Holiday Inn Haydock is licensed to hold civil ceremonies and partnerships, so you can spend the whole day here. The hotel’s function suite is extremely versatile to accommodate your celebrations. The space can accommodate up to 120 guests for a formal seated meal and 180 for a more relaxed buffet or evening reception. The air-conditioned room boasts large windows which allow cascades of natural light into the space. The large dancefloor and sound-proofing partitions allow you to create the perfect party setting.
The gorgeous garden area provides a beautiful backdrop for some of your important wedding photos and is a lovely setting for a relaxed drinks reception with your guests.
For your overnight guests we have 138 stylish, spacious bedrooms, 25 of which are luxurious executive rooms. Your friends and family at the hotel will also be able to enjoy our fantastic health and leisure facilities.

The way you ran the day was amazing

From start to finish the hotel acted above and beyond also being available for late night calls from ourselves to ask questions and make queries.
Colette was the first person on the scene when we decided to book our wedding at the hotel and the way she was with us put us at ease enough to book our wedding and leave it in her capable hands although at times I (the groom) wanted to make sure that the day ran perfectly I should have just handed the reigns over to the team. This is something I would advise to do.
On the actual wedding day I was nervous while waiting on my bride to be but all of the team treated me with kid gloves and were more then able to put me at ease.
The team (made up of Colette, Alice, Nigel, Nichola, Lauren and Becky who took on the role of our wedding music co ordinator) were amazing the food was faultless and all of the unwritten extras the hotel provided was breathtaking (will not tell you but leave it as a surprise).
We popped in to drop gifts off for the team yesterday and we realised that that was it our last journey to the hotel regarding our wedding big tears when leaving.
Once again thank you to all the staff at the Holiday Inn Haydock for being part of our day and giving us amazing memories.

We had our wedding here in September and it was excellent, the events co ordinators can't do enough for you on the run up to the wedding. The day ran like clockwork thanks to the wonderful staff who manage your wedding with such care and attention. The food was plentiful and lovely we got loads of compliments from our guests. Why not have two wedding dates? We are offering ‘marry now’ dates for 30 people between the 17th May - 21st June and 'party later' evening reception dates from July - December 2021. Marry now for 30 people includes civil ceremony room hire, Buck’s Fizz arrival drink, three-course meal and toast drink. Party later for 60 guests includes room hire, six-item evening buffet and DJ.
