The Wedding Venue of Our Dreams Absolute Perfection! ⭐ Choosing this stunning country house for our wedding venue was the best decision we could have made. The estate itself is absolutely beautiful, but what truly sets it apart is the incredible team. The staff were absolutely amazing from start to finish they had a "say yes to everything" attitude that made the entire planning process and the big day completely stress-free. A massive, heartfelt thank you to Rylene, who is exceptionally talented! The decorations she put together were breathtaking and captured our vision perfectly. On top of her incredible eye for design, she was so sweet and kind, checking in on me throughout the day to ensure I was doing well and had everything I needed. As an added bonus, we got to use the beautiful pool and spa the next day, which was the ultimate way for us and our guests to unwind and recover after dancing the night away. If you want a breathtaking venue with a team that goes above and beyond to make your day perfect, look no further!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Canford was the most amazing venue from start to finish! All through the wedding planning process, the team were attentive, flexible, reassuring and nothing was too much of an issue. They made every one of our ideas come to life! The venue itself is a hidden gem- the kind that completely takes your breath away. Our friends and family audibly gasped with how beautiful the building is! On the day, Caitlin, Chloe and the team were just incredible. The food was a highlight- lots of our guests said it was the best wedding food they have ever had! They checked so carefully that every meal was perfect. The whole day was seamless, completely because of the effort the team put in. We couldn’t have been looked after better, and they absolutely made our day the perfect day. We cannot recommend Canford, or the team, enough!

There honestly aren’t enough words to describe how special Frieda and the Moon made our wedding. From the moment we arrived until the moment we reluctantly left three days later, everything was absolute perfection. Perla and Jo are two of the loveliest people you could ever hope to meet. They are warm, kind, funny, thoughtful and incredibly attentive, and by the time our wedding arrived, it genuinely felt as though we had friends there with us rather than simply our hosts. They took all of the stress out of planning our wedding and somehow thought of absolutely everything. The attention to detail was incredible, and we were able to simply relax, enjoy ourselves and take in every moment. The venue itself is breathtaking. The ceremony space and bridal changing room are beautiful, the accommodation is gorgeous and the whole setting feels wonderfully private, peaceful and romantic. Waking up on the morning of our wedding to a champagne breakfast before relaxing in the hot tub was something we will never forget. And then there was the handfasting ceremony in the evening… an absolute must. We chose to have this part of the day just for the two of us, and it was one of the best decisions we made. The atmosphere was almost impossible to put into words - intimate, romantic and completely magical. Perla and Jo had even taken our family down beforehand so they could experience the setting too, which was such a thoughtful touch. Nothing was ever too much trouble and everyone was made to feel welcome and included. In fact, our families all said it was the best wedding they had ever been to, which meant the absolute world to us. Everyone commented on how magical, relaxed and unique the whole experience was, and we couldn’t agree more. It didn’t feel like a conventional wedding day, it felt incredibly personal and completely us. The food was absolutely beautiful, the accommodation was perfect and the location is simply stunning. We stayed for three days and spent our time stargazing, reading, relaxing in the hot tub and just enjoying being together. We left feeling more relaxed and refreshed than we had in months - although neither of us wanted to leave! Frieda and the Moon isn’t just somewhere you go to get married. It becomes part of the memory itself. Perla and Jo created something for us that we will treasure for the rest of our lives, and we genuinely cannot thank them enough for making our wedding so magical. We loved it so much that we’re already planning to return for our anniversary. If you are considering getting married here, do it. We honestly couldn’t recommend Frieda and the Moon, or the wonderful Perla and Jo, highly enough. Thank you both, from the bottom of our hearts, for giving us the wedding of our dreams. Honestly couldn't have wanted it more perfect, from the email right at the beginning to various meetings both Lauren and Georgia were amazing! They really cared about our day and how we wanted it and you could really feel the love they have for creating magic! We also stayed in the Shepherds Hut the night of and we had breakfast delivered in the morning by Georgia and she went above and beyond to ensure our dietary requirements were met pairing with a equally beautiful homemade granola - it was perfect. She also ensured we were all settled the night of the wedding in our accommodation which was perfect. The food was amazing and everyone to this day raves about it being the best day - there was ample amount with guidance from Georgia with numbers etc. They really made our vision come to life and I could not be more thankful.

My wife and I got married at Upton barn August 2026! From the very first viewing, their attention to detail was second to none. They remember all the small things you dream of for your wedding day and have an ability to make any vision come to life!! We had Tracey as our wedding co-ordinator, supported by Georgie on the day! And they couldn’t have been better! They were like 2 extra mums, there holding our hand when we needed, guiding us through our day stress free and making sure everything went so smoothly. But most importantly it felt like they were celebrating with us and you could see the genuine care and happiness they had for us as a couple! We wish we could do the whole day over again, it was the best day of our lives!! One of our massive highlights was having an trad duo play on their new rooftop for our first dance and with the views and sunset, it was the most magical moment of our lives!! We’ll be back to Upton for some of their open events / feast over fire because it’s very quickly become one of our favourite places to be!! A stunning venue and just one of the most magical of places!! We are so grateful that we found this incredible house and gardens for our wedding! The whole day just felt like a dream. The gardens are stunning and made for such a beautiful back drop for our wedding and reception, plus the most amazing of photos!! Holly, Emma and the rest of the team were absolutely wonderful. Holly was so helpful with the planning and helping me to organise the day exactly how we wanted it to be and Emma was a dream on the day, keeping everything going and keeping me calm! The professionalism and hard work of the whole team on the lead up and on the day was brilliant, I never had a doubt in my mind that this was the perfect place for us! They work with great vendors and gave us the freedom to do our day how we wanted, with no ask too big. Our guests had the most fantastic day and are still talking about how beautiful the gardens are! We could not recommend Mapperton enough, if you are unsure... just go and visit, your mind will be made up in seconds!!

The room was beautiful and the service was amazing. Everything went smoothly and couldn't of been planned better. Food was lovely. Would highly recommend the cumberland hotel

The Falmouth hotel has recently been renovated and the views are beautiful, the events manager Samantha Carr was brilliant. Our guests still mention the food from our wedding saying it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. The Falmouth were very accommodating as we wanted it to be very Cornish as we are both Cornish. We had roast/fish/veggie option for main, our favourite desserts including brownie, crumble & cheesecake & in the evening Cornish pasties & homemade scones. They were really helpful and understanding with needing to go outside of the menu for children & for guests with several allergies, we cannot recommend them high enough. They were even accommodating when we wanted to give the option of thunder & lightening on scones which several guests including myself loved! Due to our lack of budget (health reasons) I created a lot of stuff for our wedding, Samantha was very kind to set everything up for us the day of the wedding as we got married in Truro prior.

We had our wedding ceremony at Lusty Glaze and it was absolutely perfect! The team worked so hard before the wedding as well as on the day itself. We had lots of questions, and the team were always so helpful and reassuring. On the day everything ran so smoothly, and we honestly didn’t have to worry about a thing. It meant we could just enjoy the day with our family and friends, which is exactly what we wanted. We also enjoyed time on the beach on the days before and after our wedding which was also fantastic with great food and drink and such friendly staff.
