we are so so thankful of Clevedon hall and the staff for all our day. it was perfect thanks to the team and the hall, it really did look so amazing and the Xmas decorations were stunning and was an extra bonus on top of our decorations it made the day.

We originally had another venue booked but when Clevedon said they had a cancellation on the dates we wanted we knew we had to move it! The original venue was cheaper but it’s true when they say you get what you pay for, the service up to the point we moved was not a patch on Clevedon not to mention it wasn’t as pretty & you couldn’t have exclusivity.

The exclusivity was one of the best things ever, we had SO much space all day, having a winter wedding this was even more special, it also meant all the staff was there for us and to help only our wedding & the fact that it was only our guests in the venue all day made it extra special.

All the bedrooms all the guests said how amazing they was even people with the standard rooms said how big and luxury the rooms was, the space in the hall was incredible and having it all to our self was so nice and intimate. People have not stopped talking about the day and saying how amazing it was and that it’s the best wedding they’ve been to, I’ve even had amazing messages from the suppliers about how amazing the day was and the venue was stunning and how helpful the staff was.

Every single member of staff couldn’t have done more for us and our guests they all went above and beyond. It was like a seamless military operation nothing went wrong at all thanks to the staff!

We want to say an extra special thanks to Lara and Jess, Jess was an amazing help up to the point of being handed over to Lara was so organised and put us so at ease and gave us trust that it was all going to be fine, we never had that at our old venue so I’m so thankful for that and having no worry from the point we moved the venue. Lara was absolutely incredible you literally made our day you was like the wedding fairy god mother she was so helpful and so on it, I will forever be thankful for the girls for making our day so special.

The food was INCREDIBLE , all the guests have said multiple times it was the best brownie they’ve ever had and the best wedding food ever, the service was so quick and when we asked for cauliflower cheese we had hugggge bowls of it it was insane and for someone who loves a roast so much it was one of the best ones I’ve ever had and the cauliflower cheese was incredible.

We will forever be thankful and wordswill never be able to explain how amazing the day was and how pleased we choose clevedon hall and not one thing about the day wasn’t perfect because of that it was worth every single penny and more!

There are not enough words to explain how INCREDIBLE the Clevedon Hall team have been. From choosing the venue over a year ago through to our wedding on Friday, everything has been amazing. Your communication has been second to none, even replying to us on your days off, no question was ever too small or too silly. Lots of people asked if planning a wedding is stressful and I’ve replied with not really, and a big part of that is down to you guys with everything planned down to a T.
Jordan was so amazing on the day, so professional, and made us feel like the guests of honour. Again nothing was too much, he was the perfect amount of hands on ensuring everything ran smoothly. Suki and I were always fed and watered, even the waiting staff during the wedding breakfast were incredible, bringing us drinks from the bar so we didn’t have to get up.
The food itself was delicious!! Had lots of guests saying how delicious it was. It’s such a nice touch we could choose our own menu. I didn’t get a burger in the evening which was sad but that’s possibly because I was a bit tipsy at this stage!
The handover from Jordan to Jarrod in the evening was seamless. Suki and I were having photos down by the lake, it started raining and out of no where Jarrod appeared with 2 umbrellas! All the small kind gestures meant so much.

Even the next morning it was such a nice touch the staff moving all our wedding flowers to the library for breakfast. Jordan was also so helpful in the morning, asking if we needed any help with anything and making sure I had water.

Honestly everything from start to finish was just perfect. I cant give enough compliments to yourself, Jordan, Jarrod and the rest of the team!!

We would 100% recommend everyone getting married here.

