If you’re thinking about getting married at West Tower, take it from us — you won’t be disappointed! We celebrated our wedding there in mid-October, and it was absolutely fantastic. The venue itself is stunning, and the entire team at West Tower are simply wonderful — friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive. They made us feel relaxed and supported not only on the big day but throughout all the months of planning leading up to it.

Our coordinator, Sarah, was amazing — so patient, helpful, and understanding. On the day itself, Charlotte , James and the rest of the team were fabulous, managing everything seamlessly from start to finish. They ensured the whole day ran smoothly, that our guests knew exactly where to be and when, and that everyone was well looked after.

So many of our guests told us it was the best wedding they’d ever been to — and we couldn’t agree more! It truly was the most special and memorable day of our lives. A huge thank you to Sarah, Charlotte, James and the entire West Tower team for making it all possible.

Yes. We most certainly got value for money. Weddings are expensive but I feel for this type of venue and service is good value.

My wife (Laura) and I were lucky enough to be married at West Tower in June 2025.

We could not praise the venue, or its staff, any higher.

When we had our initial meeting we were pleasantly surprised at how grounded, friendly and approachable the staff were. After a tour of the beautiful venue, and bedrooms, we were presented with clear and transparent packages, and associated pricing, and we were effectively assigned a wedding planner (Sarah). The service from that day onwards was to the standard you would expect from such a highly decorated and exclusive venue.

In the months before the wedding, Sarah helped us to prioritise our planning (such as when Laura needed to look for a dress through to when we should send out invites). At times, we felt like we inundated Sarah with questions but, at no point, were we made to feel like we were an inconvenience or a nuisance to her. Sarah really could not have been any more attentive or helpful.

Our guests have since told us that their experience mirrored our own and that it was easy for them to book bedrooms and to deal with the venue in relation to their own queries and specific requirements.

West Tower host regular wedding fairs and it was at such events that we found a pianist as well as companies to bake our cake and also decorate the room. The suppliers were clearly vetted by the venue and knew West Tower inside out. This helped us have the confidence to commit to booking them. The businesses that we sourced independently (such as a photographer and florist) were also highly complementary about the venue and staff.

The tasting event, held a few months before our big day, was an excellent opportunity to try the delicious menu and to narrow down the canapes, starters, mains, desserts and wines on offer. We were encouraged to identify any changes (no matter how small). Nothing was impossible.

Thanks to the hard work of the staff the day itself went absolutely to clockwork (despite the challenge of a rain showers and our nine month old son, George)! James, in particular, was incredibly attentive and helpful. A room was made available for me to feed and change George and James entertained George whilst I made his milk. When I realised that I had forgotten a belt James was able to provide a spare – in exactly the right colour and size! Between ensuring Laura entered the main hall unseen he also found the time to hide a wedding gift that I had bought for her as a surprise.

Laura (and bridesmaids) had stayed at the venue the night before in a lodge separate to the main hall. Laura would wholeheartedly recommend other brides to consider this additional outlay as it meant she was able to start hair and make up at the crack of dawn without the stress of first travelling to the venue. We were both impressed at the great lengths West Tower go to ensure that those in the lodge have absolutely no contact with another wedding party (should the venue be hosting another wedding the night before).

Due to the weather we elected to host our wedding indoors (and outdoor option was available). However, the variety of places and areas across West Tower’s grounds meant that, despite the rain, we were able to capture some fantastic memories on digital film. Our guests were particularly complimentary of the views from the terrace.

At no time (from the service through to wedding breakfast, cutting on the cake and first dance) did Laura and I ever feel rushed. In fact, it was quite the opposite. We were regularly provided with complimentary drinks and encouraged to relax and enjoy the day. Despite the volume of weddings the venue hosts each year we can honestly say that we were made to feel very special and unique.

The day was everything we hoped it would be. West Tower is a well oiled machine and a great choice if you are looking for a high end wedding venue. We certainly feel very fortunate to call ourselves a West Tower couple and our only disappointment is that we can’t do it all again.

Staying in the Cristal Suite the night before was so special – waking up there knowing it was our wedding day gave us such an exclusive, unforgettable feeling.

