We just wanted to say a huge thank you for everything you did to make our wedding day so perfect. The venue looked absolutely beautiful — every detail was stunning — and we couldn’t have imagined a more magical setting to celebrate with our family and friends.

Your team were so helpful and attentive throughout the whole process, from the early planning stages right through to the day itself. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and it truly made the experience stress-free and enjoyable.

A special thank you to Ellie, who was simply incredible all day. She was calm, kind, and completely on top of everything with the most incredible emergency bum bag — we felt so well looked after and could just relax and enjoy every moment knowing she had everything in hand. Myself and my partner got married there recently, the support and comfort as well as leadership and guidance you get from this venue is amazing. You can go to them about any questions and queries, the team are always happy to help! Whether that is via email or via the phone. The lead up to the day was supported by all members of staff and we were put at ease with any last minute changes that we needed to make personally!
The day itself was magical and unforgettable, Ellie was our coordinator and she was there like by magic during the day itself, you only have to think about needing to ask her a question and she was already on her way walking to you! Everything went so smoothly, myself and my partner don’t need to worry about anything or what was happening at any given point! She took lead and made sure it all went well. Gave us the chance to relax and just take in the day (as much as possible) and focus on ourselves and our wedding!
The support, comfort and care put into the wedding by their staff was unmatched and I would recommend this venue to anyone and will do when I can!
As well as our photographer the venue was beautiful, magical, relaxed - caring and supportive and the best decision we had ever made!

Our wedding at Crowcombe Court was nothing short of magical. The food was absolutely exquisite, and the atmosphere was amazing from start to finish!

The staff were absolute gems,nothing was ever too much to ask. We had Emily on the day, and she was a total superstar! Ellie helped us endlessly throughout the planning and all the little details. We honestly couldn’t have picked somewhere more perfect.

The stunning landscape and breathtaking architecture made the most incredible backdrop for photos and created such a special, timeless feel.

And then the reception… oh, what an absolute smasher of a party! It was epic! Everything ran so smoothly,we couldn’t have asked for more.

Everyone that we came across when in communication was brilliant. Not once did we feel pressured to book after we had completed a viewing. We were kept in the loop the whole way from booking in February 2024 to our wedding day in August 2025.

On the big day, Olivia Highton, our wedding Co ordinator was incredible. She would just appear right when you needed her to. She came to the rescue on the morning of the wedding when my dress steamer broke and I had 4 bridesmaids dresses and my own to steam, she found another one and joined in to make life easier for us all. She was attentive and listened to our requests to make sure it was exactly how we wanted. Tracey who took over later in the day was also fabulous and was on hand throughout the evening if we needed her.

I can honestly say that looking back on our day, there’s not one thing I would go back and do differently. The food was delicious, we had so many people comment on how lovely it was. The venue was accommodating when the menu we received at the time of booking, changed slightly closer to the wedding. They let us choose the starter form the old menu that we had our hearts set on from the start.

The staff communicating with us about the accommodation at the venue were faultless, they managed to swap rooms for elderly grandparents to reduce the number of stairs they needed to walk to their room.

The venue itself is just beautiful, you could even get away with not dressing it up, we had minimal flower arrangement, just bud vases, to accommodate our budget and it was perfect. The grounds were beautiful and kept so tidy, made for the perfect backdrop for our photographs!

Our wedding day at Crowcombe Court was magical. We would definitely recommend to get married here. The staff were fantastic and catered to all our needs. They worked perfectly with our vendors and the food was incredible. All day our guests commented on how perfect the venue was which we 100% agreed with. They made our special day one to remember!

We could not have asked for a more perfect wedding, everything from start to finish was amazing. We had the night before package as well as the wedding day and the staff went above and beyond to answer all our questions and help us with anything we needed. I want to give a bit shout out in particular to Evie and Mia and made sure everything ran so smoothly.

Very hard to put into words the experience we had getting married at Crowcombe Court, so I’ll just use one: INCREDIBLE.

When we first booked, I’ll be honest – we thought we were getting a bit of a “budget” venue. You know, save a few quid, maybe make peace with a slightly dodgy carpet somewhere. Well, how wrong we were. Nothing – and I mean nothing – was left to chance. Every tiny detail was thought of, planned for, and delivered with the kind of care and charm that makes you wonder if they can adopt you.

