We were really happy with the way the things went and an awesome , friendly atmosphere . The staff were lovely throughout and it was a great decision to have our wedding at Harbour Hotel and made special by our wedding coordinator Hebe . Reception and Bar / Restaurant staff were attentive and helpful and made our stay in lovely prepared rooms and our guests a memorable experience . It was great to have use of both indoor areas and gorgeous outside patio and garden with views for any weather .

Our wedding day was amazing from start to finish. Hebe did a fantastic job on the day and was very flexible when timings had to change because of certain aspects of the day running over etc. She made sure to check any changes to the schedule with us first though. She only took over leading our wedding day a few days before the big day and did a fantastic job. Unfortunately though, I did have quite a bit of stress in the couple of days before the wedding because the previous wedding host we had previously (who has now left this hotel) hadn’t saved everything in the correct places, so I had to resend everything and I even made the venue a schedule of the day, to ensure nothing went wrong. The previous wedding planner we had was great overall in the lead up but she did keep forgetting things at times e.g. we must have told her 10 times that we weren’t doing speeches before she changed this on our wedding planning doc. Also, there were so many different versions of the same document that it got very confusing at times! However, she did make lots of accommodations for us and the day went off without a hitch in the end. The staff on the day were fantastic. The food in particular was phenomenal, hats off to the chef! The majority of our guests said it was the best wedding food they’d ever had. The views were stunning as it was a beautiful summer’s day and the tables were set up just like we’d requested. The evening do was amazing too. Nothing was too much to ask and the bar tender had my preferred drink ready every time before I’d even asked for it. The hotel were fantastic as well in terms of the rooms. The bridal suite was pricey but absolutely gorgeous! Gutted that we’ll probably never stay in a room that big again haha. Also, we chose to put money behind the bar and they gave us the money back that wasn’t spent afterwards. They just returned it to our card super easily, within seconds. The reception team weren’t the most organised in the lead up. The wedding team and reception team seem to use different systems and we had some issues where our rooms were put under the wrong names etc. but it was all sorted in the end. Overall, even with some minor aspects that could have been better to make it smoother and a bit less stressful in the lead up, we had the most amazing wedding day! It is perhaps a cliché, but our day was a truly magical experience that was made possible by the wonderfully supportive and knowledgeable team at Padstow Harbour Hotel.
When we first explored the possibility of having our wedding here, we thought that it would be beyond our budget, but we were astonished at how affordable it was. If you mention the word wedding, it often feels as though you’re going to be on the receiving end of an excessive bill, but that just wasn’t the case here. When the quotation came through, we had absolutely no desire to look elsewhere.
Kirsty and the team helped and supported us throughout the entire process, making it simple and enjoyable. We didn’t feel any pressure or stress at all. Every meeting was a pleasure, and any questions or worries we had, were immediately dealt with.
Our wedding day was a glorious success. Everything went smoothly; no last-minute panic or glitches, just a calm and relaxed experience. Exactly what we wanted.

Our vision was met perfectly, attention to detail top-notch, and each stage of the day seamlessly conducted.

The bar and F&B staff were very friendly with can do attitude, the food was amazing!!

The venue itself very clean, felt premium and is in a stunning location, views are incredible.
