Minterne House is an incredibly special place, and we wouldn’t have wanted to choose anywhere else to get married. The house itself is beautiful, especially the dining hall, and we had our ceremony and receptions on the lawn and in the gardens after they closed to the public. We finished the evening with fireworks overlooking the lake. The team at Minterne were helpful throughout planning, coming up with lots of suggestions to embellish the day and also being very on top of the details. On the day itself, everything ran smoothly because of Ella’s organisation and assistance! We couldn’t recommend Minterne House more highly for your wedding!

We just wanted to take a minute to say a huge thankyou to everyone in the team for our beautiful ceremonies yesterday. The warmth, the beautiful coordination and all of the hard work to make it all seamless and joyful was so very much appreciated. It was the most incredible day in every way and thankyou for helping to make that happen. We were in safe hands and everything went like a dream.

We recently celebrated our wedding at Scorrier House, and we honestly cannot recommend this stunning venue enough. The grounds are beautiful in every season and weather, offering so many lovely options for both indoor and outdoor weddings. Throughout our planning journey, Ollie and Laura were incredibly helpful and supportive. They always replied promptly to our many questions and made the whole experience feel so much easier and more enjoyable. Our friends, family, and the two of us were made to feel genuinely welcomed during our stay. We also had the pleasure of working with Kitty, who brought such warmth and care to our wedding weekend. She even hosted a yoga class for us the day before the wedding, which was not only relaxing but also so much fun. We would wholeheartedly recommend Scorrier House to any couple looking for a calm, beautiful, and truly special venue that you can make your own. It was everything we hoped for and more.

It was brilliant working with all the staff at Kingston Maurward, especially Danielle who was amazing, organised, fun to work with and nothing was too much trouble. The whole wedding (suppliers booked through KM) was excellent value for money and I highly recommend.

We honestly cannot thank Jodie and the whole Kingston team enough for the most perfect wedding weekend. From the very first viewing to the farewell Sunday breakfast, everything was magical. The venue is breathtakingly beautiful, with immaculate gardens, cozy cottages, stunning barn conversions and a jaw dropping main house. A walled garden, dining marquee, circus tent yurt, and basement nightclub complete the astounding options on offer (all of which we used! ) Together it made us feel like we were hosting a festival or reunion party as well as an amazing celebration of love. Each space gave us the most incredible photos and joyful bridal party and guest experience. But what truly sets it apart is the staff. Drinks are served by smiling hosts, as behind the scenes transitions happen without anyone noticing. It’s incredible! Jodie is relaxed, accommodating and unflappable,nothing is too much trouble and she ensures every detail happens seamlessly. We were happy to take her advice and she preempted our every whim and made the entire lead-up completely stress-free. On the day, it felt like we truly owned the whole estate, there are so few rules but everything ran with guided precision, whilst feeling entirely relaxed and natural. It was the hottest weekend of the year but Jodie subtly adjusted speeches and timings to keep the guests in the shade and drinks flowing. Days earlier we’d also found England was in the World Cup quarter finals and, undaunted, Jodie set up a beautiful barn as a late night viewing option for some of the guests. And guests are still talking about how delicious the food was. The burrata starter, pasta course and chicken were exceptional and the abundance of dishes at every offering was astounding. Guests will NEVER be hungry here!The guest rooms were beautifully presented and 92 family and friends stayed for 42 hours and had the most perfect mini break. The views and scenery and seclusion are heavenly. Another 40 guests joined us for the whole of Saturday and were equally blown away by the venue. We truly wish we could do it all over again and would not hesitate to recommend this incredibly special place. Top tip - Do use Kingston’s book of recommended vendors to start your research. Despite being based in London we found it so helpful to be guided on local contacts and found our baker, musicians, makeup artists, florists, and photographers who knew the venue well and what worked best. Utilize the expertise of these tried and tested collaborations and the day takes care of itself! I’ve only got positive things to say about Eastwood Park, through the planning process to the day itself they were incredibly willing and helpful. We saved thousands on food by having evening food (burgers!) plated to tables in the day which is quite rare for a wedding venue and we got lots of compliments on it being yummy and good portion sizes. Our ceremony was outdoors which was quite literally like something from a movie and staff were helpful guiding our other suppliers around the day seamlessly. It was perfect having plenty of bedrooms and parking on site for any guests that wanted to stay and the rates were reasonable including breakfast too. There was a bit of a squeeze at the bar for an hour when evening guests arrived when the band was setting up but this was short-lived and worth it for all the space we had when the band was on in the evening. Highly recommend this venue! Xx

Canford was the most amazing venue from start to finish! All through the wedding planning process, the team were attentive, flexible, reassuring and nothing was too much of an issue. They made every one of our ideas come to life! The venue itself is a hidden gem- the kind that completely takes your breath away. Our friends and family audibly gasped with how beautiful the building is! On the day, Caitlin, Chloe and the team were just incredible. The food was a highlight- lots of our guests said it was the best wedding food they have ever had! They checked so carefully that every meal was perfect. The whole day was seamless, completely because of the effort the team put in. We couldn’t have been looked after better, and they absolutely made our day the perfect day. We cannot recommend Canford, or the team, enough!

From our very first enquiry through to the wedding weekend itself, The Manor House provided exceptional service every step of the way. We worked with Cassie throughout the planning process, and she was incredibly organised, responsive, and reassuring. She was always on top of every detail, accommodated all of our special requests, and made us feel completely confident that everything would come together perfectly. We opted for an exclusive hire of the venue, and it was the best decision we could have made. The food was outstanding, the service was impeccable, and the grounds were absolutely beautiful. Our guests were blown away by both the venue and the overall experience, and so many have told us it was one of the best weddings they've ever attended. We also had a great experience with Rhiannon, who was onsite on the wedding weekend. She was calm, capable, and incredibly attentive, making everything feel effortless. Having someone so competent coordinating behind the scenes meant we could simply relax, be present, and enjoy every moment of our wedding. We couldn't recommend The Manor House more highly. If you're looking for a stunning venue with an exceptional team who genuinely care about creating an unforgettable experience, this is it.

We had our wedding at Grittleton House in June 2026 and it was everything we wanted and more! Bryony and Amelia were great throughout our entire planning process and made sure our day ran smoothly. They were always quick to respond and were helpful when we were unsure on things. We truly felt like we could design our day exactly the way we wanted it as the venue is so flexible.   So many of our guests also mentioned how amazing and lovely the other Grittleton staff were too. We also had so many compliments on the food.   We stayed at Grittleton the night before our wedding too and it was lovely to feel so at home before such a nerve wracking event. All in all, a lovely venue with helpful and friendly staff who helped create the perfect wedding day!
