we are so so thankful of Clevedon hall and the staff for all our day. it was perfect thanks to the team and the hall, it really did look so amazing and the Xmas decorations were stunning and was an extra bonus on top of our decorations it made the day.

We originally had another venue booked but when Clevedon said they had a cancellation on the dates we wanted we knew we had to move it! The original venue was cheaper but it’s true when they say you get what you pay for, the service up to the point we moved was not a patch on Clevedon not to mention it wasn’t as pretty & you couldn’t have exclusivity.

The exclusivity was one of the best things ever, we had SO much space all day, having a winter wedding this was even more special, it also meant all the staff was there for us and to help only our wedding & the fact that it was only our guests in the venue all day made it extra special.

All the bedrooms all the guests said how amazing they was even people with the standard rooms said how big and luxury the rooms was, the space in the hall was incredible and having it all to our self was so nice and intimate. People have not stopped talking about the day and saying how amazing it was and that it’s the best wedding they’ve been to, I’ve even had amazing messages from the suppliers about how amazing the day was and the venue was stunning and how helpful the staff was.

Every single member of staff couldn’t have done more for us and our guests they all went above and beyond. It was like a seamless military operation nothing went wrong at all thanks to the staff!

We want to say an extra special thanks to Lara and Jess, Jess was an amazing help up to the point of being handed over to Lara was so organised and put us so at ease and gave us trust that it was all going to be fine, we never had that at our old venue so I’m so thankful for that and having no worry from the point we moved the venue. Lara was absolutely incredible you literally made our day you was like the wedding fairy god mother she was so helpful and so on it, I will forever be thankful for the girls for making our day so special.

The food was INCREDIBLE , all the guests have said multiple times it was the best brownie they’ve ever had and the best wedding food ever, the service was so quick and when we asked for cauliflower cheese we had hugggge bowls of it it was insane and for someone who loves a roast so much it was one of the best ones I’ve ever had and the cauliflower cheese was incredible.

We will forever be thankful and wordswill never be able to explain how amazing the day was and how pleased we choose clevedon hall and not one thing about the day wasn’t perfect because of that it was worth every single penny and more!

After our original wedding venue was sold and our December wedding cancelled, the team at Clevedon Hall stepped in to support us with arranging a relatively short notice wedding for New Years Eve 2024, and it really was the best day of our lives. The venue is absolutely stunning, with each room offering different backdrops for each aspect of our wedding day. Our guests were awed by the bedrooms too! Jess and the team were incredible during the planning process, offering up ideas and inspiration and making a note of all our requests. Jordan and the team were also amazing on the day, and the service was impeccable. Booking Clevedon Hall for our November wedding was the best decision we could have made when planning out wedding. The venue is beautiful with wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces that delighted us and our guests - and led to incredible photos! Jess was extremely responsive and supportive in the run up to the day and then the on the day team, led by Jordan went out of their way to ensure we had everything we could want. From start to finish, our experience with Clevedon Hall has been seamless. We made several changes to our package along the way and had a couple of niche features that we wanted to include and the team went above and beyond to accommodate these, ensuring that our wedding day was bespoke to us.

Lauren has been super helpful over the last two years, responding to any queries we might have, which ensured we felt at ease that we were in capable hands on the day. Kyle spent time getting to know us before our big day and he and the events team on the day ensured that every aspect of our day came together smoothly.

All of our guests had a wonderful day, and the team at Clevedon Hall certainly helped to make our dream wedding come true.

From the moment we stepped onto the grounds of Clevedon Hall, we were utterly enchanted. The pristine lawns, stunning architecture, elegant decor, and the warm, friendly smiles of the staff immediately made us feel at home. Everywhere we turned—from the tranquil pond to the lush greenery—the estate was nothing short of immaculate! 😍

Lauren greeted us with such warmth and ease. She took us on a tour of the Hall’s many stunning rooms and suites. The aesthetic and quality of everything left us speechless. We started to worry it might be beyond our budget, but Lauren and our wedding planner Caroline Green (The Planning Lounge) sat us down to map out a plan, discussing vendors, layouts, and our vision. To our delight, Clevedon Hall fit perfectly within our budget—and we got so much for what we paid! 😄

With only five months to plan, Lauren and her team made the process incredibly smooth. While Caroline took charge of many vendors (such DJ Raj, Demelza (The Unwalled Garden) our flower vendor, Anita from the Macaroom for our cake, Kate (Southwest Bridal) for make up), Lauren handled food tastings, cutlery, sound, bedroom arrangements, the final menu, and worked seamlessly with our other vendors. It was through the wedding fayre that Clevedon Hall organised, that we found our fantastic celebrant Tara, and our photographer and videographer: Phil and Sam (White Villa Weddings)!

