If you are looking for a wedding venue that has it all, Heaton House Farm is the place you should go to. They are always hosting open nights for couples to have a look and see if it's for them (like many wedding venues) but I would challenge any couple to visit and not be blown away by the whole set up.
The location is ideal, set in the beautiful, picturesque rolling green hills of the Staffordshire/Cheshire border and the background is, frankly, exceptional. Plenty of parking, easy to navigate to just off a main road, it couldn't be easier for you and your guests.
There is ample accommodation and if you exceed the rooms at Heaton there are plenty of options in the immediate vicinity with taxis available if required. They gave us all of this information, we really didn't have to lift a finger.
I don't want to harp on too much about the venue, you really do need to see if for yourself. What I do want to clearly state is how fantastic, wonderful and supportive the staff are at Heaton House. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always on hand in the run up to the wedding to answer questions and help out if needed. They are all consummate professionals with buckets of hospitality and smiles all around (they are so happy for you on your big day they all have smiles from ear to ear). A final point on the staff is they have found the perfect balance of being on hand to wait on you but you never notice them. They more or less seamlessly melt into the background and ensure everything goes smoothly without you even noticing.
Just to provide an example of just how approachable and helpful the staff are at Heaton, we had several requests for our guests for the meal options. Some had dietary requirements, others we wanted special orders to celebrate life events for them. Not only were the catering team and staff knowledgable they took the time to familiarise themselves with our guests and identify everyones specific needs. They really do care about your guests and your day, they want to get it right for you and give you the best possible experience. And they delivered, boy did they deliver.
We cannot recommend this wedding venue enough to people. It is reasonably priced and we found that you got so much for your money that trumps other wedding venues in the region. We loved it, our guests adored it and the staff and vendors at Heaton House made an already special day perfect for us.

A Perfect Day at Heaton House Farm
From the moment we started planning, Joanne was there every step of the way, offering invaluable advice and guidance. On the day itself, her expertise truly shone through as she effortlessly managed every detail, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Despite a couple of minor hiccups behind the scenes, Joanne handled them with grace, allowing us to remain blissfully unaware and fully immerse ourselves in the joy of the occasion.
The venue itself boasts an array of enchanting features, from the stunning pamper room to the iconic tree. The lovely onsite bedrooms provided a haven for ourselves and our guests after a big day and party!
With Joanne's help, we were able to focus entirely on celebrating with our 130 guests, creating memories that will last a lifetime.

Beautiful venue, wonderful staff
From the moment we pulled up in the car park for our first viewing, we knew this was the place for us. The venue itself is beautiful, surrounded by stunning scenery. The staff were super helpful and on hand to answer questions throughout the 2 years we were planning for. We were guided through a document which covered pretty everything you can think of (and much that we hadn't thought of) with regard to planning a wedding and it really helped us pull our plans together.
A special shoutout to Saskia who was our coordinator on the day. She made sure that everything ran smoothly and helped to make the day as stress-free as your wedding day can possibly be.

Heaton House Farm is THE wedding Venue!!
We had our day on 2nd November. The wedding planning process was made so much simpler from day one. 2 months prior to the day, we were assigned our wedding panner, Joanne who went through the entire day with us making us feel like there wasn't much else that we needed to worry about, we knew we were in safe hands!
My bridesmaids forced me to stay in the pamper room (also one of the best experiences at HHF) whilst Joanne and staff decorated the venue on the morning of the wedding. Our decorations were all stored in boxes which I had envisioned for a whole 8 months so I really struggled to imagine that someone else could recreate that vision for me. OH MY GOODNESS, they did us proud! It was everything we imagined but 10 times better. It looked so perfect and so magical.
All of our guests are still commenting on how seamless the entire day was and this is all down to Joanne and HHF staff. It was perfect.
Lastly worth mentioning that it rained ALL day but HHF made every effort to cater for this, ensuring that what would have been outside (confetti etc.) still happened inside and was still as effective.
Thank you to everybody at Heaton House Farm. Wish we could do it all again. We would recommend this venue to anybody considering!

