The most perfect special day!
From the first time we visited Merrydale on an opening day we knew this venue was the one for us. Michael had shown us around this stunning venue and we instantly fell in love. We are so pleased we picked Merrydale to host our wedding, all of our guests have complemented on how beautiful the venue was, how everything just went perfect & how all the staff was so lovely.
All the staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect, myself and my husband did not have to worry about anything, we was able to enjoy our full day with our family and friends as everything was taken care off.
We knew our day would be beautiful but it exceeded all of our expectations and we cannot thank you all enough for helping us achieve this.
Thank you again for giving us memories of a lifetime- we will definitely be recommending Merrydale to anyone we know getting married!

The most perfect day!
The venue is stunning & all of our guests were in awe! The team (both on the day and prior) were so helpful and calming, and nothing was ever too much to ask for.
You really do get your value for money; the whole grounds are immaculate & the Manor House was perfect for my family the night before the wedding. Our co-ordinator on the day, Georgia, was a friendly face that kept popping up every so often to check I was ok & if I needed anything. She could tell when I was getting a little nervous or overwhelmed and knew how to calm me down.
I feel like all the staff at Merrydale know how and what to say at the right times. There was no one that didn’t give 110% on our day, and they made us feel like we were royalty!
We wish we could do the day over & over again, it was just perfect.

The staff were incredible — professional, friendly, and genuinely invested in making our day so special. The food was outstanding, the accommodation luxurious, and the whole experience felt seamless and stress-free, allowing us to take everything in and just enjoy our day without any worries.
We can’t thank Merrydale Manor enough for giving us the wedding of our dreams. If you’re looking for a venue that combines beauty, organization, and heartfelt care, Merrydale Manor is the one. 10/10 — we’d do it all again in a heartbeat!
Our Dream Wedding
Every member of staff was professional, approachable, and genuinely caring. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and no matter how many questions we asked or how many times we visited, we always felt welcomed and reassured that we were in the very best hands.
We'd like to especially mention, Nikita, who supported us throughout the planning journey with such calm, kindness, and attention to detail; Robyn, for always being so helpful and accommodating; and McKenzie, who was simply phenomenal on the day itself. She kept everything running smoothly, was wonderfully reassuring, and showed such patience and warmth, especially with our young daughter, Thea, who absolutely adored her.
Our wedding at Merrydale Manor exceeded every expectation, it was magical from start to finish. We honestly can’t recommend this venue and its amazing team highly enough. If you’re looking for a place that combines breathtaking beauty with exceptional service, Merrydale Manor is the dream venue with the dream team.

Wedding of dreams
Best day of my life
From there everything was so easy we never had to chase for anything. We were given a timeline of what needs to be done when and the amazing staff were always happy to help no matter how big or small the query was. On top of this the venders they had at the venue on our open day were second to none which just made the whole experience even better (Katie -fiddlestix and Jen and Stu Ido events)
We were in regular contact with Merrydale and still went to a few of their many open days, always greeted by the staff who always made us feel so welcome everytime.
On to the big day, faultless from start to finish the way that the venue is run means you do not have to think about a single thing and can fully be present with your partner and be full immersed in all of the special moments though-out the day. Besides the venue being absolutely out of this world I struggle to put into words how much all of the staff just make it so much more. Everybody there is just 100% there for you and to make sure you have the day of your dreams. There isn’t a day goes by where I don’t think about our wedding day because it truly was the best day of my life and it would not have been the same without this venue and everyone involved in it.

Meet the team
As a wedding coorinator at Merrydale Manor, my favourite part of my job is doing my best to ensure that each couple experiences the best day of their lives.
Witnessing the happiness of couples have their perfect day that they've dreamt of for so long is very rewarding.
I also love meeting newly engaged couples at open days and watching them fall in love with Merrydale Manor. Its a gorgeous venue that I feel very proud to work at.
One of the best things about being a wedding coorindator at Merrydale Manor is how rewarding my job is.
I love to see a vision come to life. Seeing the joy on the couples face and being part of the best day of their lives is a very special feeling.
I love working at Merrydale Manor. It is the most beautiful venue & I feel very privalleged to be part of it.
