We couldn’t have chosen a more beautiful venue for our wedding. Every part of it feels magical, and it was absolutely perfect for us. We loved how the day naturally flowed from the Herbaceous Border, into the main house and then through to Olympia in the evening. Each setting felt completely different and made the whole day feel so special. A huge thank you to Millie and Ashley, our wedding coordinators, who were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. In the lead-up to the wedding, they were always on hand to answer our questions, accommodate any changes and help with anything we needed. They were both so calm, professional and reassuring, which made us feel completely at ease in the run-up to such a big day. On the day itself, Ashley was incredible at making sure everything ran smoothly. As the bride and groom, we were able to relax and enjoy every moment without having to worry about what was happening behind the scenes. Millie was equally amazing throughout the evening and went above and beyond—even making sure I had all the correct accessories when I got onto the dance floor! The venue itself is truly incredible, and our guests were absolutely blown away by how beautiful it is. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a wedding venue. It gave us the most magical day, and we couldn’t be more grateful to the whole team for making it so special.

Everything about Capesthorne Hall is fantastic. Brilliant value for such a stunning venue - it’s beautiful in its own right so we found we didn’t spend as much on flowers / decor as we may have done elsewhere. Everyone connected to the venue is brilliant; the catering was incredible - our guests are still talking about the food 3 months later! Lucy was our wedding co-ordinator and made the whole process so easy. She’s so friendly, responsive, efficient - I genuinely couldn’t recommend her or the venue more highly.

Inglewood Manor was absolutely exceptional from start to finish, and easily deserves a full five stars. The value for money was outstanding — the venue delivers a premium, elegant experience without the inflated pricing you find elsewhere. They were honest, flexible, and genuinely supportive when it came to meeting our budget, with no hidden costs or upselling. The staff were professional, calm, and incredibly welcoming, keeping everything running smoothly while making us feel completely looked after. The manor itself is stunning, the grounds are immaculate, and the whole atmosphere feels warm, intimate, and effortlessly special. A perfect wedding venue in every way.

Our wedding was perfect from start to finish and everything ran so seamlessly, the team were so professional and demonstrated their amazing expertise throughout. To Rodrigo, there are not enough words I can say to thank you for helping me feel so calm in the lead up and on the day. Your time, patience and kindness meant the world to me, you were extremely accommodating throughout and you carried out the vision for our wedding perfectly. Every single guest was catered for and you made sure everyone was happy. I was in awe of how you managed the room and instructed the team so efficiently. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to run the day for us. Thank you for all your support and for giving us the most wonderful day. To Peter, our toastmaster, thank you for ensuring the day ran so smoothly and for managing the guests so well, they were always engaged and followed your lead when needed. You were enthusiastic and reassuring throughout and the day flowed perfectly thanks to you. Thank you for keeping us calm and enabling us to enjoy our day wholeheartedly, without stressing about any details. We will always be grateful that you took the pressure off us so that we could be in the moment with our guests. To the wonderful ladies who communicated with us throughout the lead up to the wedding, thank you for your patience with me and for answering all my questions. No question was too silly and you were always incredibly supportive about any thoughts or decision making I shared with you. We had the most amazing day at Dalston Hall. The staff were amazing, and the wedding coordinator was so attentive and truly went above and beyond. The food was amazing and went above our expectations. Would recommend to anyone!

From the moment you drive through Knowsley Hall’s gates and see lambs grazing, the experience is pure magic. The grandeur of the drive up to the house is something out of a royal tale—impossibly elegant, truly Bridgerton-esque. The staff? Impeccable. I stayed overnight after orchestrating a wedding for my American bride, and I can’t praise the team enough for their flawless hospitality. As a planner, I collaborate with countless venues, but Knowsley Hall is in a league of its own. I’ll absolutely be returning with future couples. And, if you look closely, you might even spot the Earl of Derby strolling the grounds. As a planner, I work with many venues, but Knowsley Hall stands out. I’ll absolutely be recommending it to future couples—it’s truly a gem!

We held our wedding at this amazing venue in July. We spent a long time trying to find the right venue. We thought we were fairly open with our requirements, but as we looked we realised how many different things we were looking for. We nearly managed to miss this place, until a supplier suggested we take a look. We are so glad we did. The building and grounds are beautiful and one of the selling points was that, despite a July wedding, we knew that even if it poured with rain, there were so many places indoors to make the photos memorable. We wanted a venue which could cater for the full day, start to finish (and overnight for some). Ashfield covered it all, from their own celebrant for the ceremony, to the included DJ as part of the package, right through to the gorgeous guest bedrooms and suites available. Their packages also include fully catered wedding breakfast and evening food. Whilst this is supposed to be our review, the comments we kept getting back from our guests were that both daytime and evening menus were amazing. Importantly, the mark of a good venue is that your day progresses without a hitch (other than the important one that is). After months of planning, we can honestly say that there was nothing at all that went wrong. Our wedding co-ordinator Marjorie had met with us several times before the day answering our seemingly bottomless list of questions, without any suggestion that there would be problems. They managed all our suppliers on the day and were not troubled by any issues. We barely even noticed everything going on behind the scenes, leaving us to enjoy our perfect day the way a couple should do. Thankfully, when the day came, even the weather was on our side. The whole day went absolutely perfectly. Almost better than we dreamed, and a massive part of that is down to all the staff at Ashfield House. Thank you!

