Our wedding day at Crowcombe was perfect. It is the most beautiful, romantic setting for a wedding. Agne our wedding coordinator was a dream and made the whole process 100x easier. She was ready to answer any question and willing to make our vision come to life. Our guests all commented on how beautiful the venue was and how great the food was, they were all very impressed! It really was a dream come true.

.From the moment we first stepped through the doors of Crowcombe Court, we knew it was somewhere truly special. Like many couples beginning the exciting but often overwhelming journey of wedding planning, we arrived with countless questions and very little experience. The only wedding I had ever attended was my parents' when I was four years old, so almost everything about planning a wedding was completely new to me. What immediately stood out was the warmth, professionalism and genuine enthusiasm of the team.

During our initial tour, every member of staff made us feel welcomed, valued and excited for what lay ahead. Rather than simply showing us around a beautiful venue, they took the time to explain every aspect of the day, from timings and logistics to those little details that couples often don't even realise they need to consider. Their knowledge and passion were evident in every conversation, giving us complete confidence that we were in the best possible hands.

As someone who has always loved Georgian architecture, I found myself asking countless questions about the history of the building. I expected a few basic facts, but instead I was amazed by the depth of knowledge the team possessed. Every question I asked was answered confidently and with genuine enthusiasm, making the tour feel as though we were exploring a treasured piece of history rather than simply viewing a wedding venue. It was clear that the staff don't just work at Crowcombe Court, they genuinely care about its heritage and are proud to share its story with every couple who walks through the door. That passion is infectious and made us fall even more in love with the venue.

Throughout the planning process, our wedding coordinator, Brooke, was nothing short of exceptional. No question ever felt too small, too obvious or too inconvenient. I emailed her countless times seeking advice, reassurance and guidance, and every response was prompt, informative and incredibly kind. She somehow managed to achieve the perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness, a balance that is remarkably difficult to find. Every interaction felt personal rather than transactional, and I never once felt like just another booking in a diary. Brooke made us feel genuinely cared for, and that level of service removed so much of the stress that naturally comes with planning such an important day.

One aspect that particularly impressed us was Crowcombe Court's honesty and consideration when recommending suppliers. At no point did we feel pressured towards expensive options or encouraged to spend beyond our budget. Instead, the team suggested trusted suppliers across a range of price points, ensuring we could create our dream wedding without feeling financially overwhelmed. That level of integrity is incredibly refreshing in the wedding industry and demonstrated that their priority was helping us have the best possible day, not increasing costs.
Even after our wedding day had passed, Crowcombe Court's care didn't end. Months later, they still reached out to check how we were doing and to see how married life was treating us. It was such a thoughtful gesture that reminded us we hadn't simply been clients, we had been part of the Crowcombe Court family.

Speaking to friends and other couples, I have been surprised by how many never heard from their venues again once the wedding was over. Crowcombe Court goes above and beyond, maintaining genuine relationships long after the celebrations have ended. Their breathtaking venue, outstanding communication, remarkable attention to detail, historical knowledge, compassionate staff and unwavering commitment to every couple make Crowcombe Court so much more than a wedding venue.

They create an unforgettable experience from the very first visit to long after the final dance, and they are truly deserving of recognition for the exceptional standard of care and service they provide.

We can't thank Crowcombe Court enough for all they have done for us. There are so many aspects I could list but I'll summarise a few. You are assigned a coordinator who is beyond helpful and assists in organising the day and is on hand for any questions before and on the big day. The food deserves it's own review, we had many comments of it being the best wedding food anyone has ever tried and they're not wrong, it was incredible! The details like having a getting ready room for the grooms party as well as the bridal party and scheduling a quiet moment straight after the ceremony to just be with each other after such a big moment. This all made me one very calm bride and I enjoyed the day so much more for it.