I don’t know where to start,
We sent an enquiry to Clevedon Hall & I then attended one of their wedding fayres, where I spoke to Lauren who remember that I had emailed.
From then, we arranged a meeting to view the venue with my future husband.
I had already fallen in love with the venue & knew he would too.
We were both blown away with the grounds, venue & all it had to offer.
We then proceeded to set & book a date for our wedding.
Lauren was always on hand to answer any of our questions & nothing was too much trouble.
Kyle then took over & looked after us in the weeks leading up to the wedding & our wedding day.
Kyle was absolutely brilliant & was great on the wedding day.
The whole day was seamless, we had so many compliments on how amazing the food was too, one friend said it was the best food he had ever eaten at a wedding.
All of our guests that stayed in the house, said how beautifully decorated their rooms were & were some of the best they had stayed in at a wedding venue.
All of the staff were so courteous, friendly & always had a smile on their faces.
I would recommend Clevedon Hall to anyone looking for a wedding venue that has it all under one roof.
I wish we could do it all again.

Our wedding was everything we both dreamed of, from the minute we first came to see Clevedon Hall back in Feb 2022, to our day at the end of September 2023. Every member of staff there have been such a joy to work with, especially Jess, our wedding coordinator, and Jordan, our event manager. All of our guests said how fabulous our day was - lots of "this is literally the nicest wedding I've ever been to" comments; lots of thank yous for the food (our wedding breakfast was amazing); and so many lovely comments about all the team on the day. Every single member of staff I spoke to were genuinely lovely and couldn't have done enough to make sure our day was everything we wanted it to be. The location is stunning and the hall itself beautiful, and we can't wait to see the photos with it as our backdrop.

We simply had THE BEST DAY EVER, a day that truly was the happiest of our lives. Thank you 🥰

We had the most emotional, incredible, magical wedding at Clevedon Hall - it greatly surpassed all my expectations and my expectations were very high so I didn’t think that that was even a possibility!!!

All we have is endless thank yous for Jess, Jordan and the rest of the team who went above and beyond to make everything perfect for us. The staff were so lovely, friendly and accommodating. Our guests are all still buzzing from the joy of the day and my phone still hasn’t stopped pinging with messages praising the staff, the venue, the food and the rooms. Clevedon Hall has a truly remarkably talented team and we are so grateful to all of them for making our wedding more special than we ever imagined it could be.

Where do I start.... the whole thing was exquisite.
From start to finish, everyone we dealt with were delightful - so helpful and kind, they honestly couldn't have done more for us. Its clear to see that the team, from Lauren with planning, Lara on the day, and all the guys serving us throughout the day and night take such pride in their work and what they do. A truly flawless operation!

I can't not mention Lauren, from day one we knew this was the place for us and this was simply down to her, she is wonderful.
Then Lara, meeting her at our drop off I knew I was in good hands, she created everything and more from my vague vision. The day itself was seamless and that was wholey down to her, her manner and beautiful smile are just great additions to compliment her flawless organisation and un-real control of every part of the operation she runs. She is sublime.
All our guests have commented on the service provided and how impeccable it was.

The venue itself is just spectacular, its dreamy in every way, it had everything we could have wanted and more. From the meticulous grounds, the incredibly varied bedrooms, to the different spaces throughout the Hall. Everything is kept to such a high standard.

The FOOD! Magnificient! Its just sensational, we have a family with very high standards and their expectations were surpassed.
Our bridal brunch was unbelievable, the pancakes hit the spot. Everyone is still talking about the canapes so clearly; they went down a treat! Our wedding breakfast was beyond belief, and how the team managed to get the amount of food out with such quick and impressive service I will never know. The quality of the food & wine and the choice is to die for!

Hands down the best decision I've ever made, and I'm genuinely a bit sad that I don't get to see you all now that it's over.

Clevedon Hall is one of the very best wedding venues in the UK. Their accommodation — in all the rooms — is furnished to the highest of standards. The building and the grounds are exceptional. So is the food, and the standard of service.

We cannot thank our wedding planner (jess) and event manager (Kyle) and all the event staff enough, for making our day perfect and making our vision come true. Everything ran so smoothly before and after the wedding - Jess and Kyle were super professional and very responsive to any questions and requests I have, so I cannot recommend this enough. The venue was soo beautiful in the summer sun with all the flowers, the rooms were so luxurious and big, we loved every moment. Quite literally best day of our lives, and money well spent!! We finally got married last week after having to postpone, and wow - it was absolutely worth the wait, and that is largely down to the incredible team at Clevedon Hall. Not only is the venue absolutely stunning, but the team are just a joy and all amazing at what they do. We mostly dealt with Laura and Lara, who couldn’t do enough for us. We felt in such safe hands from day one, and when we had to postpone due to covid they couldn’t have been more understanding and reassuring. At a time when I’d read a lot of horror stories about other couples struggling with postponements with other venues, we felt so unbelievably grateful to have the team at Clevedon Hall who couldn’t have made the process easier and were so kind to us.