I am beyond thrilled to write this review for Wrenbury Hall as our wedding venue. From the moment we stepped foot on the grounds, we knew it was the perfect place to exchange our vows and celebrate the beginning of our forever. I must first mention how stunning Wrenbury Hall is. The picturesque gardens, the breathtaking architecture, and the overall ambiance create an enchanting atmosphere that is simply unmatched. I actually fell in love with Wrenbury Hall five years before getting engaged, when searching online with a friend for her venue, and I knew in my heart that it had to be the place where I would say "I do." The staff at Wrenbury Hall were an absolute dream to work with. From our very first meeting until the moment, we said goodbye after our wedding, they were nothing short of exceptional. The team was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and genuinely kind throughout the entire planning process. No request was too big or small, and they went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding day was everything we had dreamed of. Their attention to detail and passion for creating the perfect experience for us and our guests was truly remarkable. Now, let's talk about the food. Oh, my goodness, the food! It was sensational. Our guests are still raving about it, with many declaring it the best food they have ever tasted at a wedding. The menu options were extensive, and the quality of the dishes was absolutely outstanding. From the canapés, to appetisers to the main course and onto the delectable desserts, every bite was a culinary delight. The presentation was exquisite, and the flavours were simply unforgettable. Wrenbury Hall truly exceeded our expectations in this aspect, leaving a lasting impression on everyone in attendance. Our wedding day at Wrenbury Hall was an absolute fairytale come true. The beauty of the venue, the exceptional service provided by the staff, and the outstanding food will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Dear Colshaw Hall team, I honestly don’t know where to begin other than by saying thank you, thank you, thank you. We feel incredibly grateful that we found Colshaw Hall and chose you to be the place where we got married. From the very beginning, we had extremely high expectations for our wedding day and you managed to go above and beyond every single one of them!! The day was absolutely seamless. Colshaw Hall is four hours from home for us, and I can genuinely say that we would have travelled double that distance to have our wedding with you. It was worth every mile. The coordinators are an absolute credit to you. The amount of work, organisation and care that goes into making a wedding run so smoothly is something we really appreciate, particularly because we do a lot of weddings through our own business and understand just how much happens behind the scenes. Nothing in the South East compares to the standard of the day you delivered for us. The day itself was so overwhelming and emotional that, unfortunately I can’t remember everyone’s names who I want to thank, but I hope you can pass on our gratitude to every single member of your team. Every person played a part in making the day what it was. From how immaculate and spotless the house was, to every supplier being so well looked after, the kindness of the bar staff, and how helpful and attentive absolutely everyone was, for always being there on the other side of an email 3 years in advance, it was all noticed and so appreciated. You do this every single day, but you made us feel as though we were the only wedding you had this year. That is such a special thing to be able to do and also no wonder you are busy every day of the week, every week of the year!! I’m sure we had Victoria helping us in the morning, along with another lovely lady whose name I really am trying to remember. They both noticed when I was starting to feel a little overwhelmed and managed to subtly take me away for five minutes to give me a moment to breathe. Those little things meant so much to me, especially in what was such an emotional and overwhelming morning and really allowed me to take it all in. And then there were all the little moments throughout the day where you went above and beyond without us even having to ask. One of my friends had found out she was pregnant the week before, meaning that unknown to me she couldn’t have the pâté, and you accommodated this completely. One of my cousins decided to surprise me by flying over from New Zealand and arrived halfway through dinner. Again, you simply accommodated it and made it work. I could genuinely go on and on. This was, without a doubt, the most special day of our lives, and so much of that is down to you and the incredible amount of work that you and your team put into it. It’s taken me a while to try and come up with the words and it makes me feel so emotional every time I try and talk about it. I really wish you knew just how much we appreciate it. Our guests have also said so many wonderful things about the venue, the team and how perfectly everything was run and how they now ‘get it’. They understand why we dragged them all the way from home and why it had to be Colshaw hall. We will never forget our wedding day, and Colshaw Hall will forever hold such a special place in our hearts. Thank you for making our dream wedding even better than we could have ever imagined. We had the best wedding weekend at Silverholme Manor! The venue was perfect, Vanessa was so helpful on the day and in the run up, and all of our guests had an amazing time. There was even a welcome basket filled with goodies on arrival! If you're thinking about renting Silverholme for your wedding, I would highly recommend it. We had the perfect wedding.
