Our Wedding, May 2024

We had our wedding here in May 2024 and words can not describe how amazing this venue is. The pictures speak for itself in terms of the insane features of the building, fabulous rooms and the most special chapel which will forever be the most beautiful place to us as a couple. But it is not the building itself that makes this venue the dream wedding venue, it’s the entire team behind the venue. Our wedding coordinators Lillie, Hollie, Lucy and Angela and the whole of the team at Hawkstone are what make your day so special. Above and beyond doesn’t even cover it. As expected, things go wrong on your wedding day but I wouldn’t have been able to tell you a single thing that happened on our day as it was dealt with before anyone could panic or even notice. From picking up some of our guests out of a field who’s car had blown a tyre and lending them a suit jacket so they would not be late for ceremony to ensuring every detail was precisely how we discussed it. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are pure professionals and experts at what they do. I can not praise them high enough and their love of what they do shines through completely throughout your day. The food is insanely good and will blow your guests minds at every turn. The venue itself is a dream but the team make it a fantasy and I will never be able to repay them for the day they gave us. We will be retuning as often as we can do to this special place to remember the incredible day that they made for us. I can’t recommend this venue enough as for me there is no other option for your special day.

Our wonderful wedding day!

From our first phone call to our last email the service from the staff at Hawkstone was second to none.
The amazing venue speaks for its self and every guest was blown away by the venue, the different rooms we used, the gardens and the bedrooms are all so beautiful and unique, it really is a venue in a million!
Hawkstone would not be the amazing place it is without the staff, nothing fro mother in up to our day was ever to much trouble! Somebody was always there on hand and we were hands down made to feel like the only wedding that has ever taken place there. A truly magical venue with truly wonderful staff! Thank you so much!

Incredible in every single way

From the second we viewed Hawkstone Hall we fell in love with it. The drive up to the venue never gets old and literally takes your breath away and so many of our guests said the same. From then on it just got better and better. The staff are just exceptional and truly make Hawkstone so special; everybody is so professional, happy and welcoming. Our wedding coordinations Holly and Lilly went above and beyond prior to the wedding and on the day and I couldn’t speak more highly of them. Every single thing we asked for they ensured was perfect. We will always be in awe of everything about Hawkstone. The grounds and inside the venue itself is just beautiful and there are so many photo opportunities for the day. The food is exceptional and our guests still to this day talk about the food! We were lucky enough to visit a year later to celebrate with our son and yet again it totally exceeded all expectations. Practically perfect in every way

Where do I start. Hawkstone Hall and Gardens was our dream venue. As soon as we entered the chapel we knew it was where we wanted to get married. Every aspect of planning our special day was made easy by the wonderful team of Holly, Lily and Angela. We just wish we could do it all over again!

Our dream venue, we had the most perfect day!

From the moment we saw Hawkstone Hall, we knew it was the wedding venue for us. It is beautiful, with amazing grounds and all of the special touches you could think of.
We are so grateful to Holly & Lillie and the other Hawkstone staff, who were brilliant in helping us plan for the day and ensured that everything went smoothly on the day itself.
They took the time to consider what we wanted and went the extra mile to make sure it was the most perfect day for us all.

Perfect day!

Myself and my husband got married in October 2023 and the whole team at Hawkstone were amazing in every way from organisation before the event. Always being on hand if we had any questions or concerns, and on the day the staff were so attentive friendly and proactive it honestly couldn’t have gone any better.

The most magical wedding!

WOW! What an amazing day and an amazing experience! We can not thank the team at Hawkstone enough for making our Wedding so very special and memorable for us and our guests.

Special thanks to Lillie, who was amazing all the way through from the first day we met to the day after when we were leaving. We both felt in very safe hands and we were able to relax and leave Lillie to make sure everything ran smoothly. It is clear that they really do care about your couples, there was no detail left to chance, and Lillie was simply wonderful. The precision with which the day was managed was so impressive; the smoothness of communication and attention to detail ensured that both Iain and I and our guests moved effortlessly through the day, enjoying every moment. The grounds were amazing and the food was stunning to look at and absolutely delicious. The team created the perfect environment to ensure a day full of love and happiness. They have the best team with the best attitude and commitment to service. Nothing was too much trouble. From the moment our guests arrived the day before to the moment they left every need was catered for and the service was exemplary.

Every one of our guests have told us that this was the best wedding they have ever been to and they were all wowed by the venue, the team, the service and the food. In fact some of them have booked to go back! We received so many compliments from our friends and family to say how magical the day was.

We can not speak highly enough of everyone. Thank you Lillie for a day which will live on in our memories as the most perfect day and thank you to the team who worked so hard to make sure our day was so special.

Stunning venue

Wow! this is the most beautiful venue with the most attentive staff. Guests were so impressed and having exclusive use of the venue for our wedding made it so special. A big thank you to Holly, our wedding coordinator... she really did make the day for us and was very helpful and supportive throughout the planning process as well as on the day. The venue was very flexible with things and nothing was too much trouble. Value for money is excellent. Service was first class and the grounds are stunning and food is some of the best we have ever had! Just wish we could do it all over again!

Fantastic wedding, amazing venue

Thanks to all the staff at Hawkstone for the amazing work and the professionalism. We had an amazing day, it exceeded all of our expectations thanks in large part to the amazing venue and staff. All our guests really loved the venue and were complimentary of the staff.

Laura and Holly were both amazing and highly accommodative given the situation, we had 1 date change without issue.

Fantastic Wedding Venue

From the first visit we fell in love with this venue.
Driving up the driveway and rounding the corner and catching that first glimpse was breathtaking. The welcome we received was so warm and made us really feel special.
The whole team were such a big part of our day, nothing was ever too much trouble and the service we received felt so personal.
The Hall itself is stunning, from the grand rooms to the bedrooms, even the toilets are out of this world.
The grounds are absolutely stunning for photos, there is so much to see and explore.
The food was amazing and beautifully presented.
All our guests were blown away by this venue, we could not fault one thing about Hawkstone. It truly is a hidden gem

Wedding Day!

We went to the most spectacular wedding at Hawkstone Hall a few weeks ago. The ceremony was held in the Chapel (which is to die for!), followed by drinks in the gardens by the lily pond, dinner in the ballroom and the reception in the refectory. It was so nice to be able to use the whole building and move around, instead of being cramped into one space. The food and service were great, everything was piping hot and plentiful. We very much hope to be invited to a wedding here again soon!

Watch this space!

Hawkstone hall is undergoing refurbishment at the moment however we held our wedding with the company that owns it, at their sister venue Weston Hall. I can't praise this company enough, they made me and my husband feel so special and looked after throughout the entire process. From the moment we viewed, up until our wedding day itself, they were nothing but efficient, helpful and understanding of our wants & needs. Hawkstone Hall looks out of this world and i've no doubt that Martin, Hannah & their team will work wonders with it. Best of luck! Mr and Mrs Horton. x