Our wedding planner, Sarah, worked closely with us throughout the whole journey and made sure every personal request was included. On the day itself, Kim coordinated everything flawlessly. She was truly amazing – everything ran so smoothly, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The entire staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely caring, which allowed us to relax and enjoy every single moment.

The setting was absolutely stunning, and our guests couldn’t stop commenting on how beautiful everything looked and how delicious the food was. We truly couldn’t have asked for more – it was everything we had dreamed of and more.

We had the most incredible wedding day at West Tower in August 2025, and we honestly can’t recommend this venue enough!

We first discovered West Tower during one of their open days and instantly fell in love. From that moment on, the whole process was made so easy thanks to their amazing team. Our wedding planner, Sarah, was absolutely brilliant – always quick to respond to emails, keeping us updated throughout, and helping us feel completely at ease. Everything was so well organised, and it was clear that West Tower truly has every detail covered.

Myself, my mum and bridesmaids stayed over the night before in the Cristal Suite, which was perfect for a relaxing night in before the big day. The suite was spacious, beautifully designed, and ideal for getting ready in the morning – with plenty of space for our hair and makeup artists.

We also used many of the recommended suppliers, and we’re so glad we did. Each one knew the venue inside out, which made everything run so smoothly and took a lot of pressure off us.

On the day itself, Kim was our event manager and she was fantastic. We met with her the day before to run through everything, which was so reassuring. She thought of every little detail and helped make the day feel truly special. A big thank you to James as well – he was so helpful and attentive throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and it’s clear that the whole West Tower team is exceptional at what they do.

The grounds at West Tower are absolutely stunning and provided the perfect backdrop for our photographs – they are beautifully kept and there are lots of lovely spots for capturing memories.

As for the food – we had high expectations after the tasting evening, but the wedding day absolutely blew us (and our guests!) away. Everyone commented on how delicious and beautifully presented it was.

We got married at West Tower on 11th July 2025 and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. From the moment we booked, the whole experience was just incredible – the venue itself is stunning, but it’s the team that truly makes it so special.

Sarah, our coordinator leading up to the big day, was a dream to work with. She was so kind, attentive, and genuinely felt like a friend helping us plan our wedding. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made the process feel stress-free and enjoyable from start to finish.

On the day itself, Kim took over as our on-the-day coordinator and she was absolutely amazing. Every detail we’d imagined and all the little extras we’d brought were carried out exactly as we’d hoped – not a single thing was missed. She made me feel like the most beautiful bride and kept everything running so smoothly behind the scenes. It honestly felt like magic.

The food was incredible, the service was flawless, and every single guest commented on how beautiful the venue was and how well everything was run. Both my husband and I have said it was the wedding of our dreams – and somehow, it still managed to exceed our expectations. We wouldn’t change a single thing.

Wow, how do I even begin to put into words how amazing our wedding was here at West Tower. They had it all, from phenomenal staff to incredible food to luxurious facilities, not to mention the stunning views. We could not have asked for a better venue to celebrate our wedding with our friends and family. They truly made us feel so special and our guests all commented on how perfect the day was and how every detail was perfectly executed. Our experience with West Tower was flawless. The staff (we had Sarah as our main contact and Charlotte on the day) were extremely organised and professional. They kept in regular contact for the lead up to the wedding and were very flexible allowing us to use the credit we had from not filling all the guests in the evening to use on upgrades. On the day itself Charlotte greeted us with a drink and they allow you some alone time as the bride and groom to get fifteen minutes just the two of you to have a drink and some canopes together before the wedding breakfast. I know so many other couples who don’t get this luxury on their big day so it’s unique to west tower and greatly appreciated!! The rooms were all beautiful and the food was absolutely delicious. The staff also went above and beyond to cater to all dietary requirements and even noticed a pregnant guest who we’d forgotten to tell them about and made sure she had a non-alcoholic toast drink, they were so attentive. We had an incredible day thank you to all the staff at West Tower. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a gorgeous wedding venue.

The most best day of our lives.
This weekend we had the most special day getting married at the most unreal venue.. from start to finish the staff made us and our guests feel at home. Nothing was no trouble and we couldn’t thank them enough.
From the moment we first visited west tower we knew it was the venue for us.. it didn’t take much persuading to choose this place as our venue, you only have to look at the building and its surroundings to not fall in love with the place.
If we could do our wedding again, we would do it in a heartbeat!