How does anyone put into words the best of their lives?
Every single staff member could have not delivered our wedding anymore PERFECTLY!
Simply, every aspect of our day was unbelievable. We are beyond grateful for the service and support we received from Ellie and the whole team.
From initial booking to the day itself the service was undoubtedly the best.
We were so lucky to have the most unreal and beautiful sunny weather, so that we could get married on the front steps of the house (which had always been my vision), our drinks reception in the gardens, then the wedding breakfast and speeches inside of the historic and beautifully preserved building.
The standard of food we received was without a doubt the best of the best - (arancini starter is highly recommended FYI)
We had our cake cutting on the turning circle and champagne tower pour in the outside pavilion structure.
Our evening party was hosted by our band in the undercroft with sparklers at the front of the building later. Nothing could be more special and perfect.
We never worried about a thing and this is purely down to the level of service received by the venue its self.
Myself and my husband shall forever be thankful for making our day more than we ever imagined. Thank you so much!

We had the lovely Brooke as our coordinator and she was amazing on the day! Extremely professional and friendly and accommodating to our requests. All of the Crowcombe staff were very polite. The food was delicious and catered for all our dietary requirements.
The only thing we'd say that needs improving is their email admin as we received multiple emails about other people's weddings.
The venue and the grounds are gorgeous, we'd love to visit Crowcombe again!

Crowcombe court is a wonderful venue, with so many amazing details. From the building itself to the people inside, it is phenomenal. They were so flexible when I decided I wanted a different room as my honeymoon suite.

Brooke and the team went above and beyond, they made the day so special. Brooke’s enthusiasm in amazing, she had so much energy and enthusiasm, nothing could phase her. She calmed me down when i needed, and brought the fun, and stepladder!

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding day. From start to finish, everything was organised so beautifully, and the whole experience exceeded every expectation we had.

A huge thank you to our coordinator, Olivia, who was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. Her organisation, kindness, patience, and attention to detail made everything feel so easy and stress-free. She went above and beyond to make sure every part of the day ran seamlessly, allowing us to completely relax and enjoy every moment with our family and friends.

The entire team were also amazing — professional, warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making the day special. So many of our guests commented on how fantastic the service, food, and atmosphere were.

Everything flowed perfectly, the venue looked stunning, and we truly felt our vision was brought to life in the most amazing way. We are so grateful to Olivia and the whole team for making our wedding day so unforgettable. We would recommend them to anyone without hesitation!

Cannot thank everyone at Crowcombe enough, everyone went out of their way to ensure it was perfect. Olivia was AMAZING, through every step she was there for us and took care of everything. We got married at Crowcombe Court on the 9th March and honestly it was the best day ever, we couldnt have chosen a better venue. Not only because the venue is absolutely stunning but because the staff service was absolutely top tier and everybody is so lovely.

We got paired up with Olivia who was our wedding coordinator and was AMAZING! She was running around making the day go smoothly and dealt with my many breakdowns and was super helpful in the run up and for general questions. Cannot thank her enough for everything!

The bridal suite and rooms are stunning, all the guests were raving about the food which was delicious.

We felt so taken care of the minute you arrive and I cannot recommend enough!

You can go to them about any questions and queries, the team are always happy to help! Whether that is via email or via the phone. The lead up to the day was supported by all members of staff and we were put at ease with any last minute changes that we needed to make personally!
The day itself was magical and unforgettable, Ellie was our coordinator and she was there like by magic during the day itself, you only have to think about needing to ask her a question and she was already on her way walking to you! Everything went so smoothly, myself and my partner don’t need to worry about anything or what was happening at any given point! She took lead and made sure it all went well. Gave us the chance to relax and just take in the day (as much as possible) and focus on ourselves and our wedding!
The support, comfort and care put into the wedding by their staff was unmatched and I would recommend this venue to anyone and will do when I can!

The stunning landscape and breathtaking architecture made the most incredible backdrop for photos and created such a special, timeless feel.

And then the reception… oh, what an absolute smasher of a party! It was epic! Everything ran so smoothly,we couldn’t have asked for more.
