Country Wedding Venues in North West - England

We booked our wedding 2 and a half years ago following recommendation from a friend. In the run up to our wedding so many people said 'you wont be disappointed its amazing there' The staff have been brilliant throughout the whole experience, very approachable before hand when i had so many questions, all the staff were attentive during the wedding and then there was Dave! I dont think there was a family member or friend that didnt comment on how brilliant he was. He looked after every single guest. Oliver was also brilliant, and Leah. Wish i got more of the staff names but i just didnt get chance. The hotel itself is beautiful, the grounds, the rooms, the restraunt, the bar! Just perfect. We had the wedding of our dreams.

We cannot thank the Holland Hall team enough for making our wedding day absolutely perfect. From start to finish, everything ran so smoothly and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The outdoor wedding setup was beautiful, and the atmosphere throughout the day was exactly what we had dreamed of. The BBQ was incredible — so many of our guests commented that it was the best wedding food they had ever had! Please pass on our compliments to everyone involved. The DJ was fantastic and played every song we requested, keeping the dance floor full all night and making the evening even more memorable. The staff and service throughout the entire day were exceptional. Everyone was friendly, professional, and so helpful, which made the whole experience completely stress-free for both us and our guests. Thank you again for helping create such a special and unforgettable day for us. We will always look back on it so fondly.

I work in the wedding industry myself and I can honestly say I have never met a wedding coordinator as amazing as Sophie. Her thoughtfulness, attention to detail and attentiveness throughout the process & on the day was phenomenal. The venue itself is BEAUTIFUL!!! Rooted in family history and gives an incredible country feel. Couldn’t recommend this venue anymore! We are so lucky to our wedding memories at The Parkes

We had our wedding at the Stables and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, the team were professional, friendly, and made the whole process feel stress-free. The venue itself is beautiful and so many of our guests commented on how lovely everything looked. The staff went above and beyond on the day to make sure everything ran smoothly, and we felt completely looked after. We wanted to extend a special thank you to Mark, Debs and Chantelle for working with us effortlessly to make our day work so well! We had our wedding at Broadoaks Country House, and it was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. They truly couldn’t have done enough for us! A HUGE shout-out to Taz, Sian, Mikey and Lewis — you made our day so personal, so seamless, and so completely perfect. Every detail was handled with such care and genuine warmth. The food was incredible, the décor was stunning, and the staff were exceptional throughout. We honestly couldn’t have wished for anything more. It was the most amazing wedding and truly the best day of our lives. Thank you, Broadoaks, for giving us a day we will cherish forever. 💛

Crewe Hall is absolutely lovely, especially interior of the building is stunning! A lot of nice spots for wedding photo shoots. Our wedding organiser provided by Crewe Hall was brilliant and extremely helpful. She was very knowledgeable and very responsive to communications. Our requests were also accommodated. Staff were very polite and professional. We also stayed in Crewe Hall pre-and post wedding and happy with the rooms and services provided. It has been a very nice and memorable experience and would recommend Crewe Hall to the future couples.

We got married at Hulme Hall on the 29th June 2009 and it was fantastic from the outset, the staff are very helpful, friendly and very efficient. the building is beautifully maintained and clean. The Food is out of this world, very tasty and plenty of it. all in all a super day from a super venue!

Combermere Abbey was the perfect wedding venue for us. We knew from the moment we walked in, that it was the venue for us. All of our guests were blown away with how beautiful it is. All of our guests went out of their way to say to us how amazing the staff and food were. We would love to say a massive thank you to Carol, she made sure on the day that we had everything we needed and went out of her way to make this happen. We really appreciated this especially as Carol hasn’t been working there for very long. We cannot fault any of the staff at Combermere Abbey, so thank you so much for making our day so special.

Quite simply our wedding day at Linthwaite was perfect! We and all of our guests had the most amazing weekend which went without a hitch and that is completely down to the professionalism and hard work of the entire Linthwaite team. Every one of our guests have commented on how beautiful the hotel is and what great service they received. Nothing was too much trouble for the team and they did everything they could to ensure that every one of the guests had a comfortable stay. We chose Linthwaite as our wedding venue having visited a number of hotels in the Lakes and we couldn’t have made a better choice. Down to the smallest details, everything throughout the whole weekend was spot on. From the day we booked we had just 12 weeks to plan the big weekend and Sarah was fantastic during this entire process. She put in so much hard work to ensure that every detail was covered which was, without a doubt, one of the main reasons that the weekend felt so effortless for us. The venue, staff, food, service and of course the views made Linthwaite and our wedding such a special memorable day. We only wish we could do it all over again!

West Tower is a fabulous place, it not only looks the part, the staff are really helpful and friendly. As a bride arrive in the suite the night before and the staff sort everything else out. My particular favourite was getting back to our room at 1230 following the wedding, and the staff had left a midnight snack ! Brilliant ! What a place, what a day and all on a decent budget!
