Oh what to say about Space! I contacted them in January 2024 after our original venue cancelled with less than 3 months to go and the service from Space made me so glad they did! Flo got in touch immediately to arrange a package and quickly brought in Mary Mary Floral for venue dressing and Cheeky Chilli for the most wonderful wedding food. The room set up was beautiful and the staff were so helpful, we couldn't fault them - they couldn't do enough for us. We wanted a really casual and fun atmosphere for our wedding and this venue is the perfect place for it!

We had our after-wedding party here in the grand hall above the cafe, and it was amazing. We chose this hall for its rustic looks and charm, and it was just what we were looking for. Moira and Bryn, the owners, were fantastic in looking after our needs. The food they made for us (5-finger buffet) was of high quality and very tasty. And the cakes were also absolutely delicious. Nothing was left over, and our guests kept commenting on the fantastic venue and food. Everything couldn’t have been any better. It is a class location with lovely service and people.

The wedding team and hotel staff couldn’t do enough for us from start to finish everything was amazing. The food tasting day and the food on the day was fantastic. Everyone complimented it. The whole venue is stunning we couldn't have picked a better venue! It was the best day ever!!

Honestly cannot recommend Blackpool a pleasure beach enough for hosting out 2021 wedding. Both us and our guests had an amazing day and all said it was the best wedding they had been too! Food was amazing, service outstanding and everything was taken care of for us, honestly a dream venue, thank you so much to the whole team!

We hosted our engagement party here a few months ago after seeing a lot of praise online for it as a party venue. The photographs and videos looked amazing online and when we saw it and met John it was clear this was the venue for us. Everything was presented to us very clearly, with references back to videos of photos from other events to give us a better visual idea, I loved how we were able to leave everything to John, turn up, party and leave without any fuss. We looked around a few places before booking, and Hidden is different from the traditional sit down style room, but we absolutely loved it as did all our family and friends. Ive been to a few engagement parties and none compared to ours. On our evening, everything we had planned for was waiting including a welcome drink for us both which was a nice touch, my partner drinks Heiniken, it wasn't something John stocked when we saw it, but he got it in specially for us, the decor was fantastic, Johns partner did a wonderful job, the bar team were really nice and friendly, the DJ was keeping everyone happy with song requests and had us all up dancing, it was such a good night. Id definitely recommend to anyone!

We got married here a couple of weeks ago. The place is absolutely class. Amazing staff that will accommodate all your needs. Beautiful panoramic views of the city to be enjoyed on the roof terrace and an amazing spa too! Highly recommend this gaff. 5*

We had our evening reception for 80 people at the Malmaison and were very impressed by the standard of service both in the preparation stages and on the night.There was a personal touch to the whole proceedings and you definitely get your money's worth. They were flexible in regards to what we wanted, and were able to offer suggestions when we weren't sure exactly what we wanted. The staff on the night were fantastic, really friendly and helpful. Everyone has told us how impressed they were with the buffet and the whole evening - a relaxed party atmosphere which is exactly what we wanted. If you are looking for a swish city venue then I highly recommend the Malmasion!

We had a wonderful day. It was perfect from start to finish! the staff were fantastic, the food was great and all our guests have commented on what a lovely venue it was! Thank you very much for your help in arranging a wonderful day for us.

i had my wedding here in october 2005 and they were all fabulous, the place is absoulty gorgeous and not over the top prices, any one wanting to get married in this area, this is definetly the place to go. i have been to other weddings in the area and non matched this venue.