Having attended a wonderful wedding reception at Heaton House Farm in 2019, when we started planning our wedding in 2022 we didn’t think twice about booking the venue for our wedding as it just seemed like such a special venue.
Everything about it is exceptional.
The location is in a quiet spot in the countryside, with amazing views of three counties from the pleasant outdoor area featuring a distinctive oak tree, pretty lights, picnic benches and sheep in the surrounding fields. Many guests commented on how beautiful the venue is.
The food was exquisite, with some guests describing it as the best food they'd ever had at a wedding. We opted for a three-course meal (a mixture of Menus A and C) and each course was perfectly presented and delicious.
The staff are extremely efficient and genuinely friendly and personable. Our wedding coordinator, Harriet, was exactly this and coolly dealt with our queries both before on and during the wedding day. We were able to do some basic setup the day before our wedding, which was helpful – although it was the HHF team and our fantastic suppliers who really helped craft the beautiful ambience on the day. Overall, the whole operation is impressively slick and leaves you with no worries at all.
The accommodation is excellent (especially the honeymoon suite) and plentiful, as is the breakfast.

Best day of our lives
I knew instantly when I watched the virtual tour of HHF that this was the one as I shed a tear watching it.
We quickly booked in for a number of viewings with just us, then our parents then our venue dresser. They are very accommodating like that.
You are provided with your own wedding coordinator around 8 weeks prior to your wedding, we had Chloe Goodwin as our coordinator and I cannot describe how amazing at her job she is. All queries, worries, plans and everything in between she dealt with efficiently and always made sure whatever the plans, it would be the best for us.
I had organised a surprise for my Granddad and myself to sing down the aisle, something very nerve wrecking. Chloe kindly organised a rehearsal the night prior and put our nerves at ease, making sure everything ran smoothly.
You are provided with a wedding plan document and seating plan in which you update as and when you have the information. We found this very useful.
All our guests commented on how gorgeous the venue was along with how nice the staff are.
Many of them even saying it was the best wedding they've been to.
My 88 year old Granddad describing it as something out of 'Hollywood'.
The pamper room for the bridal party to get ready in is amazing and all adds to the experience. Beautiful natural lighting along with gorgeous views. We were still able to take full advantage even in November. The only disadvantage is the access is from 9am and we started make up and hair at 6am due to numbers however we started in a hotel room nearby.
We would both like to take this opportunity to thank Chloe and the team that worked so hard to make our day so special.
We 100% recommend the venue to couples wishing to get married and we hope you have the pleasure of getting Chloe as your coordinator!

Amazing from start to finish
Outstanding wedding venue!
After leaving all our wedding items with the team on the day prior to the wedding we were left with nothing to do other than to enjoy the day itself. The team took care of every aspect. The pamper room for bride and bridesmaids is a wonderful aspect to the venue as was the private garden for photographs and the opportunity for guests to camp on site for the wedding.
Our guests all absolutely loved the venue, with it's modern yet rustic feel and outstanding views over the Cheshire countryside. They really were stunned by the setting! The guests enjoyed having space to explore around the venue, with multiple areas opening up throughout the day, and those staying overnight particularly enjoyed the beautiful rooms and delicious breakfast the morning after.
We really couldn't have asked for anything more from our wedding venue. Thank you Lindsey and Heaton House Farm!

Can't possibly be a better venue out there than Heaton House
Next on to the staff. You can't possibly find a nicer team! Jo was our coordinator on the day, but we also had planning meetings along the way with Chloe and Harriet. All 3 were just outstanding. So helpful, organised and enthusiastic. They really made a huge difference to ensuring planning went smoothly as well as keeping the day stress free. We knew we were in good hands. Special mention for Linda the bar manager too! So kind and helpful.
HHF have a tonne of helpful info on their website to help with planning, including recommended suppliers. All but 2 of mine were from their list, which made my life so much easier.
Their onsite caterers Stableyard Catering were superb too. The food is incredible!
I could rave all day about how fantastic HHF and the staff are. I can't recommend them enough ❤️❤️❤️
We'll be back to visit at the earliest opportunity!
