Stirk House is the best place to get married. From the first day when we visited the venue we were so well looked after and it felt that nothing was too much trouble. It’s a really lovely place, perfect for a wedding whether it’s indoors or outdoors with beautiful grounds for breathtaking photos. The wedding packages are a reasonable price and the venue is really flexible if you want to change anything or add something on. They went out of their way to make sure that our day was just as we had planned. On our day Dave, who is absolutely brilliant, made sure that the suppliers were all arriving on time and things were progressing as planned. I can honestly say this took all the stress away leaving us to just enjoy our day from beginning to end. We were lucky to have lovely weather which meant our guests could enjoy the day outside whilst our harpist played our favourite songs. As the day moved to evening the ballroom was the perfect place to dance the night away A truely memorable wedding, thank you Stirk House ❤️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our Dream Wedding Day at Holland Hall ❤️💍 OMG! Where do I even begin? Myself and Sean got married at Holland Hall on 21st October 2026, and our wedding day was absolutely amazing from start to finish! ❤️ From the moment we arrived, we were looked after so well. The staff helped us with everything, took care of every little detail, and made sure we felt special throughout the whole day. Our room was amazing, and everyone was so polite, lovely, friendly and helpful, especially while we were getting ready for our most special day. The food was absolutely amazing, the DJ was fantastic, and everything went perfectly! The grounds are simply beautiful and provided the most gorgeous setting for our wedding photos. Every little detail helped make our day everything we dreamed of and more. 🥰 We honestly cannot thank the whole team at Holland Hall enough for helping make our wedding day so magical and unforgettable. It was everything we could have wished for and more! We were also so touched to receive a very special return for our first wedding anniversary. It just shows how much they care about their couples, even after the big day has passed. ❤️ We would recommend Holland Hall to anyone looking for their perfect wedding venue. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to book River Manor for our wedding! From the moment we started planning, the experience has been fantastic. The venue is beautiful, and we’re so excited to celebrate our special day there. The team have been so welcoming, helpful and professional, making the whole booking process feel easy and enjoyable. We had the most amazing experience on our wedding day and honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more. From start to finish, the whole process ran like clockwork, thanks to the professionalism, care and attention of everyone involved. A huge thank you to Mark, Deborah, Chantelle and all the staff for everything they did to make our day so special. They were professional, personable and incredibly helpful throughout, always taking the time to listen to our ideas, consider the little details and work with us to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. The Stables Wedding Farm in Delph is a truly beautiful location, with the most stunning backdrop that added so much to the atmosphere and feel of the day. It was the perfect setting for our wedding and gave us so many beautiful memories and photographs to treasure. From the initial planning right through to the wedding day itself, we felt supported and looked after. Everything was organised so beautifully, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment without having to worry about a thing. Thank you again to the whole team for helping make our wedding day so incredibly special. It was a truly beautiful day that we will remember and cherish forever. We had a wonderful and magical day at Broadoaks country house when we got married on the 9th of September 2026. The weather was wonderful and it really was able to catch those moments that are very special to us. Such a lovely place to get married and of course, a photographer got some cracking shots of the venue with us included, of course I’m really brings out the landscape in which the hotel stands. Thank you very much to the team for making our day wonderful! We had a couple of hiccups which can happen unexpectedly, confusion with coordinators but nothing disastrous and was handled professionally by the team and amongst ourselves🍁🍂❤️ Shout out to Jacob for his outstanding contribution and shout out to Mikey for being so great with the decorations!! 🍂✨🍁

Jack was amazing he came to our table and explained the special dish of the day venison it did not disappoint/. Sara was waiting on at our wedding in the day and night and could not do enough to help 10 out of 10 / Georgia / Emily wow what a team you have there they made the day and experience from start to finish nothing was a problem and on the wedding day they made us and all of our guests so at ease and special. We had our wedding at Crewe hall we stayed in the hotel for 3 night had breakfast and dinner from start to finish we had the best experience that we could of asked for the food and service was second to none

We got married at Hulme Hall on the 29th June 2009 and it was fantastic from the outset, the staff are very helpful, friendly and very efficient. the building is beautifully maintained and clean. The Food is out of this world, very tasty and plenty of it. all in all a super day from a super venue!

Combermere Abbey was the perfect wedding venue for us. We knew from the moment we walked in, that it was the venue for us. All of our guests were blown away with how beautiful it is. All of our guests went out of their way to say to us how amazing the staff and food were. We would love to say a massive thank you to Carol, she made sure on the day that we had everything we needed and went out of her way to make this happen. We really appreciated this especially as Carol hasn’t been working there for very long. We cannot fault any of the staff at Combermere Abbey, so thank you so much for making our day so special.

Quite simply our wedding day at Linthwaite was perfect! We and all of our guests had the most amazing weekend which went without a hitch and that is completely down to the professionalism and hard work of the entire Linthwaite team. Every one of our guests have commented on how beautiful the hotel is and what great service they received. Nothing was too much trouble for the team and they did everything they could to ensure that every one of the guests had a comfortable stay. We chose Linthwaite as our wedding venue having visited a number of hotels in the Lakes and we couldn’t have made a better choice. Down to the smallest details, everything throughout the whole weekend was spot on. From the day we booked we had just 12 weeks to plan the big weekend and Sarah was fantastic during this entire process. She put in so much hard work to ensure that every detail was covered which was, without a doubt, one of the main reasons that the weekend felt so effortless for us. The venue, staff, food, service and of course the views made Linthwaite and our wedding such a special memorable day. We only wish we could do it all over again!

We recently celebrated our wedding at West Tower in Aughton on September 12, 2026, and I can't express how magical the day was! From the very beginning of our journey in February 2025, Sarah, our wedding co-ordinator, was a breath of fresh air. Her warm and welcoming demeanor made the planning process feel seamless. She was always there to listen to our needs and requirements, ensuring that everything was tailored to our vision. On the big day, we were fortunate to have India as our wedding day event manager. She truly went above and beyond, paying meticulous attention to every detail. Her calm presence kept everything running smoothly, allowing us to fully enjoy our day without a hitch. The service provided by her and the rest of the staff was simply impeccable – they worked tirelessly to cater to our every need, which made a huge difference in our experience. The food was out of this world. Catered exactly to ours and our guests needs. West Tower itself is an exquisite venue with stunning views that took our breath away. The ambiance was perfect, creating a lovely backdrop for our ceremony and reception. All our guests couldn't stop raving about how beautiful everything looked and how wonderful the atmosphere was throughout the day. It's evident that the staff at West Tower are dedicated to making every couple feel special, and they genuinely care about creating unforgettable memories. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and wholeheartedly rate our wedding day a perfect 10 out of 10. To any couples considering an exclusive venue, we wholeheartedly recommend West Tower – it truly caters to all your needs and will make your day nothing short of magical!
