Annabel and her team from the very start were incredible. We could not have wished for any better support with our wedding. She was professional, fun, incredibly knowledgable and just got in with it which took so much of the stress out of the day and left us able to fully be present which was such a gift. Thank you.

We got married here in November - honestly we had our hearts set on this venue since the moment we got engaged and never felt the need to look anywhere else. From the initial meeting, through setting up the venue and the wedding itself, and even picking up our bits and bobs the next day, the staff at the Savoy Cinema were exceptional and the venue was absolutely lovely. Perfectly non traditional and obviously a great fit for movie lovers. The staff went out for their way to help us organise the day we wanted, from technically supporting us with our movie quiz and custom movie posters, to our attempts at running a few rounds of task master, our ceilidh band/dancing and finally even popping a film (silent with subtitles) on the big screen throughout the evening disco for those who'd run out of energy but weren't ready to call it a night quite yet. Everyone can't stop talking about how much fun they had and we especially, won't forget the incredible day we had. This venue was 100% the right decisions and we gave no regrets at all. We a family of four including our little fur pup Marley came to visit Santa Paws We all enjoyed it immensely especially Marley who loved Santa. We ate a beautiful meal which was served just at the right times, we had the beef brisket roast it was delicious followed by a delicious cheese board to share it was all so tasty. The service was fantastic and we had live music which we enjoyed whilst we ate. We will definitely be back and I would highly recommend Holland Hall to Family and friends.

Initially you may consider the price as expensive but what you get is nothing short of brilliant. The accommodation in site is included in the price (and you can add more nights!) for happy couple and up to 5 other couples. This also includes breakfast across the two days you stay (included in price). Fran, Ben, Rosie and Hazel answer all questions and provide solutions for anything you have issue with. They’re always on email and respond quickly! They also have a great working relationship with many local venders who always speak highly of LowGall which makes it even more wonderful. The day is orchestrated perfectly, and Ben and Fran act as your wedding coordinators, making sure everything runs to time and making sure everyone is where they need to be, when they need to be there. The venue itself is just beautiful. Rustic and modern at the same time which made it perfect for the vibe we were after. Accommodation is also super close for guests! Which makes it’s really easy for people to get to and from the venue. The two bars are perfect for enabling people to drink as much or as little as they like, and the space the have is perfect for large or small weddings We really wish we could do it all again! 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We married here last June and they handled everything I wanted perfectly, the bar prices are better than a pub and they catered to every whim I had. They did a fabulous job on the day.

Ullet Road Church was the perfect venue for our wedding, exceeding all our expectations. We held our ceremony in the breathtaking church itself, enjoyed drinks in the atmospheric Cloisters, and celebrated with a lively reception in the charming Church Hall. Our guests love the surroundings, and they created an ideal backdrop for unforgettable photos. We appreciated the freedom to personalise our wedding by arranging our own caterers, florists, performers, and other suppliers to match our vision and budget, even with a helpful list of recommended suppliers available. This flexibility made the planning process so much more enjoyable. Rev. Phil made the ceremony truly memorable. He met with us several times, taking the time to craft a service that reflected us as a couple. His thoughtful suggestions, inspired by other weddings, were always offered with care, without ever feeling prescriptive. He went above and beyond to include elements of our backgrounds and cultures, making the ceremony feel personal and deeply meaningful. Viki, our wedding co-ordinator, was absolutely phenomenal. Her warmth, organisation, and professionalism ensured that everything ran smoothly on the day. Many of our guests and suppliers remarked on her exceptional support and dedication—she truly is a superstar! We couldn’t recommend Ullet Road Church highly enough for anyone looking for a unique and beautiful wedding venue with a wonderfully supportive team.

My wife and I had our wedding at the hotel in the Regis suite. Our original venue had issues which meant cancelling 5 weeks before which was immensely stressful but the Alma Lodge were able to accommodate us at such short notice. The venue was amazing and the food was incredible. The hotel gave a complimentary room not only the night of, but also the night before, plus many of our guests were also able to stay. All of our guests complimented the venue itself, the food and the staff couldn't do enough for us. The bridal suite was perfect for the bride, and all the bridesmaids giving them somewhere secluded to prepare for the day. All the staff were incredibly helpful leading up to the wedding, the night prior when we were decorating and the day of the wedding and were there for everything we needed. They took care of everything throughout and were so kind in their comments to myself, my wife, family and guests. I would 100% recommend the Alma Lodge to anyone wanting to hold an event or staying there. Thank you so much to all the staff, you helped give us the wedding of our dreams 😊

From the moment we viewed Fairbank we knew it was the venue for us! Fairbank really speaks for itself and the flexibility to DIY and choose your own suppliers according to your needs and vision is super. You can’t predict the weather in the Lakes but Fairbank is well prepared having multiple stunning indoor and outdoor spaces all for your exclusive use. In the months running up to the day we attended an open day for booked couples where we could measure up spaces, show family & friends (you could even bring your wedding planner if you had one) and sit in on an extensive Q&A. Our wedding was in May 2024 on a beautifully sunny weekend - we held our wedding in the ceremony barn followed by confetti, drinks, canapés, games and photos on the lawn. Our wedding breakfast and evening party was in the reception barn with guests free to relax in the gardens whilst we snuck off to the tarn for some epic couple’s photos. The farmhouse was the perfect base to relax in the run-up and post event; we booked an extra night so we had more time to spend with family. The rooms are clean and tidy, the kitchen well equipped (the extra fridge was welcome as it safely stored our wedding cake) and the bridal suite is pure luxury! Owner and wedding coordinator extraordinaire Clare is amazing! She really put us at ease, was friendly, down-to-Earth, attentive and worked tirelessly behind the scenes with her team and our chosen suppliers to ensure our day ran smoothly. Tremendous venue all staff couldn't have helped anymore outstanding effort 👏 the way they made room we got married in was remarkable for our special day

We had our wedding in July 24 after booking the venue in the April. Kate was fantastic throughout, from initial viewings (I went twice each with a different bridesmaid) through to the morning after. She made sure the day was perfect and even better than what we could have imagined. We had a smaller wedding for during the day (45a 10c) (we didn't hold the ceremony at the venue as this had been booked elsewhere previously) and the room was set up for the breakfast perfectly for us, enclosing part of the room to allow a secondary entrance for us (and a place for the kids to let off some steam during the speeches with the adults needing to worry about them running off as they were still within the room), the room change over was managed perfectly so once we returned form our couples photos, taken on the grounds, the party was already underway. Kate was very communicative and tailored the package to suit our wants, even on the morning of the wedding when my husband decided to add elements to the package. The food was amazing. We opted for the melon, chicken dinner and cheesecake for the wedding breakfast and everyone commented on how nice the food was, the chicken was lovely and juicy and flavoured perfectly. We unfortunately missed the evening buffet but have been told how lovely this was too, we did have pizzas the night before and loved the selection available. We were also so fortunate to be one of the first wedding to utilise the 'Bridal Dressing Room' which was available for us from the evening before through to the morning after (I stayed the night before with both bridesmaids, their families and my MIL) meaning we could ensure all the dresses were wedding day ready with plenty of space for us all to get made up and our hair done and it also gave us newly weds a space to quickly freshen up once arriving back from the ceremony prior to checking into the complimentary bridal suite later in the evening. All the staff were so accommodating and welcoming, especially Kate, and we would say, hand on heart, our day could not have been in better hands and honestly do not think our day could have gone as smoothly or as well anywhere else.