From the brilliant Tracy and her daughter cheerfully running the bar like seasoned festival pros, to our wedding planner Ellie – who quite literally bent over backwards to make sure not just our requests, but things we’d never even thought of, were sorted – the team here were faultless. The venue itself is stunning, the food was unreal, the service was seamless, and the whole thing felt like we’d somehow landed a wedding worth twice what we paid.

Since our 11th July wedding, our guests have not stopped talking about how special the day was – and Crowcombe Court played a huge, glittery, champagne-fuelled part in that. If you’re even half-considering this place: stop. Just book it. You’ll thank me later.

We had our wedding on 12th July 2025 and it was what we dreamed it would be. From the moment we booked and secured our date at Crowcombe we knew we had made the right choice. The team are incredibly helpful and hardworking. Always got back to us and nothing was too much trouble. When we met our wedding coordinator Mia we knew we were in safe hands, she made our dream day become a reality and we are so thankful we had her and for everything she did for us! It’s a beautiful venue and was the perfect setting for us to get married. A massive thank you to the whole of the team at Crowcombe and especially Mia who we couldn’t have got through our day without, from the new Mr and Mrs Smith!

We had our wedding at Crowcombe on the 14th June and I honestly can’t fault them at all. They did everything in their power to ensure our wedding day the day of our dreams. We have such lovely memories we will cherish forever.

A particular thank you to our wedding coordinator Olivia who handled everything perfectly on the day, even running up the stairs with my dad's waistcoat after he left it at home and it had to be delivered by a family friend!

We’ve had so many comments after our day on how amazing the venue was, particularly the food! And how the day ran seamlessly.

We can't recommend Crowcombe Court enough and I still can't quite believe how lucky we were to have had our special day with such a wonderful venue.

My husband and I got married at Crowcombe Court in May 2025 and, I can honestly say, everything about our day was simply perfect.

We visited Crowcombe on a grey rainy day and we still fell in love with it. The venue is beautiful, as are the grounds and its location. Every room is exquisite, from the Great Hall (ceremony room) and the Ballroom where the wedding breakfast takes place to the undercroft, the getting ready rooms and the honeymoon suite. Even the toilets are immaculately presented!

We were blessed with wonderful weather on our wedding day (minus a brief downpour just before the guests arrived) which meant we could have our drinks reception out on the main lawn and our evening guests could enjoy the evening sun while they ate and danced the night away.

Mia, our on-the-day coordinator, was brilliant. She filled in for a colleague with less than a month to go till our wedding day but made sure to call me and talk over everything that was previously discussed. We learnt the morning after our wedding that it was only her second time running a wedding on her own but you would never have known – she was a pro; calm, organised, efficient, quietly making sure everything went perfectly, and it did. In fact, the whole Crowcombe team was wonderful and so helpful.

The food is amazing, the drinks are reasonably priced and there are many upgrades to make your day even more special. Of all the venues we viewed, Crowcombe was, by far, the best value for money and, even though they do several weddings a week, we never once felt like we were a carbon copy of a previous wedding. Everything about the venue and the staff makes you and your day feel special, personalised for you.

We’ve had nothing but compliments from all our guests. Two months on and they're still talking about our wedding day!

I would 100% recommend this venue for any weddings. And, if you do choose to get married here, look at their recommended supplier list – we found some incredible people on that list.

Crowcombe will always have a special place in our hearts and we can’t wait to visit in the future.

We’ve booked a wedding here in August and so far it’s been so stressful because they haven’t replied to emails or phone calls and we are trying to make plans based on our questions. For example they said the wedding breakfast was included in the price but they sent an email mentioning a price for 3 course meals and they haven’t responded to me trying to find out if they expect additional money. It’s a lovely location but so far it’s been very difficult to get things organised with them! The sales team were very fast before we made payment!

As soon as we viewed crowcombe court we knew it was the one!! The venue is absolutely stunning and the staff were all amazing!
We were able to plan the perfect day with ease and we don’t regret a single thing. With thanks to our amazing wedding coordinator Phoebe, the day was beyond perfect! She made sure we knew exactly what needed doing before the wedding and on the day she made sure everything ran smoothly! A guest told us she even saved our cake from a running child (thank you) 😂
The food was absolutely amazing throughout our entire stay - canapés, wedding meal, evening and breakfast!
All the staff from housekeeping, gardeners, kitchen and of course, the wedding coordinators were amazing! And everyone seems to work so well together. Everyone was welcoming and friendly and always happy to help with any queries!!
