions very quickly.
The venue itself is a beautiful place to get married. We chose the Threshing Barn for our ceremony and it was magical with the stage at the front and our choice of piped music through the sound system. The decor was done for us by Sylvia at the Rustic Corner and she did an amazing job throughout.
Outside, for confetti, photographs, canapes, etc. there is a beautiful courtyard which is a sun trap and also lit up in the evening with festoon lighting.
Our wedding breakfast was in the Pig Sties and I can't praise the food enough... it was absolutely delicious, everyone commented how nice it was.
Bar staff and waitresses were lovely and very efficient.
The grounds are great for couple photographs and lots of nice features to capture the perfect shots.
We were very lucky and had one of the hottest days of the year and captured the beautiful sunset shots across the road by the old rustic barn and overlooking Breedon Church in the distance.
The bedrooms were spotlessly clean and well cared for. Air conditioning was a godsend too. Breakfast the morning after was excellent. I just wish we could relive the whole day again!

our amazing wedding venue
We got married here yesterday 18.08.23, our day was truly amazing! The staff were so helpful throughout the whole planning process and could not do enough for us all on the day. What a beautiful venue, all of our guests couldn’t stop telling us how amazing it was! Would 100% recommend this venue to anyone.

Awesome Day!
We had around 3 months to plan our wedding day and the staff were great every step of the way! Very professional and one of the bonuses of this venue was the amount of onsite accommodation which was great for our older and further afield guests.

A Star service
We had the most perfect day a bride could wish for. The venue Donington Park Farmhouse were faultless. The staff were amazing going above and beyond to make the day perfect. We has no complaints to make throughout the day, it was perfect. Definitely worth every penny! I would highly recommend this venue to anyone

A perfect atmosphere created by exemplary staff
We had our wedding at Donington Park Farmhouse in June of this year and couldn’t have chosen a better venue. The staff clearly have pride in their work. Special mention to Alicja, Josie, Millie and Amber who all were absolute angels during the planning and on the day. The venue has such a relaxed atmosphere, but is still very elegant. You have exclusive access to the various spaces in the barn, which our guests really appreciated seeing as we had both the ceremony and reception at the venue. The natural features and decor of the barn meant little decoration was required on the day. The wedding breakfast and evening food were both excellent (we particularly recommend the cheeseboard), as was breakfast the following morning in the hotel. Couldn’t have asked for more!

We had the perfect day. Everything was how we expected it to be and more!
We had the most beautiful wedding day at Donnington Park Farmhouse. All the meetings before the wedding were very professional and all communication was amazing, right up to our special day. Everything ran really smoothly, even with our 2 year old daughter and 6 year old little boy. Our daughter has a cows milk intolerance and there were plenty of options for her and nothing was too much trouble. All the staff were very professional from start to end. Our guests were very well looked after. The meal we chose was delicious and many of our guests said the same. We were made to feel very special for the whole day and everything was thought out and well planned. The venue is absolutely stunning and so many of our guests commented on this. We didn't need many decorations for the venue either, as it is so beautiful anyway. The rooms were lovely and had everything we needed as a family and for all our guests and the breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious! We had the most amazing time and it was everything we wanted for our wedding day and so much more. We couldn't have wished for a better day and we will cherish it forever.

Most perfect day
What a perfect day.
The venue is gorgeous, just what we were looking for. So unique and so many places for gorgeous photos. The outside space was amazing but the area I fell in love was the Threshing barn, it just takes your breathe away as soon as you walk in.
The team were brilliant. Always responded quickly and on the day nothing was too much trouble. They made sure the day ran smoothly and we didn’t need to worry about anything, so we got to enjoy it all. We also had so many compliments about the food which was perfect and such great quality.

Absolute dream venue
We have absolutely loved our wedding at Donington Park Farmhouse. All the events planners, hotel and bar staff were brilliant - supportive and kind. We had a few last minute changes which were unavoidable and they really helped to make sure that didn’t spoil our day. The venue itself is beautful, we were married in the threshold barn it felt like a dream. With the lighting that is already there, it took minimal decorations which helped save costs. The food was exactly what we wanted, incredibly tasty with minimal fuss. Thank you so much to all the team at DPFH

Perfection
Our Wedding Day was in October 2023. It was absolutely everything we’d envisioned and much much more! The beauty of the barn itself and the whole venue had our guests stunned from the offset. With our burnt orange decor and the rustic nature it was a pure autumnal vibe - our favourite time of year.
Every staff member was so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much for them and they assisted us so well throughout planning and executing the big day. A special thank you to all involved! We came and visited several times with family members and each time fell more in love with this captivating space.
A true gem of a venue and what’s more with their events throughout the year we get to go back and visit again to bring back memories of such a wonderful day!