I don’t know where to begin in expressing how unbelievably amazing West Tower is as a wedding venue.
Myself and partner, originally from the UK, planned our wedding ourselves from Australia, not really knowing where to start. As soon as we reached out to West Tower and scheduled a viewing on our return home we knew it was the right venue for us.
The team offered so much help and assistance from the very start in terms of helping me plan the day and ensuring everything was organised ahead of time.
Sarah, our co-ordinator answered all my questions promptly and was a pleasure to work with. On the actual wedding, we chose to stay over at the venue the night before and the cottage was so stunning and myself and the bridesmaids had the best night on the lead up to the big day.
On the actual wedding day, the team were so attentive and professional. I did not have to worry about anything other than enjoying the day.
They ensured everything was in place, that all the suppliers arrived on time, that the venue was dressed properly, that the guests were all seated and they even hosted the ceremony. Honestly, it was flawless. Myself and my partner did not need to worry about a thing from start to finish. The food was beautiful, the venue was stunning and the team were impeccable. I would highly recommend West Tower, as the whole operation was just seamless and meant that we could truely enjoy the best day of our lives. Thankyou West Tower!

We got married November 24 having a twilight wedding. The staff from the moment we enquired were amazing, they tailored a package to suit what we wanted and made the most perfect wedding for us. The venue itself is beautiful, the food was amazing. They planned the day meticulously and made sure everything went to plan and all we had to focus on was having a good time. They win awards for a reason and in our eyes should win soo many more. Thank you West Tower for making our dream wedding come true!

I honestly don't think there's enough words in the English dictionary to explain my gratitude to the staff at West Tower. It is absolute no wonder they have won multiple awards in the wedding industry.
From the very first meeting to have a private look around with Angela to then booking the date at a open evening and the process from booking and wedding date has been so seamless and stress free (apart from my guests adding to the stress West Tower helped me solve any issues with them)
Maria was our wedding coordinator and nothing was too much of a problem and was responded to fast with plenty detail.
Our wedding day soon came round quicker than expected and from the moment I arrived onto the property to the moment I left myself, husband and guests were all treated exceptionally well. It was hard to think they had other weddings coming up to their completion dates whilst they made sure their days were equally as perfect as mine.
I know it's niche to say your wedding day is the best day of your life but hand on heart our day was and it was thanks to the fantastic team at West Tower. James ran everything perfectly on the day, dealt with any hiccups (again guest related not WT related) the staff were beautiful. ALL of my guests came to express their gratitude to the staff and how beautiful they were and how they made each one of my guests feels equally as special on this day,

If you are looking for your perfect day West Tower has it all. The food and drinks are incredible my fussy eaters had empty plates so that is a testament to the quality of chefs they have there.

We first visited West Tower in summer 2023 following our engagement, the venue was beautiful and sold itself to us then!... We started with some enquiries to consider the different types of wedding days available through speaking with Angela and Maria. In the end we opted for a Twilight Package which worked better for us for what we wanted out of the day. Communication throughout planning was brilliant, we spoke to Maria via email, telephone and in-person, we really enjoyed the process and felt like it was hard to believe we weren't the only couple getting married here - a very personable and professional approach. We met Kim the event coordinator just before the wedding, her enthusiasm was fantastic - she ensured the whole day went to plan and nothing was ever too much trouble.

The bride and bridesmaids utilised the venue in the morning ahead of the wedding, James and his team again were so lovely, nothing was too much trouble. They helped with taking our items from the Cristal Suite to the Bridal Suite and communicated well with our suppliers (photography and DJ).

We held our ceremony in a church and had the West Tower accommodate our reception afterwards, it really was such an incredible and stress-free day. All our guests loved the set up for the drinks reception (seating outside available), and they had high praise for the chefs! We had opted for the hog roast, which really was delicious, there was plenty available and most people had seconds! In the evening we had the grazing cart which again was plentiful and restocked. The chef also accommodated allergies (nut) and dietaries (GF and Vegetarian). The bar was well stocked and there were never any long queues.

The day really did surpass our expectations, booking a venue like this really does relieve of any stress that may come with a DIY wedding. This place is a real treat.