What stood out most was the honesty and flexibility of the entire team. We never felt pressured into anything, and they were always willing to adapt to our needs. For instance, after an initial food tasting, we weren't fully satisfied, but Lauren quickly relayed our feedback to the chef, Alex and his team, and together, we created a menu that our guests are still raving about a month later! 🤤

A special shout-out to Kyle, who went above and beyond by crafting a custom mocktail just for me, mindful of my gastric issues. His calm energy helped soothe our pre-ceremony nerves, and his support was invaluable.

It wasn’t just Lauren and Kyle, but every staff member we encountered was kind, approachable, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. I’ll never forget running into the kitchen staff, who took a moment to chat with me about my custom-made suit. Their interest wasn’t just surface-level—they truly cared, making the experience feel intimate and personal 🥲

Our three-day celebration was pure magic. Every room at Clevedon Hall had its own unique aesthetic, from the grand hall where we danced the night away, to the cozy library where we had breakfast. The variety was breathtaking! The Orangery, where we had our dinners and speeches, was a bright, welcoming space with its high windows overlooking the estate’s gorgeous grounds. We loved that there were always other smaller rooms accessible for any guest who wished to just get some space or sit down to rest for a bit! It brought us a lot of peace of mind knowing that our guests were in good hands at the venue!

We held our ceremony outside by the Gazebo, which felt like something out of a dream—surrounded by nature, with just the right touch of sunlight streaming in at the perfect moments. The weather was supposed to be cloudy with rain, but it’s as if Clevedon Hall itself willed the sun to shine down on us. And if the weather had turned, Lauren and her team had already discussed with us in advance an ad hoc plan B, so we never had to worry! 😎

Our wedding was a beautiful fusion of cultures—one day steeped in traditional Indian attire, food, and music, followed by a Western celebrant led suit-and-tie ceremony the next day! Clevedon Hall accommodated every aspect of this with grace, seamlessly blending both cultural vibes into the estate’s grand but welcoming atmosphere.

To any couples still on the fence about Clevedon Hall: just do it. PLEASE CHOOSE CLEVEDON HALL! This venue doesn’t just host weddings—it creates memories that last a lifetime. We walked away not only with an unforgettable wedding but with a sense that we’d gained a new family in everyone at Clevedon Hall 🥰

The whole team were all excellent - everyone we interacted with were just so accomadating at every stage of the day, from arrival, through to the ceremony, the kitchen/waiting team, the bar staff, and throughout the evening.

An extra special thank you to Jordan who absolutely bent over backwards to make sure everything was ticking along and everyone was happy. Every guest we spoke to that had interacted with Jordan was blown away by his service and we wholly share that sentiment - he definitely looked after us throughout the day. Nathaniel too was great in the evening as everything ran just as smoothly, although if I'm honest I barely saw him as I'd had a fair bit to drink by that point!

I've been meaning to write a review for a little while now but I'm still a bit lost for words! The day was absolutely amazing - really a dream come true. We've ran out of words to describe it!

They made the day run so smoothly it meant we could just enjoy ourselves and not have to worry about anything from putting all our decorations out, keeping things on time and Katie and the team could not do enough for us on the day.
Having Jess help us plan the wedding was amazing aswell - she was always so helpful, encouraging and also seemed genuinely excited with us too!!!

We had our dog with us on the day and it was no issue at all - he was allowed wherever!

Clevedon hall was the most perfect venue for our wedding and provided us with the most amazing service. There are not enough words to explain how INCREDIBLE the Clevedon Hall team have been. From choosing the venue over a year ago through to our wedding on Friday, everything has been amazing. Your communication has been second to none, even replying to us on your days off, no question was ever too small or too silly. Lots of people asked if planning a wedding is stressful and I’ve replied with not really, and a big part of that is down to you guys with everything planned down to a T.
Jordan was so amazing on the day, so professional, and made us feel like the guests of honour. Again nothing was too much, he was the perfect amount of hands on ensuring everything ran smoothly. Suki and I were always fed and watered, even the waiting staff during the wedding breakfast were incredible, bringing us drinks from the bar so we didn’t have to get up.
The food itself was delicious!! Had lots of guests saying how delicious it was. It’s such a nice touch we could choose our own menu. I didn’t get a burger in the evening which was sad but that’s possibly because I was a bit tipsy at this stage!
The handover from Jordan to Jarrod in the evening was seamless. Suki and I were having photos down by the lake, it started raining and out of no where Jarrod appeared with 2 umbrellas! All the small kind gestures meant so much.

Even the next morning it was such a nice touch the staff moving all our wedding flowers to the library for breakfast. Jordan was also so helpful in the morning, asking if we needed any help with anything and making sure I had water.

Honestly everything from start to finish was just perfect. I cant give enough compliments to yourself, Jordan, Jarrod and the rest of the team!!