The big day went off without a hitch, and knowing Lara was running the show on the day we knew we could sit back and relax and really enjoy ourselves knowing every last detail would be taken care of. She made sure we had time for ourselves, that we were where we needed to be, she made sure we were saved our own plates of canapés as she knew we’d be too busy talking to eat, and whenever she saw me without a drink in my hand she was there with a Prosecco for me! That’s without even mentioning everything that was going on behind the scenes, the list is endless. What more could you possibly want from your wedding coordinator?!

On top of being absolute professionals, we could feel that the team were also so excited for us to have our day and were sharing in our happiness, and that meant so much. All my bridesmaids, family and many other guests have since commented about how fantastic the staff were, and that nothing was too much trouble. Massive shout out to the chefs too, as the food was absolutely TO DIE FOR!! I haven’t stopped thinking about the ham hock and the fillet of beef! Absolutely delicious!

There are probably loads of things I’ve forgotten to mention but the main thing to say is, if you’re thinking about booking Clevedon Hall for for your big day then don’t wait any longer - your day will be perfect, it’ll be one of the best decisions you could ever make. Do it!!

Planning a wedding over Covid was not easy! We purchased the wedding day package for 60 day guests and 80 evening guests just before covid struck in February 2020. Thereafter arranging and rearranging with the Hall as covid took hold, and rules and restrictions constantly changed, although stressful, was as seamless as we could possibly have hoped for. Laura our wedding coordinator was an absolute star and nothing was ever any trouble. Our final actual wedding date on 31 May 2021 was the 6th date we had planned and replanned for and we were so happy when it finally came around and went ahead, as I am sure Laura and the Hall were too!

As it became increasingly apparent as our original date of 8th November 2020 drew ever closer that a traditional day of a large congregation followed by evening reception and disco was not going to be possible in covid times, we reengineered our package with the Hall and Laura to comprise exclusive use of the Hall for us and 15 guests for a ceremony and wedding breakfast to finish by 7pm. We have then transplanted the whole of the evening part of our day to a date in early 2022 when the hope is that there will no longer be any restrictions on numbers that can attend and celebrate with us, although we will have been married a good 7 months by then! It does however give all our guests the chance to see, visit and experience the Hall.

This flexibility and willingness to think outside the box within the bounds of the package cost we had already paid upfront to the Hall was very welcomed and never did we feel that there was anything other than a collaborative spirit to try to achieve the best day and outcome for us. The focus was always on us, even though the Hall must have had a lot to think of itself about the effect of covid on their business. This couple centric behaviour and attitude is what has really meant our experience with the Hall exceeded all expectations and that we could not have asked for more from them and from Laura in particular.

From the beginning we loved the Hall from the moment we first went round to see it at a wedding fayre back in January 2020. The space is amazing and to have so many lovely rooms available all under exclusive use was outstanding in the local area. The cost of the packages was also very competitive which was attractive. That’s before you even get to the fact that as a dedicated wedding venue where that is all they really do and they are very experienced at it, the bedrooms which come with the packages are just simply stunning and like something out of a 5* hotel. Getting ready on your wedding day in the Eagle Owl suite or Barn Owl suite makes you feel like the King and Queen!

Having a dedicated wedding coordinator is also a great touch as it is personal and you feel as if you can ask them anything, and nothing is a silly question or too much trouble. After the journey we have been on with Laura she feels like a friend and we are so grateful to her for trying to minimise the strife and trouble in all that covid threw up when planning a wedding. She really was outstanding.

Our wedding day on 31st May went like clockwork and the staff were great! We cannot wait to go back and party the night away in 2022!
