I honestly don't know where to start, there are so many factors about our day that just made it more than we could've ever hoped for. We first met Lynsey, the wedding co-ordinator, around 6 months before our planned wedding date. She put our minds at ease immediately saying we could easily achieve what we wanted within our budget and time frame. Nothing was too much trouble, and when it came to the actual day, we knew we didn't have to worry at all because she had everything planned meticulously. We honestly cannot thank her or recommend her enough! As for the venue, we couldn't have hoped for anything more perfect. We checked into our room and were immediately greeted with stunning views over Bassenthwaite and the gorgeous hotel grounds. The ceremony room and function room were both perfect - who wouldn't want to say 'I do' with views like that in the background! Thank you so much Armathwaite Hall, for delivering our perfect wedding day!

Tabley House was excellent. The staff and volunteers were helpful throughout the whole process, from viewing through to the big day. We wanted somewhere historic and grand and Tabley certainly met those criteria. It was intimate without feeling small, and being able to have our photographs taken throughout the house gave us some stunning images. Its location was also ideal being rural but less than 5 minutes from junction 19 on the M6 made it easy for our guests to get to without having to compromise on the views, and being close to Knutsford gave us plenty of choice for where to host our evening part of the day.

We finally got married at the Old Palace Chester on the 3 December 2021- after two cancelled wedding dates, due to covid. From start to finish the team were amazing. Starting with the reorganisation due to COVID cancellations and finally with the actual wedding. The team did everything possible to ensure that the day ran smoothly. We had an issue with the DJ showing up late however the venue were able to sort out this issue on our behalf. By the time we were told they had already sorted out the issue! They kept all the stress away from us, which was very appreciated. I would recommend this venue to everyone. We had the most amazing day. The venue is absolutely stunning. We have also had feedback from our guests to say that the food was some of the best wedding food they have had.

We have just had the most perfect wedding day I could have wished for at Merrydale Manor. From the first time I saw the venue to the moment I left as newly-wed, you have been amazing. Michael and Hattie made us feel so comfortable whenever we visited and the team that worked with us throughout the day made everything so special. Thank you to all the staff and special thanks to Kirsty who worked tirelessly to make everything perfect so we didn’t have to; to Ken who was an absolute pleasure to be around and who made everything run like clockwork; and to Rosie who made sure our plates were pristine and our glasses were never empty. xx

Good Afternoon Hayley, I just wanted to thank you, Tracey and your team for making our day so special, we are really grateful for all your hard work! We had the most perfect day, Mike says even the glitch with the Krombacher fed perfectly into his speech when Tracey came in with a tray of several pints when it was back on! Our guests said what a beautiful venue Oddfellows on the Park is, and said how well looked after we all were throughout the day. I even asked for the DJ to stay on longer, as I didn't want the day to end! Please can you also pass on our thanks and compliments to Ian and his team, the food was amazing, and again the feedback from our guests was that everyone loved the food! I would absolutely recommend Ashfield House - such good value for money! They couldn't do enough for us on our special day with lots of little unexpected extras included! The grounds look amazing in the summer time.

Beautiful venue for a wedding, just needs a bit of love and care in other areas. Have a strong head about what you want and you'll be fine. We loved our wedding! The room for the ceremony was beautiful, the only problem was because my husband could see me walking down the aisle in the mirrors he never looked back, but we did get a photo as he saw me. Because of the time, the venue were quick to close up shop so started vacuuming the room, this meant we couldn't go and chat with our guests before leaving for the evening venue.

Yesterday was the most important day in my sister's life and it would not have been half of the day it was if it wasn't for all the wonderful team at this beautiful venue!!!! I cannot recommend this venue enough..... It's perfect in every way. So welcoming and friendly, whilst being meticulously and professionally run. Thank you for making my sisters day better than perfect!!

We had our wedding here on Saturday 1st August, Silverholme was the perfect venue and location. We loved spending the whole weekend in the house making it so relaxed, we didn't want to leave. All of our guests commented how beautiful it was, we couldn't have asked for more. A massive thank you for all the help we had in making our day so special. We will be back to stay again! X
